Q. Who is Saffron? A. Ah, so we have a confused little human. If you watch the dubbed version of the first season of Sailor Moon you too will stumble across this little reference by our dear friend Melvin to the Saffron Fan Club on the Internet.
Q. So, what's with this club? Why would I ever want to join? I don't get it!
A. Well...here's the deal. This is no ordinary group of people, it is a fantabulous club for those of us dedicated to anime and imagination. This is a chance for us to work together to form some interesting things. In addition to the usual fan club perks (newsletter, more traffic for your web page, people you can e-mail that are interested in the same stuff as you are, etc.) it will also offer a chance for creative Moonies to express themselves. I will make sure this isn't the run-of-the-mill club. I'm not sure how quite yet, but it's all good.
Q. What are your ideas for this club then? What exactly can be expect?
A. Well....First of all, I am hoping to set up the usual stuff, then move into the more complex happies. I would like to especially have a little thing for Saffronie Graffiti where each month or so a topic will be given for people to try to accomplish and a museum of work on the topic will be displayed. For example, this month's Graffiti topic can be found at, well...the Saffronie Graffiti . There will also be several polls, opinion-type forums (hopefully) and such where sophisticated (by sophisticated I mean stuff with thought) parts of Sailor Moon can be argued.
Q. What type of people should join?
A. Any type! The point is to get several angles. If you are one of the Moonies who are tired of the same old thing and ready to meet some Moonies with imagnation, this is the club for you.
