Tyr Hotel(#242RA)
The service in this fancy downtown hotel is topnotch, which is why it's so
pricey. Room service, indoor pool, cable television, roof lounging..aaah, to
live here would be the life. Bare in mind, however, that all this doesn't come
cheap. To actually -live- here would quickly drain the average citizen of
their life's savings..that's why this is only for travellers in for a short
stay, and who don't want to stay in some flimzy motel.. (And who can afford the
accomidations). The clerk at the front desk looks at you impatiently, as
though this place is busy.

"About time you got up."
>Tasuki rubs his eyes, then looks over at Katt, slowly focusing on her. "Why the
hell'd'ja do that?"
>Katt looks at... um... that pretty wallpaper. Yeah. "Because it's already
getting late!"
>Tasuki asks, "...yeah, so?"
>Katt shrugs. "Well, sleep in if you WANT too, I'm heading out..."
>Tasuki shakes his head, and gets out of bed, quickly putting his gray vest and
green sash on. "Gimme a second..." He walks into the bathroom. c.c

>Tasuki walks back out, looking about as 'decent' as usual. "Well, you all set?

City Square
Welcome to the middle of the sleepy (yeah, right), humble mountain city of
Midgaard. The peaks that surround the somewhat smallish sprawl of
constructions about you appear a vibrant, cool purple at this distance..capped
with off-white snow at the tops. Although the town itself recieves little
precipitation from being sheltered by this atol of sheer rock, a cold wind does
comb and filter its way through..providing a brisk, though arid, atmosphere.
On the southwestern pointing end of town, a small, manmade pass in the
mountain valley allows for easy access from the bustling world outside. To
your north and west are the commercial districts..manufacturing, shipping, and
selling various consumable goods. In the east, to the 'horizon', appear to be
homes of various architectural influences..the more wealthy of said houses
bordering a small alpine lake and park. To the south, the middle-class homes
continue, thinning out just before the open gap to the highway beyond.
As for where you stand..it is the Midgaard City Square..Several government
offices and the larger buildings can be found on the sides of the slightly
misnomered elliptical, cobblestoned intersection. No actual automobile traffic
passes here, being routed through the side streets..this is a strictly
pedestrian and bicycle zone. A large, granite fountain with a statue of Odin
atop it towers nearly two stories prominantly in the center. There are also
benches about for taking a quiet repose from the hustle of daily life.

pretty eyes by the way."

