In the afternoon, a special lecture by Professor Tomohiro Ohashi of Information Science Research Center of MEISEI University, Tokyo. He gave presentation on regarding computerisation of the Japanese Public Administration in a lecture entitled "Policies and measures for computerisation of public administration".
