Careful! I just got hit by lightning!" SR shouted. >"Gomen!" Aureal said quickly. 'Ah crap,' She thought to herself. 'The second in >command. I hope she/he/it doesn't recognise me!' "My, you're a fast traveller," Aureal quickly said, trying to distract SR, " I thought you just left a few minutes ago to help Sailor D'ni..." she trailed off. Uh oh, probably just blew it, Aureal thought. >"Hey, aren't you that newbie Amichanian? Aureal, I belive it was?" SR queried. >'Crap, she/he/it's on to me. Crap!' Aureal thought. >"Your thoughts are kinda loud. I can hear them. Being somewhat telepathic helps >too. You're in deep crap, as the term goes." >"Er... I'll just be leaving now... >"No you won't." Said a very weary Sailor D'ni. >"What's with the poofy sleeves and wings?" SR asked, choking down laughter. >"Stuff it, Riven." SD replied. "I got my Regularily Scheduled Power-Up. It's >'Eternal Sailor D'ni' now." >"Ah. That explains it." >"Anyways, do you know what we do to Amichanians around... Hey! Where'd she go?" >Whilst Sailors D'ni and Riven had been talking, Aureal had had the good sense >to run off. Unfortunatly, she ran off right into Sailor Saturn. >"Hey, aren't you that Amichanian newbie? You'd better get out of here, Sailor >D'ni doesn't like Amichanians. At all. C'mon, I'll help you get out of here." >Saturn grabbed Aureal's hand and began leading her down a hallway. > After turning a few corners, Aureal and Saturn suddenly heard D'ni and Riven chasing after Aureal. Saturn frowned and pondered a minute. Suddenly opening a door to the right, she shoved Aureal in, saying, "I don't have anything against Amichanians, and sometimes D'ni can go a bit overboard. Just stay quiet, and you can leave after they go by." Aureal frowned, wondering what she was going to do. The room she was in was completely dark, so she couldn't even see where she was. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out a small blue light and turned it on. Then she grinned. Aha! A computer! Aureal thought. She quickly went over and began typing. I'll have to abandon my original plan, she thought, as she hacked into the HBC's computer system, but I'm going to do _something_ while I'm here! The sound of footsteps running past the door made Aureal increase her typing speed, and she finished up what she was doing and extingushed her light just as Saturn opened the door and whispered, "OK, you can come out now." Aureal cautiously poked her head out the door, and Saturn pointed down the hall. "That door at the end leads outside," she said. " You'd better hurry up before D'ni decides to search more thoroughly." Aureal nodded and hastily beat a retreat to the outside of the HBC. She began to laugh mishievously, and her robes faded into blue jeans and a t-shirt. Inside the HBC, D'ni skidded to halt. Baka! She thought to herself, why don't you just use the scanning program on your computer? Riven, not having had this thought, continued on into D'ni. "Ouch!" they both yelled and glared at each other. "Why'd you do that?" they each demanded. "I just realized we should use the scanning system to find her!" D'ni hastily explained, and ran towards the nearest computer. Sitting down, she turned the screen on... then jumped up in horror. A screensaver of Sailor Mercury doing Shabon Spray greeted her horrified eyes. "That little Amichanian did this!!!!!!" she shrieked and quickly jiggled the mouse to get rid of the sight. Then she shrieked again. The background of the screen was now a collage of Sailor Mercury and Ami pictures. Trembling in outrage, she quickly went to the options section to get rid of the offending images, only to find that she now needed a password to change the settings. D'ni's face grew incredibly red and angry looking, and she quickly moved to the scanning program and had it do a search of the HBC. Finding only Hotaruchanians inside, she scanned the outside, and an unidentified person showed up as being just a small ways outside the HBC. "That must be her!" she exclaimed triumphantly, as she and Riven ran off in that direction. From her position outside, Aureal heard several shrieks come from inside the HBC, and she decided it was probably time to leave the area. She ran as fast as she could for the nearby hills. TBC?
