Geese Howard, an evil crimelord who's corruption has filled the city of South Town. He is also an accomplished martial artist, and was once a student of Tung Fu Rue along with Jeff Bogard, the father of Terry and Andy. Tung had to choose one to pass on the secrets of Hakkyokuseiken, and he chose Jeff as a suitable student over Geese. Out of rage Geese left. He returned later and in a streetfight, killed Jeff Bogard. His sons watched in agony. He took the scrolls of the Hakkyokuseiken school and used their techniques to his own ends. He is later defeated by Terry Bogard, and now trains to better himself, to exact revenge.
