Main Room
This is a sizable and comfy room of a relatively small cafe on the corner of
Thor East and Tyr. Tables are lined about neatly in an L coordination about a
likely L-shaped counter, where foot stools are placed for extra seating.
Behind the counter, a large cutout in the wall allows communication between the
registreers and the cooks, and the waitress or waiter on duty moves back and
forth from this room to the kitchen through a wooden door placed to the side of
it. Set into the northeastern corner, are two public payphones, the restrooms,
and some stairs, apparently leading up to an apartment above. There is little
to know decoration of the mostly wood-furnished structure, and what there is
seems to be following a 50s theme. With a few nostalgic objects of yore, most
notably a jukebox. (Use 'menu' and 'order' to order things.)

>Lyrae quietly says, "After she got clobbered by the concussion grenades, she
got back up a minute later and.. well glowed red, then ran at you and ...you'll
pardon me for saying, kicked the crud out of you.."
>Lyrae quietly says, "Then collapsed, *THEN* Cloud went to her side."
>Garr blinks, and raises an eyebrow. "...?"
>Lyrae quietly says, "I took my jacket off and covered her up to ah..preserve
her dignitty *9.9* and then healed her up, and since after that attack, you
were pretty badly hurt too, so I healed you up next."
>Lyrae quietly says, "Um, when you came to, you didn't remember anything beyond
your name and age.. so since it was my fault, I said you could stay with Kim
and me at the church."
>Lyrae smiles, "Um, that's about all I know. The rest, I'll have to ask Derek,
Cloud or Tifa about.."
>Yuffie says, "Umm... kay. Do you think that Cloud and Tifa persons are still
mad at me?" ^^;
>Lyrae quietly says, "Uh. . probably.... ^_^;;;;"
>Ryu_Bateson walks in from the street outside.
>Ryu_Bateson has arrived.
>S. Ryu waves to Ryu excitedly. ^_^ "Hihi!"
>Lyrae blinks, looking towards the door o O ( Eep! It's that other dragon o.o

>Ryu Bateson grins, waving to Sanban, "Hey there, little buddy. ^_^"
>Garr speaks, apparently to the younger Ryu, "Do... you know that person?"

>Keiko looks at Ryu, then at Ryu. She blinks. O.O
>Lyrae watches the older Ryu. Very. Very. Very. Very cautiously.
>Ryu Bateson wanders over to his smaller counterpart, ruffling his hair like he
was his little brother or something. ^-^

>Lyrae picks up her menu and ..well she's not looking at *it* .. she's watching
Ryu B with as much scrutiny as Garr. Oh she's bolting for the door if he even
looks at her wrong.

>Ryu Bateson looks up, up, at Garr, "Errr..hello there..? My, you're a big one.

>Garr says, in a deep voice, "... Yes, you could say that."
>Lyrae doesn't notice Yuffie's questioning look.. just watching Ryu warily. The
big guy of course, not the squirt ^_^
>Gunter walks in from the street outside.
>Gunter has arrived.

>Ryu Bateson looks down at little Ryu..then over at Lyrae..oh my god! He
looked! "Hey..weren't you..?"

>S. Ryu gestures at Garr and Keiko. o.o "These are two other friends of mine.
Garr here's a guardian. n.n He's real strong. She's Keiko..someone I..erm,
met." ^^; He then gestures to his elder counterpart, "This is..Ryu. o.o Nicest
person in this town besides Miki." ^_^
>Lyrae has left.
>Yuffie blinkblinks, then leaps out of her seat, chasing after Lyrae. "HEY!"

>S. Ryu studies the small cloud of smoke that signifies Lyrae's departure
absently. o.o "...."
>Garr rubs his chin slowly. "Another Ryu, eh? That will make telling them apart
hard..."
>Ryu Bateson bows to everyone, after giving a questioning glance after Lyrae,
"Was it my breath? I just remembered her from that fight with Esmerelda.."
>S. Ryu says, "We have different aliases." c.c;
>Garr narrows his eyes. "... So, you have met Esmerelda as well?"
>Gunter hmmphs... then *SLAMS* the door. u.u
>Garr looks over at Gunter. "..."
>Ryu Bateson erks at Gunter, answering Garr in the process, "Yes..she's my sworn
enemy.."
>S. Ryu nods. o.o "..Strange..she never did that to me, and I was there too.."
>Miki asks, "You two related?"
>Garr hmms . o O ( Perhaps this other dragon may be acceptable, for now. But
three, all in the same place? Something strange here... )
>S. Ryu nods. c.c; "..Esm is mine too. x.x She broke my arm."
>Miki asks, "She did?"
>Ryu Bateson shakes his head, "We're just friends..aint that right, Ryu?" He
stares at Gunter, "You too..you were in that room with her.."
>Garr narrows his eyes. "... I plan to talk to her myself later. You don't need
to worry."
>S. Ryu nods. ^^; "She..stomped on it." x.x;;
>S. Ryu nods. o.o "Friends. Not related. I think."
>Miki says, "Why would anyone try to break your a-" She fumes. "Okay. I'm gonna
have a little 'talk' with her myself..."
>Gunter hmphs.. looking at Ryu, "Eeh... yeah but I was bored and decided to
just watch all of you get beat up." u.u
>S. Ryu shakeshakeshakes his head. x.x;; "No..she'll kill you.."
>Garr looks over at Miki. "I would recommend against that."
>Miki says, "Why would anyone try to break your a-" She fumes. "Okay. I'm gonna
have a little 'talk' with her myself..."

