My cold heart beats to your every word
you talk of the darkness that you've heard
my cry's are taken away from just your touch
in all my dreams i've never loved so much
it's hard to see you hurting this way
the pain you go through everyday
in this big world it's hard to try
cause everyday goes slowly by
the darkness coming closer soon
ever watching the fading moon
you hold me closer in your arms
where i feel safe away from harm
we sit together watching more
sitting along the crimson shore
a suddon whisper in the breeze
i lay my head apon your knees
i hear it say to me in a quiet tone..
"the life of this planet shall come to an end,
the darkness will soon be your friend"
i look up into your eyes and cry
you smile down and unknowingly ask me "why?"
i hug you tighter as i tell you the reason why..
"my love.. i'm going to die...."
