SUMMARY/RECOMMENDATION
PLOT: Cha Cha is a cute, little, blond girl who is Red Riding Hood.
It's all about her misadventures with her friends Riiya the transforming
wolf (often mistaken for a fluffy dog) and Shiine a wizard in training.
Many other more interesting minor characters join in to make this one of
the most cute and funny series that I've seen. Oh yeah, she also
happens to be the Magical Princess Holy-Up... but the main plot isn't nearly
as interesting as the silly side adventures that they have.
RECOMMENDATION: This is pretty much a must see to believe. Everyone
but cynical or humorless people would like it.