>Ryu Bateson says, "Us get beat up? I was hardly scratched. Oh well..."
>Miki says, "Hah! Kill me? Ke- err... Um..."
>S. Ryu says, "Hey!" o.o; He glances at Gunter. "You're right, he was." x.x;;
>Miki asks, "Miki?"
>Gunter coughs... o.-
>Garr looks over at Gunter once more, with his piercing ruby eyes.
>Ryu Bateson peers more intently..his slow mind gradually getting the gears in
motion, "And she said you were her ally.. ..you might be a spy.."
>Garr closes his eyes, hand clasped in front of him, as if in prayer. "The boy
over there will not be a threat." He opens one eye to look at Gunter. "Will
you?"
>Miki looks rather silly to be making threats. O.O
>Ryu Bateson scratches the back of his head, "Erm..anyhow.. ..pleased to meet
you..Garr..and..what was your name again, miss? ^_^;"
>Miki says, "Miki."
>Ryu Bateson says, "Miki..yeah.. ..I won't forget that this time, I promise."
>Garr looks over at Bateseon. "Why don't you have a seat? There's still plenty
of room..."
>Gunter blinks... looking over at Garr, "Eeh? What are you talking about?" u.u
>Ryu Bateson mrurmurs aloud to himself in thought, "I wish Deis-sama were
around..she'd know what to--.." He looks up, smiling with small fangs, "Thank
you very much," while turning a seat about near Garr and sitting on it
backwards, arms crossed over the back.
>Garr turns back to Gunter. "I mean exactly what I said."
>Garr blinks again. "..." . o O ( He knows Deis-sama...? )
>Ryu Bateson doesn't say anything further on that. He's probably thinking on it
instead of being verbal, since he seems to be preoccupied with something.
>Ryu Bateson gets pulled out of his mind again and smiles at everyone, "How
about I buy everyone something to eat? ^_^ Wouldn't that be nice?"
>S. Ryu nods. o.o "..As long as the lady doesn't eat my food before it gets here
again"
>Garr opens his eyes. "Very generous of you, young man, but that is not
necessary."
>Gunter hmms... rubbing his head as he watches Garr, "You don't intimidate
me.... you... weirdo." u.u
>Ryu Bateson grins, waving his hand dispellingly, "It's my treat. Hey, what are
you passing it up for? Not like I'm going to order Golden Fly Pudding."
>Ryu Bateson's face goes a little green for a moment. o O ( Blargh.. )
>Miki says, "Sounds gross..."
>S. Ryu ehehs at Gunter.. o.o . o O ( Now he's in for it. )
>Garr turns his eye to Gunter once again, a slight smirk on his face. Looking
back to the older Ryu, he adds, "Well, if you INSIST... I do have to keep my
strength up." He rubs his shoulder, and grins.
>Miki looks wide-eyed at Garr. O.O
>Garr looks like his strength needs a LOT of upkeep, yessiree
>Gambit walks in from the street outside.
>Gambit has arrived.
>Ryu Bateson says, "It was..", apparently, the guy's actually tried it. Yum yum.
n.n; "Well..order what you want..I'll pay. Turns out gold is a lot more
valuable here."
>Gambit walks into the cafe, and sits down on a chair.
>Garr nods to the older Ryu. "Several of those 'hamburgers' should be
sufficient."
>Gunter hmphs... watching Garr quietly. u.u
>Yuffie walks in from the street outside.
>Yuffie has arrived.
>Miki says, "I can't really eat anything... A girl hasta watch her weight, after
all. ^-^;;"
>Gambit pulls out a bo stick out of the back of his trenchcoat, putting it
against the table. o.O;
>Ryu Bateson orders 10 hamburgers for Garr, 4 extra rare steaks for himself,
and..looks at Miki, nodding, then down to little Ryu. n.n
>Yuffie peeks in, looking for Kim, then creeps on over. =.=
>Gambit then looks at the menu... . o O ( At least de food's edible. )
>Gambit orders a hotdog, while Kaori-chan smiles and nods.
>Kaori-chan yells in back to the cook, "One hot dog!" The cook grins knowingly,
while Kaori heads back into the kitchen with a worried look. o O ( No.. ..not
that.. ..why me.. )
>Kaori-chan starts to bring the hotdog to Gambit, but.. ..gets caught midway
back with a hunger in her eyes. Futilely, she covers her eyes, "No.. ..must..
..resist..the hotdog! You don't control me anymore!" Suddenly with a cackle,
she crams the poor frankfurter in her mouth, bun, wiener, toppings and
all..much to the shock of all gathered. As she comes back to..she looks around
with a blush..and slides back behind the counter as though nothing happened at
all. *^_^*

>After a short wait, Kaori-chan walks back out, and sets the steaming coffee
before Miki, "There ya go, hon."
>Gambit orders a hamburger. Kaori-chan smiles, "One hamburger, coming up!"
>Yuffie has left.
>Kaori-chan yells in back to the cook, "Hamburger!" The cook nods, "Hamburger.."
>Miki sips her coffee, paying the waitress.
>Ryu Bateson gets a hamburger for little Ryu. n.n
>Kaori-chan finally comes out, Gambit's hamburger in hand, and sets it before
him, "There ya are, sugar."
>Gambit =.= "Ya better not eat dis one up, chere.." he takes the hamburger.
>Garr looks at the two Ryu's . o O ( A family resemblance...? )
>S. Ryu chomps a quarter of it away, chewing. o.o
>Ryu Bateson looks somewhat like an adult Sanban would..except for the obvious
difference in eye colour.

being outwardly glutenous...must have had a lot of training. n.n;

>Garr catches it with his massive left hand. He reaches forward with, pointing a
finger at the German. "I would recommend you calm yourself down. I am in no
mood for violence. Yet."
>Gambit narrows his eyes... he stands up, and silently takes out a deck of
cards. "Gambit only want quiet dinner, mon frere.."
>Garr turns to walk back to his seat.

>Miki gets up, narrowing her eyes at Gunter. "Hey!"

