Chapter 5

It is now January 1, it have been two days since Cloud disappearance and they the Avalanche members are now worried. Not only about Cloud but has been happening at the North Crater. The whole world has been thrown in tromoil. The melting of the North Crater has caused the seas and oceans to rise over sea level flooding little towns and cities. Kalm, Junon’s lower level towns and the Cosomo Canyons have been flooded and the Bone village site has been mashed by snow. This is a terrible time for earth.

"Hey, Cid. Tifa just called by and she says there is going to be a meeting in Midgar tomorrow at 3:00 in the new Neo Shinra building." Says Vincent as he sits down next to Cid hugging him. Cid pulls out a cigarette.

"Okay vampy. The others must be worried about those natural disasters what have been going on." Vincent pulls Cid closer to him.

"Yeah that too and our missing leader Cloud." Replied Vincent as he nibbled on Cid’s neck making him moan in pleasure.

"Yeah that too. But what ever happened to him?" wondered Cid.

"Let’s not think about him now darling I’m going to take you away." Relined Vincent sexily as he eased over Cid pushing him down so he can be on top.

"Go head vamps." Vincent kissed him passionately pushing his tongue in his mouth. Then there was noise coming out the living room. "What’s that?" question Cid to Vincent who looked puzzled out the door.

"I don’t know? Maybe burglars…" Vincent got up and walked toward the door.

Cid sighed. "I guess you’ll going to have to take me away another day." Vincent smiled at him then they heard some voices.

"Gemini Cere, be quiet you’ll wake them up." Said Sagittarius looking at the lighted blue hair girl in black.

"Oh fuck you Sago! You better be glad me, Gemini Cern, and Cancer are helping you look for the black materia." Whispered Gemini Cere.

"Shut up both of you! Do you want them to wake up?" whispered Gemini Cern. "Cancer wants us to hurry up! Take the mater…!" Out of no where Vincent attacked Gemini Cere taking his claw and choke slammed her to the floor.

"What the bloody hell is going on here!" appeared Cancer who came in to see the Gemini fighting a red cloaked man with raven like hair. "Sagittarius, what is going on…!" before she knew it Cid had tried to spear her to the wall with his Venus Gospel but she easily dodged the feeble attack.

"Hmm, who guys must be the people from the Zodiac clan!" said Cid to Cancer.

She laughs. "So you heard about us eh darling?" she replied. "I don’t know who you are miss or why are you doing this but I’ll kill it I must!" Cid came at her full blast ready to impale his Venus Gospel in her until Sagittarius used her whip to straggle him. "Get off me wretch!" hollered Cid.

"Not in your life time!" Sagittarius started to choke Cid. Vincent noticed what was happening to Cid and tried to rush to his side but was blocked The Gemini.

"Halt there man or the blonde gets it!" said Gemini Cern as he hold a dagger to Cid’s neck.

Cid slowly began to speak. "Vincent go get outta here vamp!"

Vincent lowered his weapon. "Let, him go." He said in a deep voice.

Cancer the red haired lady walked toward him looked at him dead in his red eyes. "So I see you care for this fragile man he?" said in mocking tone. "But too bad this is the last time you’ll see him alive." As she said that she drove her long katana in Cid’s chest drawing blood from the wound.

"CID!" shouted Vince and he ran to him. Cancer smiled. "Until we meet again, Vincent…." She said. Then her and he comrades vanished. Vincent was still hugging the limp form of Cid body. Vincent searched for a pulse and by the grace of god found one. "Thank the heavens you’re not dead baby. But I think I’d better warn the others about Zodiac and get you to a hospital." Vincent at Cid stroking his face gently.

Chapter 6

In the cold region of the North Crater a lone figure stands. With is long murasane by his side and his long silver hair flapping wildly behind him he looks up to the sky. To the light blue and purple sky. "Cloud, I have returned but I don’t know why." He says to himself. "All I know is that a new evil threatens your life and my love for you. I know I did things wrong in the past but Aeris and the one true God have given a second change in life…I’m coming…" Sephiroth walks across the plains in search of his beloved.

Meanwhile The Zodiacs are up and planing. "Soon the Amazons will wake up and rise to destroy this world!" shouted Scorpio in a boisterous laughter.

"Yes indeed my black haired friend but there are early troubles in the North Crater." Said Sagittarius with a very worried look on her pale like skin. "There has been reports from Odyssey that a scary looking man is searching the globe for Lunar’s new boy toy."

"Oh is that so?" says Lunar who just appeared out of nowhere.

"Lunar you startled me!" hollered Scorpio.

Lunar ignored him. "Sago is there any information about this man." Asked Lunar calmly.

"No not yet but there are some other people who are looking for your boyfriend." Lunar glared at her. "So who are they?"

Sagittarius looked at him and calmly said "Those other people are from a group called Avalanche. Your boyfriend is their leader."

"Thank you for that info Sago." Lunar walked hastily down the hallway. Sago and Scorpio look at each other puzzled.

"He’s in love alright." The both said.

"Yes he is." Said a voice behind them.

"Oh shit Luna I didn’t know you where here!" shouted Sagittarius to a tall blue haired woman who was wearing blackish reddish dress with a long pink scarf around her neck.

"Yes, this shall be interesting, eh Sago?" Luna smiled at her.

"Um yes Luna it will be."

Meanwhile Vincent and the others are the hospital seeing if Cid is going to be all right from his wounds. As they wait Vincent tells them want happened.

"Shit I don’t believe this!" Shouted Reeve as he accidentally banged the table. "First Cloud now Cid! What is going on? Are we being set up!"

"Calm down Reeve." Said Yuffie. "Getting all pissy about this shit ain’t going to help us kick their asses!"

Tifa nods. "Yes, she is right we must think of some thing first before we storm after them."

Barret walks up to them. "But what Teef? They took out Cloud and Cid! If they keep this up we’ll be out of the picture next! And they aren’t getting me." Everyone nods at that statement.

"Strong words but how are we going to stop them." Replied Red looking up at everyone. "Avalanche are missing to of our men. One’s out of action another kidnapped of some sort." Then up the hall a familiar red headman appears and walks toward them.

"Reno what are you doing here?" asks Yuffie.

"Yeah!" says Barret. "Are you looking for an ass wupping!"

Reno shakes his head and looks at Reeve. "Settle down everyone. Reno is here to help us on this case. And by the looks of things we need some help." Said Reeve.

Reno studies the look on everyone’s faces. "I’ve heard what has happened. These Zodiac people are starting some shit ain’t they." Said Reno but everyone remained quiet. Reno continues. "But if you think shit is bad well come again my friends. Guess what. I heard Sephiroth has been spotted in the Northern Crater but there is also an eerie glow coming from the 4glaciers at Mountainside Peaks." Everyone is starring at Reno in disbelief of what they just heard.

Reeve slowly sits down in a chair. "Damn, what is going on…?"
