Rules


The Rules:

It's simple. All you need on your page is fanart of J-Rock and/or J-Pop. That's it! Although it helps if there is more than one piece of "J" art. Furthermore, DO NOT submit your page if it is still under construction. I want finished pages, here. That's about it! ^_^

Procedure:

First, goto "Join," and fill out the forms. After you're done, submit it. After that, choose you html code, and put it on your page ASAP. That way, it make s everyone happier. I will not add your page to the ring until I see code on your page. When I recieve your form, I will will review you page, and add it to the ring if it fits within the guidelines. You will be notified when your page has been added.