>Gunter grits his teeth... then reaches forward; his hands glowing as a pair of
icey talons form on his hands and he *CRACKS* the table in half.. splintering
wood chips all over the place... "Ora ora!" u.u

>Garr gets back to his table, reaching down and picking up his spear. The rings
jingle from the movement. "Go outside and I will teach you a lesson, little
boy."
>Ryu Bateson almost gets a piece in his eye..but he manages to cover it in time,
"Aaah! Oh..", he takes the hand away, blinking a few times, "Phew.."
>Miki looks to Gunter. "Um... Could we go outside for a second...?"
>Miki. o O ( I can't dare teach this man a lesson in this disguise! O.O )

>Gambit says, "Seems like Gambit don' need t'fight.." he shrugs, sitting back

>Ryu Bateson leans on his chin, brushing wood splinters off his steak, "Why
can't all the bad guys be honorable like Ray?"

>Garr holds his spear forward, and closes his eyes. "I am merciful, please calm
yourself, and I will forget this incident. And the fact you worked for
Esmerelda."
>Gunter hmphs... turning around a bit, "I suppose so..." He reaches over to a
dirty table and snatches up a glass of water... sipping on it as he walks
outside... u.u
>Ryu Bateson says, "You know him? o.o He's dead now..sacrificed himself so that
religion wouldn't be corrupt.."
>Gunter cackles a bit, "I sitll vork for Esmerelda... you vant her? You have to
get through me first!"
>Miki follows him. Keiko not so mecriful.
>Gunter has left.
>Gambit eats his hamburger, no sense in dirtying his clothes when all these
people are gonna beat up Gunter anyway. n.n

Intersection: Thor/Tyr
This intersection is relatively nice, if not for the lingering darkness to the
west on Thor Street. Luckily, all the streetlamps here are replaced
regularly..any graffiti is cleaned up almost immediately..and a neighbourhood
police patrol keeps an eye out for any shifty and suspicious types wandering
about. To the east, Thor Boulevard is a much more lively and light
place..housing many people in small housing complexes, and a few larger,
upper-middle class homes. To the South, Tyr Road continues in that direction,
with a mixture of hotels and apartment buildings. To the north, it seems to
disperse at an obscure point..though a few eateries catering to myriad tastes
can be seen.

deeply from his glass of water...
>Garr hefts his 9' long spear up in one hand. "Are you pleased that you have
ruined several people's dinners with your violence?"
>Gunter hmphs... swallowing the water with a deep gulp; his eyes flaring up
brightly as he does so. He grins, "No... but I'm quite proud zat I'm no
longer bored..."
>Keiko doesn't seem to have followed.
>Garr spins the spear one-handed, suddenly THRUSTING the point into the
pavement. It easily cracks through the asphalt... He steps away from the spear.
"I will not fight an unarmed person with my weapon."
>Gunter eehs, "Yeah yeah yeah... just come on and fight, pussy cat..." u.u
>Gunter's eyes flare out.. his hands starting to crack and freeze over with ice.
The wind blows a little hard... gusting in an icey breeze.
>Garr looms ominously. He takes a step forward. Then another.
>Suddenly, a figure *pounces* upon Gunter in a cat-like fashion.
>Garr stops in his tracks. "..."
>Gunter stares at Gunter... his boots creaking as he takes a defensive stance.
Then... "Gah!! What ze hell??!" >.<

