A little about me
   Hi there! As you can tell, my name is Laura. I'm 27 yrs old and am American/Taiwanese-Chinese. I was born in New York City and moved to New Jersey(a very boring place), when I was 4 and have been here ever since.

Other than a typical chinese family, I have an older sister. She's graduated already and was a fashion designer in NYC. Currently she's quit her job and is studying to be a chef (or something to do with food).

I love cats and some people say that I'm a bit catty myself. I used to have a cat, named Calvin. Had him for 15 yrs and he passed away pretty recently. I have put together a page in memory of Calvin. I'm still a bit sad about it but after a period of mourning, I got a new kitten.

I spend my days now working or hanging out with my boyfriend. We've been together for 4 1/2 years (amazing...huh?). Other than that, I like drawing, dancing, drinking (I'm not a lush!), clubbing when i can. I love playing pool and you could probably tell that I like japanese anime. I used to play pool seriously before but now I just play for the hell of it...but i'm still pretty good at it. I also like other things like v-ball or a little ping-pong.

I graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in East Asian Studies and a minor in Computer Science. I'm currently working but am still looking for a job. Hopefully I'll get something to do with Asian culture. If anyone knows of any openings, here's my resume (I need all the help I can get...:P) Other than working on this website, I also designed the webpage for dance troupe, of which I used to be a member.
