Amy is a very inteligent Girl <S.D. Mars: "No
matter what that picture may say">. She has an IQ of 300. She loves
studiing and she always reaches more than her goals. Amy is also a quiet
person, You can sometimes say she's a little too quiet. She doesn't like
opening her heart to others because she is many times taken for a snob.
However, after she meets Serena, her lonely personality
begins to fade away... 
Amy
begins to open herself up more often, and really enjoys being with her
friends. She's studiing the 8th grade and has the best grades of in all
of Japan. She goes to a special school where she prepares to go to the
University. Even so, she sometimes sais weird things that make the other
scouts stare at Amy causing her to blush. When she grows up, she wants
to become a doctor like her mom. Amy lives in a mansion along with her
mom and dad, who happens to be an artist.
You can say that Amy and Greg are going out. Althouth at the begining, Amy didn't want to accept that she liked Greg. She finally was convinced by Lita that not everything in life has to do with school.<S.D. Mars: "It's real fun seeing Amy blush wen when we talk about Greg">
During battle, Sailor Mercury is the only one who actually thinks before acting, she analises every situation. The other senshis depend on her quick thinking and problem solving skills while doing battle. She prefers to gather information on the enemy and distracting them with her attacks, but if she is forced into solo combat, she can defend herself adequately. Her brains allow her to outsmart her opponents. She is one of the 4 guardians, sworn to defend Princess Serena in the past, and who defends Neo Queen Serenity in the future.

"Mercury Power" - Amy sais this in order to transform into Sailor Mercury in Sailor Moon (Eps. 8).
"Mercury Star Power" - Amy sais this in order to transform into Sailor Mercury, in Sailor Moon R (Eps. 62).

Crystal Power" - Amy sais this in order to transform into Super Sailor
Mercury (Eps. 151).
"Mercury Bubles.....Blast!" - Sailor Mercury sais this and a cloud of fog forms around the enemy not allowing it to see (Eps. 8).
"Mercury Freezing Bubles" - This atack is similar to the first one, only that when the bubles come in contact with other objects, they turn into ice (Eps. 53).
"Shine Aqua Illusion" - When Sailor Mercury sais this, a drop of water appears. She takes it and splashes everything around her with it turning everything into ice (Eps. 62).
"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody" - Super Sailor Mercury does this attack using her aquatic harp. A small blue harp apears in her hand, then she makes it bigger, in order for her to be able to play it. Afterwards, streems of water/ice shoot towards the enemy (Eps. 151).
Mercury's VR Gogles- A very effective weapon. Sailor Mercury touches her earing and special blue gogles apear before her eyes. They help her analise the situation in order to attack certain enemies (Eps. 10).
Mercury's Palmtop Computer- Another very useful gadget that Amy has. At first view, it seems to be a makeup compact. She uses this computer in order to calculate and analise situations (Eps. 10).
Mercury's Aquatic Harp- It's a blue harp that helps Sailor Mercury do her attack (Eps. 151).