Keiko
You see a rather strange-looking.... neko-chan? Sure enough, from her black
cat-ears to a curling tail swaying behind her, Keiko is a strange mix of feline
and human. Her face is quite human, in spite of a few small tiger stripes
curling up to the edge of her cheek, a pair of gold cat eyes, and tiny fangs.
Atop her head is a mess of dark brown curls, some tamed back into a ponytail
with a green piece of cloth.
Keiko has a rather heavy yet lithe build, which was probably built by years
of hard work. While not stunningly beautiful, she's a little pretty in a
tomboyish way. O.O She wears a pair of army combat boots, denim shorts, and a
sleeveless mock turtleneck.
Carrying:
>Garr clasps his hands together as he watches the two figures collide
>Keiko then bounces off of Gunter, flipping onto her feet. "How would you like
to tangle with a real 'pussy cat'?"
>Garr looks over at Keiko. "Please step aside ma'am. I cannot be responsible if
he harms you..."
>Keiko grins, not taking her eyes off of Gunter. "Just relax, sir. I know what
I'm doing."
>Gunter glances over at Keiko... the chuckles a bit and grins, "Sure... let me
beat zis 7 foot beast's worthless ass and its a date." He winks at Keiko...
then adjusts himself so he can see both of them infront of him.
>Garr narrows his eyes, but stands his ground.
>Keiko says, "That wasn't an invitation, sir."
>Keiko says, "That was a threat."
>Gunter grumbles, "Okay okay okay... no more explanations... I knew what you
meant." u.u
>Keiko. o O ( He actually thinks I'm pretty? O.o Usually all the guys go after
the girls who have better defined curves. O.O )
>Gunter. o O ( *sigh* If only I didn't have to do this for Esmerelda...
everyone's going to hate me... but at least Kim will stay alive the longer I
can protect Esmerelda... )
>Keiko grins, putting a hand on her hip. "Shall we go about this all day?"
>Garr raises his right hand. "Are you planning on standing there, or are you
actually going to do something?"
>Gunter spreads his arms out in an crucifiction-like stance... his eyes flaring
up as he howls out in an icey, beast-like voice! The wind kicks up and it
begins to snow... the flurry making it hard to see and the ground begins to
slowly and gradually become slick with frost...
>Keiko hunches down, trying to use her feline senses to detect Gunter.
>Garr narrows his eyes as he clasps his hands together. He scoffs, apparently
unimpressed, and starts chanting in an arcane tongue
>Gunter is visable.. but mainly his glowing blue eyes as he stares at the two
and chuckles deeply with a wicked voice. With that he begins running towards
Garr... going to attack the largest threat first.
>Keiko sees Gunter's movement and takes another pounch at him.
>Garr watches Gunter... never taking his eyes off of him. The very second Gunter
charges he raises his hands towards the sky, towards heaven, exclaims some
mysterious syllables in a deep voice, and the very earth below Gunter erupts
upwards in a firey blast!
>Gunter's begins skidding... his boots specially made for the icey ground as he
digs in and kicks back; the flash of heat catching his legs and causing him to
curse out loudly! Though pleasure kicks in as he waits for the young girl to
fall into the blast.
>Keiko gah's as she sees the fire. She passes through it, then gets up, rather
singed, yet overwise, fine. Going through flaming hoops many times a day tends
to help you get used to fire. O.O;;
>Sanban_Ryu has arrived.
>Garr drops his hands to his side, and slightly forward, as he waits for
Gunter's next move.
>S. Ryu tiptoes outside. ^^
>Gunter's boots are smoking... making it evident where he is as he stands
behind Keiko and infront of Garr, "Oooooh.. this should be fun... pussy cat
uses fire."
>Gunter. o O ( And he's not a hot head like Ryan... he WAITS for me to attack...
Dammit!! ) u.u
>Garr hasn't noticed Ryu. Yet. His spear sticks out of the pavement, placed
aside for the moment. This is just a disiciplinary brawl, for the moment, after
all.
>Keiko turns her head towards Ryu, a bit of worry crossing her face. . o O ( No!
Go back in! I can't let that kid get hurt... )
>S. Ryu snuck out, is deliberately trying not to be seen. n.n;
>Gunter makes an odd kata motion infront of him with his hand... leaving a
glowing symbol hovering in the air. Suddenly the snow begins flurrying around
Garr... building up at his feet and trying to freeze him to the ground!
>Garr isn't stopped that easily. As the ice and sleet begins to collect, he
takes another step forward, cracking the thick buildup. He keeps his ruby eyes
focused on Gunter . o O ( If I disable him, it will be easy to question him
about Esmerelda... )
>Gunter grins as Garr takes the step forward and uses this time to SPRING
forward.. shooting like a bolt of lightening through the flurry of snow as he
goes to rake his talons across Garr's beaked face, ".... rrrrrrrrAAAHH!!!"
Keiko agilely leaps up, doing a rather impressive flip, and sticks a foot out
towards Gunter, planning to use his head as a sort of 'hopping stone'. o O (
Quit moving around! )
>Garr doesn't even try to dodge as Gunter springs forward. He raises his massive
left forearm into the path of the icy one, and the claws rake across, and into,
it quite well... though not as well as you were expecting. The moment you
impact Garr's arm, he swings his right arm upwards, towards Gunter's chest, in
a powerful jab.
>Gunter oofs! Feeling Keiko bounce off his head. His talons sink deep into
Garr's arm and he growls.. dazed from the blow and not seeing Garr's fist
coming until its too late. His body is kicked up heavily by the blow.. but his
tightens his grip... trying to rip and shred at his flesh using his own force!
