Invited by a new age, I'm the scout of time

As you can see Sailor Pluto is very good. She spends most of her time by herself because she is not allowed to go outside her post. She is the guardian of time.

Meiou Setsuna(Japanese) is her name in real life. Her english name is Celia. Her birthday is October 29th. She is a scorpio and she is very generous and courageous too. She likes to do some quiet sewing and reading. She is also very mysterious too. She first showed in Reeny's luna ball in Sailor Moon R. She was the voice talking to her.

Like Sailor Uranus and Neptune, she too possess the third talisman. The garnet orb that's at the end of her stick. She usually uses her stick when she call on her "Dead Scream" attack. She also has a forbidden attack called, "Dark Dome Close" which closes the tunnel of time. She used it once and had to be punished for it. She did it to save her fellow scouts, Uranus and Neptune.

Her castle's name is Charon Castle.
