The not-quite bluenette looked up for a second. "Oh, hi!", she said,
waving back.

"Hi. Welcome to OtakuWorld," Medellia said, walking over to the new
arrival. "I'm Medellia Blue, unofficial Amichanian Recruiting
Chairperson. You plan on joining, I assume." 

"Unofficial?" Aureal asked, with a slightly puzzled look on her face. 

"Technically, recruiting is supposed to be handled by the faction
leader, but he's been a little busy these past few days, what with the
base being blown up and all," the Amichanian replied. 

"I see," replied the new arrival. "So, what do I have to do to join the
faction?"

"Well, we did have a screening test, but we abandoned that not long ago.
You see, the senshi's personalities were switched around, and Minako got
Ami's personality. She helped a bunch of disguised Minakochanians sneak
in. They completely trashed the base, then the darned Hotaruchanians
finished it off," MB answered. 

Aureal started to sweat a little at this point, not knowing if they'd
even let her in. Sensing this, Medellia quickly moved to dispel any
nervousness. 

"Don't worry. I can tell you're a true Mercury otaku. Welcome to the
faction," she said, shaking the new arrival's hand. "Follow me over
here, and I'll introduce you to everyone." 

The two went over to what was left of the Amichanian Base Camp.
"Everyone, I'd like you to meet Aureal. She just arrived here, and after
talking to her, I've welcomed her into the faction," Medellia said. 

Noticing that everyone around her was looking at her a bit strangely,
remembering the last time that new people had come into the faction, the
not-quite bluenette quickly began speaking again. "I know, I know, last
time anyone new came into the faction, they completely vandalized the
place. Look on the bright side, though- she can't vandalize the base,
because right now, we don't have one." 

Everyone sweatdropped. 

"Ha, ha. . . okay, back to the introductions. The man in the karate gi
is Ryu, and beside him is his wife, NeoAmi-chan. Captain Murdock is over
there, where Engineering used to be. Last but not least, the blonde man
in the armor is Hydrus, the faction leader." 

TBC? I dunno.

Gomen ne, minna-san! I didn't know until about 5 minutes before I left
that I'd be gone last night and today. I only just got back home from a
day that included a trip to the pretty good lil comic shop in town. I
now have the first Pokemon translated manga in my hands and a copy of
the SM RPG book on its way. ^_^ 

Note to eP: Yes, I am going to use what you gave me, only I couldn't
think of a good way to work it into this post. ^_^
