Pokemon Snap
for N64
Pokemon Snap for N64 was released during
the last week of July, 1999. It is a fun game in which you go on
a camera safari trip, trying to take as many photos of Pokemon (in their
natural settings) as possible for Professor Oak. He rates your
photos according to size of Pokemon, pose, composition (is
your photo centered?) and if there is anything special about the photo
to make it extra noteworthy. You get points for the photos you show
Prof. Oak, and as you increase in points, he gives you extra items to help
you take better photos. You can return again and again to various
parts of the island to try to get better snaps of Pokemon!
All of your "captured" snaps of Pokemon get put in the PKMN report,
and you can view and arrange your photos. In addition, you can put
your favorite snaps into an album, and add comments.

STICKERS FROM POKEMON SNAP
|
Currently, you can print out sticker sheets of your favorite
pokemon photos. Participating Blockbuster Video Stores
have machines that will print out 16 stickers (approx. 1" X 3/4") for a
cost of $3.00. If you don't have your own Pokemon Snap Cartridge,
you can insert your rental cartridge into the machine, or choose from the
pre-selected images already stored in the Pokemon Snap Station.
The stickers shown here are from the machine. They are of very high
photo quality! You can call 1-800-859-4521 for the nearest Snap Station
location.
You don't even have to have a Blockbuster's card to use the Snap Station!
You just pay at the counter, and get a plastic "pre-paid" card to insert
into the Snap Station. Besides the Pikachu card, there is a Bulbasaur
card, a Charmander card, a Jigglypuff card, and a Squirtle card.
Cool collectibles!
The August 1999 issue of Nintendo Power has a nice little booklet
for your Pokemon Snap stickers. In addition, when you buy your Snap
Cartridge, it comes with a set of 16 stickers to start you off!