>Naomi is sitting, leaning against a wall, her eyes closed.
>Jean, our worldly overweight frog, is standing near the fountain, next to an
artist's stand. One hand holds a bunch of colored pencils, the other the
colored pencil he's drawing with. Deeply immersed in his work, Jean whistles a
tune reminiscent of his childhood, and sighs after awhile. "Oh! If only Ryu was
here!"
>Arin turns, seeing Katt and Tasuki. "...Point in fact."
>Naomi croaks, "Most people don't notice much."
>Tasuki walks behind Katt. When Arin mentions them, or at least he thinks so, he
remarks, "Why, Arin, I've always loved your eyes. o.o"
>Katt blinks, looking around at the people present, spotting the realtively hard
to miss visage of the frog prince! Hearing his last comment, she dashes over
(leaving poor Tasuki in the dust, likely), "Ryu is!"
>Naomi opens her eyes to glance at the frog, Katt, and Tasuki. After finding
nothing of interest she closes them again.
>Arin arches the other eyebrow at Tasuki. "..."
>Tasuki walks over to Arin, grinning a bit, "You okay dude? Sorry about flamin'
you the other day. It was on purpose. n.n"
>Jean turns around, seeing his long lost pal Katt behind him. "Bonjour, Miss
pussycat! It has been awhile since I've seen my many wonderful friends!"
>Naomi sighs. "So much for intelligent conversation." She stands and picks up
her knapsack.
>Katt is happy to have someone NORMAL to talk to, for once. "About time you
showed up!"
>Arin looks at Tasuki, nothing reflected on his face. So Tasuki probably never
sees it coming when Arin suddenly lets out a jab with the relative speed of a
lightning bolt.
>Jean puts his colored pencils on his easle, holding out his arms for a great
big hug. "But of course! I thought if I waited here long enough, my friends
would show up!"
>Katt opens to her mouth to say something, then pauses in recollection. Of
course, all the while, she doesn't notice Arin or Tasuki. "You mean... nobody
came with you?"
>Jean keeps his arms outstreched for that hug, not realizing that he's probably
NOT going to get it. "No, Miss Pussycat. I was all alone here...sad...without
any of my wonderful friends. But now that you've come; I'm happy again! Look! I
have drawn many a picture for thee' while I was alone!" Jean proudly points to
his art-stand, a picture of Ryu and Katt at a wedding. Bow and Jean are at the
side, throwing rice at the newlyweds.
>Tasuki gets smacked right in the jaw, and considering the force of the hit, he
almost falls over. He catches himself by slipping his right foot back, then
pauses for a second. >.> "..." Letting it sink in for a second, he then shouts
at his assailant, "WHAT THE **** DID YOU DO THAT FOR?!?!" He rolls his eyes and
rubs his chin, looking away. "...I was tryin' to be nice, too. Y'jerk."
>Naomi walks away from the scene, either not seeing the flying fist or not
caring. She casually waves at Arin before turning and walking off.
>Naomi leaves north.
>Arin is almost to the point of growling. Fully healed, it's no idle threat, as
he can undergo the Change. "I would rather *NOT* have your niceties if it
involves attempts on my life. Just be happy that I didn't hit you with full
strength and knock your worthless head off!"
>Katt doesn't give Jean a hug, no. He may be a friendly fellow, but he IS a
frog, after all. However, that little painting elicits a reaction, consisting
mostly of Katt freezing in place and blushing red like a tomato *'o.o'*
Tasuki's yelling distracts her from this little scene, as she swirls to loook
at the two.
>Katt storms over to the two. Well, if she was embarassed before, she's furious
now. Eyeep. She slings the staff off from over her shoulder even as she
approaches. "WHAT are you two DOING!?"
>Tasuki, too, looks pretty pissed off. Of course, it's not all that hard to piss
him off anyways. He throws a glare at Arin, "Maybe next time, you won't run in
front of a flame...bakayaro. -.o"
>Jean proudly beams, ignoring Katt's embarrassment. "Beautiful, no?" and turns
around with Katt, looking at Tasuki and his friend. "Bonjour, my friends! Jean
was painting a picture, and did not see you there! A belated Hallao to you!"
>Jean, still following his long lost friend, wobbles his fat body after her,
still beaming broadly.
>Arin makes no comment. He turns instead to Jean and nods. "Hello."
>Katt snarls a bit more, but as the first blows seem to be over, she decides to
introduce her pudgy friend. "Arin, meet Jean." He tone isn't as friendly as it
could be, but she's a bit miffed right now.

>Katt turns to the red-haired young man. "Tasuki, this is Jean." She seems to be
calming down, at least a little.
>Jean bows. Not an easy task for our 600 pound frog. "Bonjour, Arin. How goes
the day, mmm? Plenty a friend to be found, no?" Jean sighs in happiness upon
hearing the word 'suck-up'. "Ah, yes! You are a gormond of the beetle, too, no?
I enjoy sucking their innards out, too."

to make such wonderful comrades so fast."

kill each other."

let alone that he punted a 600 pound frog. He cracks his knuckles as Jean goes
airborne, "...my pleasure. -.- Oh yeah, before I forget, @!#% you, Arin."
>Arin murmurs, "Actually, this is the first time I've raised a hand to him."
>Katt just... STARES at Tasuki. "What was THAT for!?"
>Arin looks over at Tasuki. "Oddly violent, for a human.."

>Jean goes airborne of course... about 2 feet into the air. Jean lands with a
resounding thud on his bottom, cracking the pavement underneath, but strangely,
Jean is still grinning. Sincerely. "Ah! You are familiar with our punting we
have at Sima-Fort, no? A kick like that would not get you very far in our
sacred competition, my friend." And stands to his feet, smiling in idiotic
mirth.
>Katt stares at Jean now. Talk about easy-going. Yeesh. 'o.o';
>Tasuki folds his arms over his chest, note- he usually only does this when he's
annoyed or truly angry. He glances over his shoulder at Jean...>.>; "Are you a