>Gambit has arrived.
>Gambit comes out of the cafe, his silvery bo in hand.
>Garr doesn't even seem to notice Gunter digging into his flesh... and Gunter
does, that much is certain. With Gunter on the end of his fist, he draws back
quickly, and grabs at Gunter's throat.
>Gambit narrows his eyes, and they glow red for a bit..
>Gunter's eyes flare up brightly and he screams loudly at Garr like some sort of
wailing banshee! Garr's grip finds Gunter's throat but at the same time
Gunter's icey claws glow a bright blue color... suddenly sucking all the life
giving moisture from Garr's arm!
>Gambit asks, "Havin' trouble, mon ami?"
>Garr grits his massive teeth as his strength starts to be drained... he
SQUEEZES the neck - quite hard; this guy can throw a buick.
>Felicia walks in from the east.
>Felicia has arrived.
>Keiko, not having time to answer Gambit, positions herself behind Gunter and
attempts to place a Strategically placed kick in his back... Hopefully, if
it's the right spot, it'll make him unconcious.
>Gambit takes his bo, and spins it once, ready to attack if he has to.
Garr is locked in a struggle with Gunter.
>Gunter grits his teeth sharply... his angelic face gnarling in pain and looking
a shade bit demonic as he beigns to close his eyes... coughing loudly,
"Gnnn..... nnno!!! Dr... op me!!!" with that he flares up brightly and
attempts to dry out Garr's arm to a husk!
>Felicia walks in and stangers back to a hault as she notices the fight.
>Gunter whispers, "Gunter notes its just an EXTREMELY painful attack and not
something that will ruin your arm. o.o;;" to you.
>S. Ryu wonders why the stranger can't leave the work to his two friends. o.o
It's their fight.
>Garr immediately lets go of Gunter - and then PUNCHES Gunter in the chest once
again, likely to send him back several feet
>Gunter arches his back and gasps... feeling Keiko's precise blow to his back.
And in his unconcious state, Garr easily bats him across the street, sliding
painfully across the asphalt.
>Garr rubs his left forearm, and looks over at the now unconscious Gunter. "..."
>Keiko looks to Garr. "You okay?" There's something about her that's familar...
>Garr . o O ( Not as damaging as I first suspected... it was mostly a painful
distraction... But then, he's nothing compared to a dragon. )
>Garr hmms, and looks over at Keiko. "I am fine, I have taken far worse
injuries."
>Gambit hehs, putting down his bo, partly leaning against it. "Seems like Gambit
didn' need t'come."
>Felicia blinks and takes a step backward. o O (Maybe I should go find someone
to break this up...)
>Gunter groans a bit... coughing now and then from the pain in his throat.
He's waking up.. pretty tough even from Keiko's blow... but still practically
helpless.
>Garr walks over to Gunter, grabs him by the collar of his shirt, and slowly
hefts him up.
>Keiko looks to Garr. "Shouldn't you get him some help...?/ We don't want them
to die."
>Eponine walks in from the east.
>Eponine has arrived.
>Garr looks at Gunter, but answers Keiko's question. "He is not injured
severely. Yet. And I still need to question him."
>Felicia blinks around reconizing someone and walks up to Gambit...tapping his
shoulder. "What's going on here?"
>Gunter begins chuckles softly in Garr's arms, "Heheh.... *cough* ... I guess..
I shouldn't have taken on two at once..." There is an odd cracking noise like
breaking glaciers... a weird object growing from Gunter's rear...
>Garr says, in a deep voice, like some sort of dark avatar, "You will tell me
everything you know about Esmerelda. If you do so, you will leave without
further injury."
>Gambit looks to Felicia.. "A fight, chere... can't you see that?"
>Eponine blinks as she wanders into the area...not paying any attention to
anyone else when she sees Gunter and Garr. "Gunter...?"
>Felicia smirks and slaps Gambit's shoulder. "I can see that stupid...I meant
what are they fighting about?"
>Gunter's body begins trembling in Garr's hand... going into a painful, deep
freeze as he tries, once again, to get Garr to drop him. An odd pair of
shiney, obsidian horns curling out from the back of his head... his hair
starting to loose its color...
>Keiko places a hand over her mouth in shock.
>Gambit says, "Dat guy" he points to Gunter.. "Was ruining ev'body's dinner."
>Garr pushes Gunter back, putting distance between them once again . o O (
Dragon...? No, something else. ) He backs up, slowly but with heavy footfalls,
and recovers his spear.
>Eponine steps closer to Gunter...keeping a good three feet distance from him
and asks, "Are you alright?"
>Gunter falls to his knees... chuckling loudly and cackling a bit. The
horrible, nerve shattering cracking noise still echoing out from his body. his
nose begins steaming out cold frost and his flesh begins hardening into dense
ice, "I will be... in a moment..."
>Felicia looks over to Gunter and blink/gasps at his transformation. "Huh...?"
>Garr draws his spear back, and begins twriling it in his hands. "..."
>Gunter morphs into a Ice-Demon.
>Garr speaks, LOUDLY, in his deep voice, "Everyone, clear the area if you do not
wish to be injured."
>Eponine looks up at the other man holding the spear and narrows her eyes, "You
should take your own advice..."
>Gambit raises his bo..
>Felicia reachs over and places a hand on Gambit's arm. "Wait a second..."
>Gambit looks over to Felicia. "Ya should get outta here, chere."
>Keiko says, "I'm staying here."
>Keiko looks to Ryu. . o O ( Hmm... ) "I'll get Ryu to safety!"
>Garr narrows his eyes . o O ( This is going from bad to worse... are all of
Esmerelda's henchmen this difficult? )
>Felicia blinks at him and shakes her head. "You shouldn't get involed either."

