This show is performed by all five members of SMAP. They dressed up very nicely and I think they're some kind of special agencies. They always go to a restaurant and order something to eat (usually pizza). Everyone has to eat one piece of pizza, and one of them would eat the super spicy one. We can see the one who eat the super spicy pizza's face turn red and sometimes we can also see him cry, but the one who eat the super spicy pizza has to pretend to he's fine.... This show is very funny!!!

Bistro SMAP is where four SMAP members(Takuya, Tsuyoshi, Shingo, Goro) divided into two groups to have a little cooking competition. Nakai is the host for the guest and the four SMAP members. The winning team would then receive a kiss from the guest.(Guests are usually girls!!!) It seems like they really can cook, and the foods seem like very delicious!!! WOW....

This is called EIGHT SECONDS WALL. The instruction is above. Each memeber would have several lines to say which they have to memorize in 30 sec. Then they have to say these several lines three times in eight seconds. This is so cool!!!

This show is performed by TAKUYA, TSUYOSHI, and GORO. This show is kinda new. They talk about stuff like they were in "grassy." If one talk out of topic, one might disappear. To tell u the truth, this show is kinda bored, but i love all three of them, so i don't really care as long as they are performing it. heehee =) This time they're talking about girl being late. They said they hate people being late, and one of them assume that he's the girl, he makes excuses for her. And the other one assume that he's the guy who wait for the girl, and express the feeling toward people who's always late. (i guess)
