In the aftermath of the Lichslaying, things began to return to normal among the members of Jojii's Sword.  But Kentaro was not whole... while the mark on his forehead lost its reddish hue, it remained a reminder of the horror which almost overtook him.  Yet it was not as much a nuisance as the loss of his father's splendid Ivory Yari.  The only weapon he possessed was a nekode given him by Iwata, and it did not make him feel whole.  So, Kentaro began to roam the transplanted Sho lands for a worthy replacement.

Kentaro enters a portal to Yanshi.

Soon his journeys took him to Yanshi, where he heard of a place where a great weapon could be found.  It was called the Green Mire Grave, and that warrior put to rest there was a lancer.  After searching the countryside, a portal was found leading to that place, and Kentaro entered to find a scrap of paper verifying the location.

"A Jojiist," Kentaro noted to himself.  "Surely he was a good man."  The catacombs were searched, and new inhabitants were found: Mosswarts were everywhere, and very eager to kill any human in sight.  With Iwata's enchanted nekode, Kentaro quickly cut them to pieces.

Structures like unfinished lifestones were found inside.

Doors were broken down, Mosswarts put to death, and Kentaro pushed on until he came across a woman resting.  She was Apathy, an adventurer who had come to pay respects to the departed Green Mire Warrior.  When questioned on the whereaboouts of the famed yari, she took Kentaro to a well-guarded room.  Together they dispatched the Mosswarts and a strange phantomlike creature, and a chest was found.  Within it was the weapon Kentaro had sought...the Green Mire Yari.

Kentaro thanks Apathy for her help, as he is surprised from behind.

With great joy, Kentaro wielded the magical weapon as if it were his own.  It cut like a Yaoji, yet pierced as swiftly as a dagger.  The rearmed lancer gave his thanks to Apathy, promising to repay his debt to her in the future.

When Kentaro left the Green Mire Grave, he was also adorned with a splendid Green Cuirass.  How it was acquired he will not speak of...

Kentaro in his Yoroi.  Soon after he sold the kabuton. His mark still pained him.
