"Then why the big fuss?"
"Because newbies need to feel their actions have serious consequnces for
others. It makes them omnipitent and easy to pick off. And I intend to do some
picking. Besides, we STILL have a party to plan!!"



Six hours later:

"Well, I think we have everything. Let's Party!!!!" Sailor D'ni shouted. The
HBC's Ballroom was packed with NO and a couple Named Otaku. As well as a few
members of other factions, disguised as Hotaruchanians...
