Terrica Place - 105 metres, 24 storeys  Completed 1996.

This building's design draws on the old Commonwealth Government Offices that front Anzac Square.  An entire block in the CBD consists of 4 towers of Commonwealth Government Offices.  The now heritage-listed Anzac Residences occupies the buildings that front the souther side of Anzac Square.
