A different run location this week, but somehow the hares had screwed up the sponsorship so the previously announced point to point to Bona Vista and a free meal was cancelled and so were the give aways ! Or was it really all just a myth ! I'll let you decide!

The circles, false trails and check backs started even before we got out of Lebak Lestari. It took nearly ten minutes to reach Cinere Lebak Bulus and by then Carter was in three figures!

Sidestepping the traffic we crossed to run circles round the singkong for another 10 mins by which time Carter was once more back in the front and going for a record. Magic Dragon back in action was an FRB as well, but it was Kristianto who led us off along the river bank for the first of many slippery K's. Swim the river or detour round the bridge? Yes, you guessed it, Carter and Peter were already over there goading us, slack bastards.

For the next ten minutes we ran in circles and backchecked around Cirendeu Permai. It's got to go West says Yantino with authority. Wrong ! back to the East and down to the Pesanngrahar river again and yet another check back by the graveyard, the tenth cross I'd seen so far ! Honestly we didn't lay paper through the graveyard Angie winged! It doesn't really matter when you've got a check back outside it and twenty hashers wandering aimlessly around hoping someone else is going to find paper. You see quite a lot of graves !! Superbrat was heard to do more than his fair share of winging at this point as well.

Bloodnock came to the rescue and led us off along the river side again and Hardcase hit the front at the next check around and the pace slowed to a crawl ! We eventually squeezed past him while he was inspecting the tower of what Zuiderveld thought was Cinere Mas Clubhouse. More crops, the singkong gets everywhere nowadays doesn't it, and off up the hill for a view of the beer truck. Short cut or paper that difficult question ? I was still mentally up in Bukit Cinere Indah having been totally disorientated and opted for the honourable way in and touched the brolly at ten past six. Retrospectively, a very good hash in tight surroundings. Succeeded in totally disorientating most of us, and the numerous checks, falsies and loops kept us well together, well most of us that is, we'll talk about Jonsey later.

Inspector gadget is returning to hold another leaving party on my birthday which I think is very generous of him - free piss up! Only invitees allowed ie everyone. It's at Hora Hora Thursday at 1900 hrs. Entry - bring a gadget ! Bullshit says " Whose Inspector Gadget ? " Obviously made a big impression on him !!

The Carter factor - what a load of crap ! While no-one will dispute that John is intelligent enough to count, for sure he can't walk, breathe and count all at the same time ! My guess is he's really taking the piss out of us all ! Not difficult did I hear you say ? Run discussion followed something like this - Rope - shitty run, Gossamer Durex - slippery !, Welsh - no cobbled roads, sewers and graveyards, Herb - good run - accountants and geologists, MGM - good lay, Carter - as long as you wanted it to be, Superbrat - tarmac, concrete and petrol fumes !! Conclusion - good well laid run, considering ! Jonsey then got on his band wagon about point to points and I discovered I'm in a minority !!

A co-hare sang " Back in bed with an LBFM " and Pretty boy told a good joke about a rumah sakit renamed " Sakit Toomey ". MM regailed us or should I say re-mailed us with that Internet special " Sodomise" and the hare finished us off with " The girl from Ciputat ". Magic Dragon was called on to sing us a song, but for once was at a loss for words and JM suggested he sang the closing Hymn instead, which he did, interspersed with " What's 60 ft long and stinks of piss ?
