CHRISMAS RUN AT VILA DELIMA
Hares Angie Baby + Witless W.
Attendance regular 21, new recruits 2, Past 1, unmentionables 4 = Total 28
The
pre-run circle was called to order in the hot sun (1600 hr start) to the xmas
sound of a clanking bell on the end of Angie’s arm, with returning YWHMH
“Superbrat” standing there hornless, and a special guest appearance from Dingo
Dick.
From the run site, in a yet to be built Housing Estate, off we all headed down to the river heading south (except for Elephant man, who stood on a piece of plywood over a drain, which responded by collapsing) until we came to a halt at a closed gate to the main road, while most spread out checking for paper. This seamed to go on for same time while the writer & couple of others stood in the shade and waited, finally one of the more in diligent runners, decided to open the gate to find paper & arrows heading across the road, which than proceeded to come back to the road and over the river at Cinere housing estate. From here on the writer with Yoshi proceeded to join the run from time to time until we all got separated, which left me going the wrong way on last weeks ISCI run paper until an arrow corrector this. After discovering paper once again I proceeded to travel a northern direction, wondering how and where to get back over the river, this finally being achieved by a bamboo bridge, which exited the bush, just below the Beer Truck, back within the hour.
The circle was formed, following medical attention by Rosita to E/Man & Magic Dragon cut & bleeding legs.
Run Highlight - Yoshi : finished in daylight (maybe 1600 hr starts are the answer)
- Jonsey : accused by Hares off being on paper all the way
- Lost: Carter the Farter, Remy and Magic Dragon.
Various
comments, ice squatting and down downs followed, with an interruption for both
the Hares song’s (which in both cases did not include a reference to any known
tune), Tarzan “THE SPOKEN ONE” mentioned
Yogyakarta H3 RUN.
Vatigan’s daylight departure, delayed by RA, to enable Santa to appear and present superbrat with a Xmas pressy, with all the circle pressing in around superbrat while he struggled to open his gift, which low and behold contained, one “STOLEN HASH HORN”

The On On On discussion was then held by the Hares as to where this would be. Final decision, being, food at the top gun and Pussy at Oscar’s (or was it vice versa) .
