President ~ Walter Gribben

 

 

 

 

 

Major:  History; Chemistry minor.

 

Bio:  Walter is the Vice President of Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK), Historian of Alpha Epsilon Delta (AED) Premedical Honor Society, and an active member of the Freshman Advisory Board (FAB). This year, he founded the USA Rescue Squad, of which he serves as Captain, to provide volunteer, first-response Emergency Medical Services to the USA main campus. He will begin medical school at UAB in fall 2006.

Vice President ~ Sejal Amin

 

Major: Biomedical Science Major

 

Bio: Sejal is a senior planning to go to medical school in the fall. In addition to being involved in Mortar Board, she is also a part of Alpha Epsilon Delta, BMD Society, Freshman Advisory Board, USA Honors Program, Early Acceptance Program, Phi Eta Sigma, and Phi Kappa Phi. For the past four years she have been doing research in the Chemistry Department with Dr. Forbes for her senior thesis, and this past summer she traveled to England in a joint research project at UEA.

Historian ~ Jennifer Huff

 

 

 

Major: Nursing

 

Bio: Jennifer is from Huntsville, AL.  She has been involved with Phi Mu Women's Fraternity and Wesley Foundation United Methodist Campus Ministry since the Fall of 2002.  In the past year Jennifer has also served as a Rho Chi, sorority recruitment counselor, and as a member of Order of Omega, Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Chi, and Golden Key honor societies.  She plans to graduate with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in May of 2006 and attend graduate school in the future.

Major: Biomedical Sciences

 

Bio: Maryam is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society and the Council of International Students Organization. She is also a SGA Senator for the College of Allied Health. She enjoys running, working out, dancing, tennis, movies, traveling, meeting new people, her friends and family.

Major: Elementary Education

 

Bio: Brittany is a fifth grade student teacher at Elizabeth Fonde Elementary School. She is a member of many other

honor societies, and the Registration Team.  She loves taking pictures, going to the beach and reading.  She also enjoys

snowboarding and skiing in Colorado with her family over the holidays.

Bio: Jamie is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Eta Sigma Honor Societies. She was also selected for Who's Who Among American College Students. She is also a member of the Student Nurse's Association. She enjoys watching movies, reading (Harry Potter), and taking walks.