Gunter
Looming before you stands the wicked figure of Ice Demon. His very presence
sends chills down your spine as if you were hooked and hung in a meat freezer.
At a full 6'7", Ice is 'quite' intimidating even if he does retains his
angelic, beautiful appearance. The air is frosty around him... puffs of icey
mist circling and wafting around his icey body. His young face is elven in
appearance... smooth and slender and well defined. His eyes glaze over with a
pearl color in the light, but catching them just right, you can see his icey
blue iris glowing. Under his left eye is a white, fang shaped marking of some
alien origin. His long elven-like ears stick out from the sides of his head,
adorned with many silver rings and chains. His hair is now short and shaggy;
sticking out sharply all aound his head and framing his face. Curliung from the
back of his head and around his ears are a pair of beautiful, obsidian horns;
polished to perfection.
Hugging Ice's much larger, stronger chest is a tight, rubbery shirt of some
sorts... accenting his muscles like some sort of hard, outer shell. The shirt
ends right above his tight belly... showing off his cute 6-pak and a shining
silver naval ring. His arms are long and slender, tight with hidden muscles and
showing off his soothing, light blue flesh. A black, metal bracelet is linked
around one arm while the other has a large black leather bracer adorned with
zippers and buckles; both of his hands fleshy, sharp talons.
Squeezing Ice's rather curvey hips is a large black leather belt and silver
buckle... holding onto a pair of tight, black leather pants. His pants are a
vivid creation from his wild imagination and punky sense of taste; made up of
several pieces and a wide variety of silver buttons, zippers, buckles, belts,
and pockets. Starting at his knees, a pair of calf hugging boots, with the same
wild pattern of buckles and belts, mold to his legs and feet... the combat
boots cut off about mid-way on his feet to let two large, long, ferociously
looking fleshy talons out. He's deadly but beautiful appearance has you
captivated until you see an object swing from behind him... and you are
startled to watch a heavy, thick, 7 foot long spaded tail swing out from behind
him. The appendage has its fair share of ribbons, leather straps and buckles
along it... as well as two silver rings piercing its spaded tip. This form is
definately a very agile, fast, powerful form... and that tail looks as if to
constrict the life

