            Indians from South Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania celebrated 1998 Durga Puja on Oct. 3rd & 4th at Hartford Elementary School in Mount Laurel, NJ.  More than 200 Indian families attended this joyous event.  Our new Durga protima from Kumartuly made this year's puja very exciting and memorable.  The Bengali Cultural Society of South Jersey (BCS) arranged a number of cultural events for the members and especially for the children.  BCS served lunch and dinner for both days.

    The BCS executive committee invites all indians in this area (NJ, DE, PA) to attend our upcoming Saraswati puja in late January '99 and our annual function in late April '99.  Email: krishna33@hotmail.com
