This song reflects that a woman is not always impressed by the man who has a crush on her, or vice versa. In one of the S episodes, the pack were not impressed with Bunny (Usagi) drinking wine. Also, the whole pack was not impressed with the girls trying to dance with Meggan (Haruka).
This song also reflects faking or being an imposter, as the song clearly states. In a SuperS episode, Amy (Ami) was not impressed at Mamuro (Mamoru) because she saw him with another girl.
