He was the sniper in the Sensui & Co. adventure.   He has a special power for aiming anything anywhere he wants as long as it's within his area of power. He's a high school student (around 17 years old) who's constantly riding a blue motorcycle.  He's cold and calm, but Hiei defeated him easily.  He also has a sister who has psychic abilities.
