This is Prince Diamond. He leads the Black Moon Family. It is he who instigated the arrangement between the Black Moon Family and the Wiseman. He fancies himself in love with Neo Queen Selenity. He kidnapped Sailor Moon and showed her images of Black Lady kissing Mamoru, so that she would leave Mamoru and be his queen. Luckily, Sailor Moon resisted and lived to escape and, with Chibi-Usa(Neo Princess Selenity), battle and defeat the Wiseman.

This  is Sapphire. He alone became aware of Wiseman's plan to cheat the Black Moon out of it's reward, control over the moon/Earth. He made an effort to tell Demando, but Wiseman blasted him once, letting Safiiru escape. Safiiru went to Petz and Petz cared for him. Safiiru went back to warn Demando of Wiseman's plot. Wiseman called him a traitor and killed him.                                        

This is Rubeus. He commanded the Ayakashi sisters; they reported to him and carried out his orders. A cold, calculating character, he intended to take the work the Ayakashi sisters did and credit it to himself. Cooan was in love with him, and he used this to manipulate her to no end. He captured the Sailor Senshi and used them as bait for Moon. She rescued them and escaped, damaging his UFO. Esmeraude left him to a fiery death on the UFO, saying he was better off dead than part of the Black Moon.

This is Beruche, second oldest of the Ayakashi sisters, and both the mental and Black Moon equivalent of Sailor Mercury. Her power was Dark Water.

This is Petz, the oldest Ayakashi sister and the Black Moon equivalent of Sailor Jupiter. Her power was Dark Thunder.

This is Black Lady. She is actually Usagi Small-Lady Selenity, corrupted by Wiseman's evil energy. Called "Wicked Lady" in the NA dub(Which I am loath to mention), she was created when Wiseman showed her images of abandonment and created memories of hatred in her mind; basically brainwashing her. Eventually(By the end of R), she had broken free of Wiseman's evil power with the help of Sailor Moon's love. The now good Chibi-Usa then used the Magical Silver Crystal of the future, in cooperation with the Magical Silver Crystal of the past to defeat Wiseman and the Black Moon.

This is Esmeraude/Emerald. She was extremely vain and fancied herself the most beautiful woman in the world/universe/whatever. She obsessed constantly about Diamond. Eventually Wiseman exploited her vanity and obsession about Diamond, transforming her into a dragon and using her as a tool to attack Sailor Moon. Tuxedo Kamen, using psychometry, pinpointed the dragon's weak spot and Esmeraude was killed, calling Diamond's name.

This is Cooan, the youngest Ayakashi sister and the Black Moon equivalent of Sailor Mars.Her power was Dark Fire/Ice Fire.

This is Calaveras, the second oldest of the Ayakashi sisters and the Black Moon equivalent of Sailor Venus. She wields a whip like Venus' Love-Me Chain.

These two are Kiral and Akiral. Kiral is the one on top; the one on the bottom is Akiral. They only appear once, when Sailor Moon and Venus are in the future. The two villains are guarding a false Crystal Palace. Venus and Moon do away with them and proceed to the real Crystal Palace.
