Chapter 7 : Confession

(It was raining. Sakuragi and Koshino was at a restaurant after the both of them saw the photosticker... ...)

Silence.

Silence.

And more silence. Then Sakuragi stood up and shouted,"I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!" till everyone in the restaurant turned and looked at them. "What's there to see?" he continued.

Koshino remained quiet. After Sakuragi sat down, Koshino asked,"You like Rukawa, right?"

Sakuragi was shocked. "How did Koshino manage to guess correctly?" Sakuragi wondered, "Was it that obvious?"

Sakuragi remained dormant. Koshino waited patiently for Sakuragi to answer back. "I'll take it as a 'yes' then." Koshino said quietly, then stood up to leave. "But I will not tell Rukawa about it. That you can trust me."

Koshino left the restuarant, and Sakuragi pondered. "Can I trust Koshino? Will he leak out? Unless he... ..." Without much ado, he quickly ran out of the restaurant, without paying (but the shop owner dare not ask him to pay anyway) and chased after Koshino.

"Koshino!" Sakuragi shouted across the street. Koshino stopped and turned back. Sakuragi ran towards him, and asked him directly in front of the public,"What about you? You like ... ... " before he could finish, Koshino had placed his hand on Sakuragi's mouth to prevent him from continuing.

"... ...so, you like Sendoh huh? Look like we're both on the same boat..." Sakuragi said, when they went for a stroll later."Go for it then! I, too, want to tell Rukawa my feelings for him, but we will most probably end up fighting again... ... at least in your case, you both won't end up fighting."

"But Sendoh would never listen to me. He only treats me as a good friend. Besides, he would not believe me even if i tell him the truth... ..." Koshino replied, and a tear rolled down his cheek.

"Maybe what the both of us lack is courage." Sakuragi uttered.

"Yeh." Koshino answered back. "Nice talking to you too. Gotta go." and started walking away, leaving Sakuragi at the park, stoning.
