A little History About Freeza and His Awesome Power: Years ago, Freeza killed Vegeta, the Saiya-jin king, and conquered the Saiya-jin Planet. Then, he used the primitive Saiya-jin inhabitants as mercenaries to conquer other planets. Vegeta's son, named after his father, also worked for Freeza despite the fact that he was the Saiya-jin Prince. A Freeza in Stage 1 legendary hero rose. His name was Bardock, and his story is told in the Lonely Final Battle. The tragic fate of the Planet Vegeta and the Saiya-jins were at hand, and only few Saiya-jins were left now. After the Vegeta Saga, only two pure Saiya-jin breeds were left. One was the Saiyan Prince, Vegeta. The other was Bardock's son, Gokou...

     After the death of Radditz, Vegeta learns from the message from Raditz's scouter that dragonballs existed. Later, he figured out that Namek dragonballs also existed. After getting beaten by Gokou, Vegeta retreats to Freeza's planet to recover. Now, he carries on the new goal of gathering the dragonballs for himself to be granted the wish of immortality. He also plans to kill Freeza. Freeza is also in search of the Namek dragonballs to become immortal and begins to terrorize the Nameks for the dragonballs. Meanwhile, Bulma also learns about the Namek dragonballs from Popo, Freeza with Dodorian and Zarbon Kami's assistant. With the hope to gather the dragonballs to wish their friends killed in the Vegeta Saga back to life, Gohan, Kuririn, and Bulma venture off to Namek on the spaceship that Kami rode on to travel to Earth centuries ago. Great battles on Piccolo's home planet are to take place...
     Gohan, Kuririn, and Bulma learn that Vegeta and Freeza are on Namek. Gokou is informed of this and recovers from the battle against Vegeta by eating a senzu bean from Yarijobe. Using Nappa's space pod after it was enhanced by Dr. Briefs, Bulma's father, Gokou travels to Namek. At the same time, the dead Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Chaozu, and Piccolo are training with Kaiou-sama. Kuririn and Gohan rescue a Namek child named Dende from Freeza and his henchmen and go to the Saichourou (eldest Namek) to have their hidden powers released by him. Kuririn also receives a dragonball from the Saichourou.
     Meanwhile, Vegeta begins his fight against Freeza with strategic action. Vegeta kills Dodorian and Zarbon (Freeza's right and left hand men). However, Vegeta learned from Dodorian that the Saiya-jin planet was not destroyed by a meteor as stated, but by Freeza. Ambitions to kill Freeza are strengthened. In the first of two fights with Zarbon, Zarbon tells Vegeta of the Freeza’s four physical stages. Vegeta, being arrogant as always doesn’t believe Zarbon. Vegeta gets badly beaten in his first round with Zarbon. Zarbon heads back to Freeza’s spaceship where he is ordered by Freeza to bring Vegeta back. Zarbon brings Vegeta back and Vegeta is put into a rejuvenation tank to heal. Vegeta heals quickly and breaks out of his tank and steals Freeza’s dragonballs. Zarbon goes out to find Vegeta and is beaten by the arrogant Saiya-jin this time.
     Freeza then calls forth the Ginyuu Tokusentai to capture the renegade Vegeta and to bring back the dragonballs. Team Ginyuu, consisting of five members who constantly pose in extremely weird poses, has a reputation of being very powerful.
     Gokou finally lands on Namek. Everyone plans to defeat Freeza, but Freeza is too strong. Realizing that he himself cannot defeat Freeza, Vegeta joins the Z warriors, but boasts that it is only to insure that Gokou survives the The Ginyuu Tokusentai battle so that he can kill him personally. (However, Vegeta ends up marrying Bulma, and Bulma gets pregnant and has a son that becomes known as Trunks later.) Team Ginyuu is killed by the combined forces Freeza in stage 2 of Gokou and Vegeta (except for Ginyuu, who accidentally turned into a frog when he tried to swap bodies with Vegeta and Gokou threw a frog in his path). Piccolo is then wished back to life to help Gokou, Vegeta, Gohan, and Kuririn fight Freeza.
     Then, follows the fights against Freeza himself. To everyone's surprise, Freeza does have the ability to transform into four> different stages, as Zarbon had stated to Vegeta before. With each physical transformation, Freeza's power increases. Freeza first kills Vegeta and then Piccolo. After Piccolo’s death, Gokou orders Gohan and Kuririn to leave Namek but they don’t listen to him and stick around longer. Freeza kills Kuririn and Gokou becomes enraged in an anger so deep that he too undergoes a transformational power-up. Gokou's hair becomes golden and spikes up, and his muscle mass greatly increases. Gokou is now a Super Saiyan-jin for the first time!
     Freeza really gets a beating for quite some time now. Freeza then transforms into his final form: form 4. With a power level of 1,200,000; Freeza is still no match for SSJ Gokou’s whopping 1,500,000. Freeza becomes so desperate to kill Gokou that he starts throwing enery discs (which look very similar to Kuririn’s Kien-zans by the way) all over the place and eventually ends up slicing himself in half. The two warrior’s battle somehow seem to destroy Namek.
     Bulma and Gohan are back on Earth. The dead Z Soldiers are wished back to life. Everyone thinks that Gokou was killed in battle, but Gokou actually escaped to planet Yardrat, where he learns how to teleport. King Cold, Freeza's father, learns about Freeza's defeat and quickly gathers Freeza's body parts, Super Saiya-jin Gokou for the first time. which are floating around in space. His henchmen reassemble Freeza. Since Freeza’s body was so severely damaged , Freeza Stage 4 sliced in half Cold turns Freeza into a cyborg. Metal Freeza tells his father about Gokou and his powers, but his father doesn't believe him. Cold continues to boast that his son is the universe's strongest warrior and best space conqueror, and can never be defeated.
     The villains land on Earth to seek revenge for Freeza's defeat. The Earth becomes endangered once again. All of a sudden, a figure appears out of nowhere. It is adult Trunks, but no one knows who he is or where he came from. He turns Super Saiya-jin and helps the Z Soldiers fight Cold and Metal Freeza. Trunks single-handedly kills Metal Freeza and Cold with his sword. Trunks then introduces himself as Bulma and Vegeta's son. He grew up and traveled back in time to prevent his chaotic future. Trunks tells about deadly androids. He states that in his time, Gokou dies of heart disease. He came to the past to give Gokou some medicine that will cure his disease and will let him live to fight the androids. Trunks also tells that the present Gokou is not dead, but will appear in front of them in a matter of minutes. Everyone doubts whether or not to believe this stranger. In a few minutes, Gokou teleports back to Earth in front of everyone and meets Trunks.
