My name is William Parnell.  I am the apprentice of Edwin J. Hawdung, who is a little-known professor of Frocktology.  He founded the Frocktology department at a small, Catholic university in southern Mass. about a year and a half ago, but he has stayed on the outskirts of the mainstream because of a philosophical difference that he had with Mr. Prescott.  He still teaches his unorthodox brand of Frocktology in relative secret but I hope to bring him back to the mainstream so that his ideas may be published and may be disseminated into the Realm of Frockus as quickly as possible.

    That's where the Assembly of 6 comes in.

    I feel that by electing me to the Assembly, you will be bringing an element of the "other" side of Frocktology into the mainstream.  Now that Prescott has deceased, there are no more obstacles in the way of a Unified Frock Theory.  I, of course, do not mean to take the death of this visionary lightly, but I must be frank: it is crucial that the discrepancies surrounding Frockus be resolved for obvious reasons.  Matters of social policy and personal preference have stood in the way of a perfect Frockus for too long, so we must be coarse and rude when necessary.  So I hope you will know it is not for selfish reasons when I demand that you do everything in your power to elect me to the Assembly of 6.