>Gambit says, "Don' worry about Gambit, chere..."
>Gambit takes out a card...
>Felicia purrs, "I'm not worried about you. You just shouldn't get involed in
things that don't concern you."
>Ice-Demon slowly stands up... much larger in his new form. He chuckles out a
deep, soothing voice and grins widely at Garr, "Well... I'm not sure. She
doesn't even tel me who her henchmen are..."
>Felicia blinks at the card, "What are you going to do with that?"
>Keiko looks to Ryu. "Come with me."
>Gambit grins... his eyes glow a bright red, as the card starts to glow a red
color also...
>Garr extends his amrs to the side. "A mind reader, eh? Very well." He brings
his hants together and chants quickly, suddenly raising his arms heavenwards as
the very earth below Gunter-demon erupts in a fiery conflagration!
>Felicia blinks again steping away from him. "What the...?"
>S. Ryu says, "Err..okay.." ^_^;
>Keiko. o O ( I wish I could tell him that I was Miki... Yet I can't let it
out... He's so trusting! )
>Keiko offers to lead Sanban_Ryu.
>Gambit throws the card towards Gunter, which should explode with an incredible
force, enough to knock down a concrete wall.
>Eponine raises her arms to sheild her face as she staggers away from the fire...
>S. Ryu thinks for a moment. o.o "Wait..I don't know you, do I?" =.=
>Garr looks over his shoulder, finally spotting Ryu. "Ryu!? Stand aside, don't
get in harms way."
>Keiko exclaims, "I...I... I'm Miki's friend! Keiko!"
>Ice-Demon grits his teeth and growls loudly!! his body steams up but the
rediculous amount of snow and Ice's body literally melting, tames the firery
spell.. only scolding the demon as his entire form is hidden by a mist. His
laughs still heard, but Gambit's card knocks him back.. his form vanishing into
the flurry of snow and audibly sliding across the concrete sidewalk.
>Eponine hears the card wiz past her and looks over in the direction it had came
from...
>Gambit says, "See, chere?" he looks towards Felicia, grinning.
>Garr plods forward towards the demon, still twirling the spear in his hand as
he closes the distance.
>Eponine's eyes flare up to a dark forest green...energy crackling at the
couners as she starts running toward Gambit... (Fighting charge...she won't be
at him untill her next turn)
>Felicia points over Gambit's shoulder at Eponine. "I think you upset his
girlfriend..."
>S. Ryu blinks for a moment. o.o He shrugs.. "Don't know you."
>S. Ryu is on the side. x.x He's right by the door.
>Ice-Demon stands up again.. holding his chest. Small cracks in his chest glow
with blue light. damaged from the concussion of Gambit's card. He then begins
chanting... a pentagram beginning to glow on his forehead and his eyes burning
with cool energy, "En pici corum... en audri glattium.... ex alta infernes...
ci figarotti articum!" Suddenly the blizzard stops.. the entire sky and dark
night clear again...
>Gambit turns his head towards where Felicia's pointing. He jumps, trying to get
behind Eponine and swing his bo toward her side.
>Garr doesn't let Gunter finish up whatever he's doing. He charges forward,
spear first, putting most of his mass behind a simple attempt to run him
through.
>Keiko sighs, checking to see no one's looking. She then takes out a pair of
glasses, and puts them on. She now looks exactly like Miki!
>It's the Superman effect!
>Ice-Demon continues speaking in a zombie-like.. numb monotone... finishing the
words but taking the sharp blade directly to his hard, icey body! His belly
*CRACKS* and a chipped chunk flies from his body... not hurting him but,
obviously, too many cracks and he's surely a goner. He then grabs the shaft of
Garr's spear ( h.h; ) and chuckles softly at him, "Too.... late...." the sky
howling as every bit of lost snow comes streaking down like rain over Garr and
Ice... sharp blades of high velocity ice streaking like tears from God.
>Keiko exclaims, "Please... You must come with me, Ryu!"
>S. Ryu ohs! x.x;;;; "Miki! Why didn't you tell me!"
>Sanban_Ryu falls in line behind Keiko.
>Eponine runs right under Gambit's jump...turning as he starts to fall back
down...his bo does hit her side and with a grunt she tries to step to the side
to lessen the power of the blow and her hands dart out to grasp it as well....
>Keiko shh's! "Don't shout it..."
>Keiko leaves north.
>Keiko leaves, with Sanban_Ryu following behind her.
>Garr reminds Gunter that's he's the servant of God, after all. The jagged
shards of ice rain down on the massive Guardian, tearing his flesh, and
bringing up dozens of small, and many large, wounds. Oddly, some of the smaller
fragments smiply bounce off... Garr is wounded - and angry - but he doesn't
slow down. He lifts the spear - and likely Gunter with it - off the ground, and
charges towards a handy wall.
>Felicia looks over to Keiko and the child leaving. O o; (I didn't even notice
him before....I'm glad he's out of harm's way...)
>Gambit gets his bo caught.. he tries to yank it free from Eponine's grasp.
>Eponine struggles with him than suddenly lets go as he yanks.
>Felicia erps as her eyes dart between the two battles. o O;;
>Ice-Demon growls loudly as he rides Garr's spear backwards... the wall coming
ever so closer as he struggles to break free. Instead he lifts a sharp,
taloned claw and swings at the shaft of the spear... going to snap it like a
twig and fall free, even if trampled by the large griffon thing.
>Gambit spins his bo.. "You'd better stay outta this, chere."
>Garr grits his teeth as the spear snaps his half. Gunter does, actually, drop
immediately afterwards. However, Garr is a big person, and finds t hard to
stop... being trampled is not much fun, no
>Ice-Demon feels the large creature trample and trip over his tall body. He
cracks and chips in several places... but much better than cracking in half.
He slowly begins to get up.. swinging his tail at the back of Garr's feet in
order to give that finally push to force his heavy body down to the ground for
the first time.
>Eponine narrows her eyes again...that green glow sparking to life as a draft
picks up around her....chaning into a stronger gust of wind...incircling her
for a brief moment to toss her hair about as she replys to Gambit, "So should
you..." The air around her darts out from her to focus on his chest area to
knock him backward...or if he's still spining his staff...his lower legs to
trip him.
>Garr slows down after he unceremoniously walks over the demon, but not in time
to avoid the tail. The tail alone would normally be nowhere near enough to trip
this titan, but the slight interruption while he was moving causes him to
sprawl to his knees. He starts to stand up...
>Gambit gets knocked back, and lands quite a distance backwards.. "Oof!"
>Felicia erps and spirits forward, sliding to her knees behind Gambit to catch
him.
>Ice-Demon keeps his back to Garr in a dishonorable.. arrogant gesture of
superiority. His tail lifting high up in the air as Garr slowly begins to
stand; the spaded tip morphing into a sharp ice-pick as he swings it down
quickly to plunge the spiritual blade into Garr's back.
>Eponine looks over from her opponent to see how Gunter is doing with his
fight...
>Gambit gets caught by Felicia.. He grins, standing up. "Didn' know ya were dat
fast, chere."
>Garr turns his torso, preventing any sort of backstabbing... but perhaps a long
gash. As the tail sails towards him he lashes out with his left arm. The icy
blade slices along the inside of his wrist, and forearm, but Garr manages to
clench onto the appendage... Bleeding, bloody, and battered, Garr stands up
again.
>Felicia stands up and brushs herself off. "Yeah well...guess it's because my
cloths aren't very restricting."
>Ice-Demon blinks widely... 'finally' in complete and utter fear as his
arrogance betrays him. He wiggles his tail a bit and tries to turn around...
eyes wide with fright as Garr grips tightly onto his tail! o.o
>Garr keeps a nice, firm hold on the tail. Oddly, he doesn't take any further
offensive actions, but simply asks in his deep voice, "Now then, perhaps you
will be willing to talk?"
>Eponine reachs down to her boot and pulls out her dagger...running a few steps
toward Garr...holding the dagger ready.
>Garr doesn't even notice Eponine's charge. But if it's just a dagger, it
probably won't do much...
>Ice-Demon looks like he's about to give up.. but grits his teeth, looking at
Eponine, "No!! This is not your fight!! You have a good name, don't ruin
it!!" And with that he growls and goes to yank his tail hard from Garr's
taloned hands...
>Gunter whispers, "And feel free to rip my tail clean of. n.n;;;" to you.
>Garr doesn't let go. As Gunter yanks, he squeezes harder to keep the grip...
possibly doing lots of damage if Gunter is determined to get free.
>Gambit nods, as he picks up a pebble charges it up, and throws it towards
Eponine's feet. Just to knock her down. n.n
>Ice-Demon growls loudly and sharply in pain!! He begins tugging a little
more... his clawed feet sinking into the ground and his body bending over a bit
as he attempts one last, vain effort to rip his tail free from Garr's grip!
>Eponine stops her advancement at his shouts and lowers her hand as stares at
Ice Demon....not noticing the pebble as it impacts with the ground behind her
feet...the small explosion surprizing her and preventing her from not reacting
quick enough so she's thrown to the ground in front of her...her dagger knocked
from her grasp...
>Garr doesn't let go, though he seems to be struggling to constrain the writhing
thing. He looks down at Gunter - taller then him even in that Demon form - and
asks, once again, "Are you about ready to surrender, or do I have to go
further?"
>Felicia blinks at the explosion and looks over to Gambit. "How do you do
that...?"
>Ice-Demon winces in pain and cries out, tearing up at the eyes, "Never!!!" He
pants a bit.. tired and worn.. then squats down... leaping up powerful in an
attempt to jump away with force!
>Garr just doesn't let go... he's fought dragons and other such aberrants for
centuries, one demon is not about to escape that easily. Not after he broke his
weapon. The only damage he'll do from this point, though, is the damage Gunter
will do to himself as he struggles
>Felicia blinks at the explosion and looks over to Gambit. "How do you do
that...?"
>Kim arrives from the south.
>Kim has arrived.
>Kim wanders in, looking a bit tired.
>Eponine stops her advancement at his shouts and lowers her hand as stares at
Ice Demon....not noticing the pebble as it impacts with the ground behind her

