"Whatcha doin, bro...SQEak!" came a shrill voice behind him. "I am checking our position in the polls. Ah...here it is." As Anteros read, his jaw dropped. "That...that Spanish Monkey is Waaaay ahead in the polls. Look!" As his brother strained to see, Anteros grabbed his brother's thick glasses. "Here, use these." "I don't need glasses, Terry..." "Ok, then, what does it say?" said his brother, rather smugly. Eros nervously glanced at Anteros and peered back at the large print on the page. "SQUEAK...that's right, I never learned to read...BLAhahahaha..." Anteros calmed his anger by hitting Eros with a blunt object, and continued to read. "It says that this Ryu fellow has been rallying these nameless people with the hope of a safe future..." A scene cuts away to show Ami sitting in a window, overlooking a crowd of cheering nameless. And in a true Madonna moment, she started to sing. "Don't Cry for Me...Otaku...World..." "She has such a lovely singing voice..." squeaked Eros, as he enjoyed the delusion. Anteros's reply was again quick and painful. "How is the roller coaster construction, Eros?" "Oh...fine...the nanites are about done with it. But one problem tho...there is a place where the roller coaster goes up, and doesn't come down for awhile..." "Excellent." grinned the gray mouse. "OtakuWorld's most popular ride, the 'Fly Me to the Moon Coaster', is almost completed." "And then we take vacation?!" "No, then we rule this little planet. Come, Eros, we have recruiting to do...and we still need some financial backing. The scrap metal from those left over Mech bodies I found at that castle only got so far in the completion of the Roller Coaster." The two mice headed for the Symposium of Evil, being held at a Conveniently not too far away Chinese Restaurant. "And after using up eP's credit limit, we have no money for new comercials..." "Funny...I smell...fish?" said Eros, letting his nose lead him into the Symposium, quite unnoticed by the guard there. Anteros tagged behind. They walked by a guy, glued to the set, during a rebroadcast of the Anteros/Eros 99 ad. "Wow. If they build an amusement park, that would rule!" Shamus started to get up, managing to step on Anteros's tail. He continued on to the bathroom, or some such location, as Anteros babied his crushed tail. "These...Vermin...Huh?" angrily asked Anteros, as he noticed a man with fish head, dressed in drag, and a woman suspisiously looking like an outer senshi. What caught his attention more was the fact his nearsighted brother started up the man's dress. TBC? Nathan Bashore, author of el Pegaso...
