"Over a thousand years ago there was a time when life existed on all the planets of our solar system. The most powerful of all was the Moon Kingdom. It was ruled by Queen Serenity who possessed the Imperial Silver Crystal, which was full of magic and promised eternal youth. All of the planets were especially prosperous during Queen Serenity's peaceful ruling. They all sent their royalty to be a part of Queen Serenity's daughter, Princess Serenity's court. This time was known as the Silver Millenium.

There were parties and dances with music every night. The young moon princess was in love with a prince from Earth named Endymion. They were very happy and would wed. Unfortunately these dreams were shattered. Prince Endymion warned the Moon Kingdom of an evil force that was released. It was too late, the Negaverse and it's leader Queen Beryl attacked the beautiful kingdom without warning, smashing it to bits and killing the prince and princess. Queen Serenity's kingdom was in ruins but she sacrificed her life to use the last of her strength along with the Moon Wand and Imperial Silver Crystal to banish the Dark Kingdom back to where it came from and send Endymion, Princess Serenity, and all her court to the future so that they may have a better life on Earth. She also sent two guardians, the cats Luna and Artemis, to watch over them in case the Negaverse ever tried to reveal itself again. The cats would know what to do and the Moon Kingdom would extract revenge."

And so the story begins....