>Garr has Ice-Demon in a hold, by the tail. He's bloody, and sliced to ribbons,
but he seems to be on top of the situation.
>Gambit grins. "Some things aren't meant to be explained, chere."
>Ice-Demon hovers in mid-air from the jump... in one last attempt to pull his
tail from Garr's grasp. With that he suddenly archs his back in pain as his
tail cracks and breaks at the base... a sharp crack slicing through the air as
he screams out and falls forward onto his chest!
>Gambit says, "Even Gambit don' know how he does dis."
>Kim blinks
>Garr looks down at Gunter, the tail still in his grasp. Ewww. He puts it on the
ground.
>Kim pushes herself against a wall . o O (Oh great, NOW what's going on?) o.o
>Eponine looks up from the ground...pushing herself up onto her hands and knees.
>Garr asks, apparently for the last time, "Surrender now or I will finish this."
>Gambit says, "Ah-ah, chere.." he says that out loud towards Eponine's
direction, flicking a card out.
>Ice-Demon claws helpless at the ground... trying to get up but the pain is too
much for him. His looks up... catching glimpse of Kim, whimpering to Garr,
"No! I will not let you hurt Kim..."
>Kim blinks, hearing her name.
>Kim says, "Ano..."
>Kim. o O (Oh great, what did *I* do?) ;.;
>Garr raises an eyebrow. "I do not intend to hurt a 'Kim'. I simply wish to
offer Esmerelda's head to God. And you will tell me her plans."
>Kim o.o;;
>Kim. o O (Esmerelda's head?....)
>Eponine looks over her shoulder at Gambit...her eyes flashing a bright neon
green as a very sharp gust of wind helps her to her feet...than it proceeds
over in Gambit's general direction to spread out and ram against him.
>Ice-Demon pants heavily and lays limp on the ground... whimpering and
shuddering in pain, "... I don't know her plans... she hates humans... I don't
blame her... b.. but I have to protect her. You cannot hurt her!!"
>Gambit is ready this time, as he braces his feet against the ground, managing
to slide back only a couple of feet.
>Kim blinks at this creature that's defending her...indirectly of course.
>Garr clasps his hands together, as if in prayer. "Then you already know
something. Why do you protect her?"
>Kim. o O (....it...seems familiar)
>Felicia erps and and wasn't as prepaired as Gambit since she's never felt a
strong wind like this in a loooooong time...and is flung backward.
"AHHHHHHHHH!!" She flies over to over turn a nearby bench behind her...landing
on the otherside of it...
>Ice-Demon looks up directly at Kim, "Because... it will hurt someone... I care
about." He swallows heavily... his eyes shining bright blue as he stares at
Kim.
>Kim says, "......."
>Kim. o O (Gunter....)
>Eponine looks back over to Gunter at his words. "So that's why..."
>Garr narrows his eyes. "... How will it hurt this... someone?"
>Gambit's head snaps back towards where Felicia flew. "Chere!"
>Kim dashes forward off the wall, running towards the Ice-Demon, "Wait! Wait!"
>Gambit runs where Felicia is, and kneels besides her. "Ya ok, chere?"
>Ice-Demon ducks his head and holds it with his hands... wanting to change back
but unable to at the moment. He shivers... not saying anymore.
>Felicia stirs and crawls up to lean over the bench...she brushs a few rocks
from her hair and coughs with a faint pitiful mewo. She blinks and looks over
to Gambit. "Yeah...it's been awhile since I've done that..."
>Gambit nods, helping her up.
>Kim drops onto her knees in front of the fallen Ice-Demon, looking at his
wounds.
>Garr looks down at Gunter. "I cannot allow that Dragon to remain alive any
further. She has caused far too much harm already..."
>Ice-Demon crawls forward just a bit... his arms stretching out to gently hold
Kim... his body cracked and chipped; his tail ripped off and a large chunk of
his icey body chipped from his gut. He pants softly to Garr, "Her... you'll
hurt her..."
>Eponine walks after Kim...
>Kim looks up, "Please, don't hurt him anymore."
>Garr looks down at Kim. "I will not, he is already defeated."
>Felicia lets Gambit help her up but her attention is over at the other group...
"..."
>Garr looks at Kim closer . o O ( ... Does the dragon have a power over this
girl? Is that why the demon was so protective...? )
>Gambit turns to the conversation.
>Kim looks back at the Ice-Demon, gently brushing her hand over his head.
>Eponine walks up behind Kim. "Remember where that lake was...? It might help
him."
>Sanban_Ryu arrives from the north.
>Sanban_Ryu has arrived.
>Garr . o O ( There is much to ponder now... God give me strength. )
>S. Ryu peers in. o.x;
>Kim looks up, "The lake?"
>Eponine nods.
>Kim says, "Yes...yes, of course."
>Garr is beaten, bloody, torn up, and generally in bad shape. And he's the one
standing.
>Eponine says, "Good. Lets hurry and get him there."
>Kim nods
>Kim says, "Yah."
>Eponine asks, "How far is it from here?"
>Ice-Demon struggles to get up... shaking as he leans on his arms and looks
over to Garr, "You'll hurt.. more than Esmerelda.. if you kill her. Please..
please wait until I can... do something about that... I cannot let anyone hurt
Esmerelda until then..."
>Garr pauses, eyes closed. "You will have to tell me everything you know, when
you are able." He opens one eye. "Ryu, come here."
>S. Ryu aieees and runs over to Garr. x.x;; By nature he reaches out a hand to
his sword, which begins to glow..he raises it to the sky with a little anime
-pop- noise.
>Eponine leans over to try and help Ice to his feet....glancing over to Kim and
motioning for her to get his other side. ^^
>Kim says, "It's quite a few blocks to the east."
>Kim does so, helping Ice to stand
>Sparkles of green radiate over Garr's form. o.o
>Felicia rubs the back of her neck and shoulder as she steps away from the bench.
>Garr keeps his hands clasped as his wounds begin to heal. "Aid the demon as
well... there is much we must know."
>Ice-Demon shakes and trembles as he stands... his wounds dripping with a neon
blue ooze and the cracks in his chest glowing. He pants heavily... leaning on
the two females.
>Gunter falls in line behind Kim.
>Eponine says, "Well we get going before the other guy gets his strength back."
Eponine falls in line behind Kim.
>Gambit's bo is gone... weird, isn't it? o.o
>Kim says, "Let's go."
>Kim leaves east.
>Kim leaves, with Eponine and Gunter following behind Kim.
>Gambit says, "Seems like de fight is over, chere."
>Garr growls quietly under his breath, but makes no movements.
>S. Ryu sheathes his blade. o.o; "What happened?"
>Garr hmms quietly, eyes closed. "The being you saw was an ally of
Esmerelda's... but, apparently, unwillingly. He claimed that harming her would
harm one of his friends as well." . o O ( Though he didn't volunteer the
information readily... )
>Felicia walks over toward Garr and Ryu.... o O
>Garr's spear lies several feet away, on the ground, cleaved in two.
>S. Ryu nods. o.o "I know the first but..ehh..no clue 'bout anything else." x.x
>Garr opens his eyes. "This means that Esmerelda has far more influence besides
mere power, if she could get one like that on her side unwillingly."
>Gambit flips his card over... it's the ace of spades. He smirks, as he casually
walks away.
>Gambit leaves east.
>Gambit has left.
>Garr makes a glance at Gambit as he leaves, but says nothing.
>S. Ryu nods. o.o "Told ya so."
>Garr hmms. "This will be the last time I underestimate her."
>S. Ryu hehs. x.x
>Felicia stops a few feet away from the pair and asks, "Are you alright?"
>Garr looks down at the cat-girl, and comments, "I am fine, yes, if tired."
>Felicia nods. "Just wondering...." She looks off and starts walking away.
"Well...bye."
>Garr bows to Felicia. "I apologize for the disturbance."