>Katt replies, likely before Jean can think up his flowered words, "He's a
prince! He's supposed to be like that!"
>Arin looks at Jean. "Actually, friend Jean, in the case of humans, that is
a...to put it mildly...act of aggression and insult."
>Jean grins back at Tasuki, the smile incredibly not fading. Not even a tad. "I
do not think so, dear friend." The froggie turns towards Arin. "No, my friend!
It was but a jest!"
>Arin shrugs. "It is whatever you believe it to be, friend."
>Tasuki hrrrrrms, Prince, ey? "Hey, dude, Jean, are you rich?"
>Pagan arrives from the north.
>Katt is apparently in... discussion with Jean, Tasuki, and Arin
>Jean scratches his chin, grinning over towards Tasuki. "Ah! Yes! Our stores
have much of the finest delicacies in the land! The juiciest worms and
crispiest beetles you've ever tasted! It is heaven!"
>Katt tries hard not to throw up. Doesn't really want to offend Jean 'x.x'
>Pagan wanders down the street... hands tucked away in his pockets. He walks
over to the small group... deciding to discretely just loom about.
>Tasuki shakes his head, "I eat cows, and rice, and stuff. n.n"
>Arin doesn't look ill in the slightest.

>Pagan blinks a bit... giving a faint smile from an abnormally glum face,
"Everybody talking about food stuffs?" He sorta invites himself in...

Pagan
Pagan is a tall, splended young man that looks to be about 19 years old. His
skin is a very light mocha; almost pale white with a glowing hint of asian
decent in it. His slender, masculan frame stands a proud 6'4" which leaves
quite an impression depending on his actions. His face is gentle and well
defined with a long, slender chin and a cute, pointy nose. His eyes are rather
wide, unlike most males, and shimmer with a beautiful, hypnotic toxic green.
Silky smooth white hair cascades down his back; shining with the milky color of
pearls. Most of his hair is long and straight, being tied back into a long
ponytail with several thick, black leather straps; but, there are quite a few
super thing braids tied back and a couple thicker ones hanging free and laced
with obsidian beads. His long bangs hang free and outline his face... framing
his angelic appearance and maarking him as exceptionally bishounen.
Below Pagan's face things get a bit... dark. He wears the latest in gothic and
street punk fashion. A tight, black, lycra shirt clings tightly to his broad
chest and hugs his muscles; flowing down the length of his arms and stopping at
his elbows. His belly is rather slim and his waist is skinny; armored with
muscle and coated in the form fitting lycra shirt. Black gloves fit tightly to
his hands with the fingertips cut off... exposing his milky flesh for more
reasons than punky fashion. Shimmering along his chest are a couple strands of
his pearly white hair; hanging in long braids and decorated with obsidian and
silver beads.
Breaking the consistancy of the tight shirt is a large, black leather belt with
a huge silver buckle latching it together. It rests heavily around the waist of
his baggy black jeans... easily showing how his belly flows into the pants;
hanging a bit low on his hips to reveal his silvery belly and a platinum navel
ring. A heavy, silver dog chain is hooked to the front of his pants with a
metal clasp; dipping down in a low arc to his boots. His boots hug his calved
up to the knees and are decorated and held together by several silver buckled
straps on the sides; the insides zipping up from the ankles to the top. The
souls of his combat boots are thick and dominating... a couple steps jingling
the chain hanging from his waist and grabbing attention again; flowing up
behind him and hanging from his back pocket by what appears to be a sharp hook.
He smiles and tips his head... grinning cheerily and wiggling his ears a bit;
both of them long and elven looking... decorated with many silver earrings.

tell you, Monkey Man wanted me to bring you to him but I refused. If I brought
you to him it would be to shave his primal hide." u.u;

instead of beaming. It becomes shining again as Pagan enters the conversation.
"Ah, my dear friend! Monsieur Tasuki was asking us about our riches!"
>Jean chuckles at Pagan merrily. "Ho ho! Monsieur Sten was always the sly one,
no?"
>Pagan chuckles a bit and turns to look at the frog. Taking in ther creature's
appearance like it was just another person, "Monsieur Sten? Who is that?" n.n
>Katt blinks. "Monkey man!?" To Jean, she replies, "Not Sten, this one's a
filthy jerk!"
>Arin looks at Katt. "The one whose head I embedded my crutches in?"
>Katt taps her chin, and nods.
>Jean grins at Katt slyly. "Oh ho! Trubo, you mean?"
>Katt shakes her head. "Uh-uh, someone else, this jerk calls himself 'Hex', or
something like that."
>Tasuki shrugs a bit, and decides to separate from the conversation.
>...strangely enough, he disappears unnoticed. o.o
>Pagan nods a bit, "Yeah... that's him. Cooky bastard with all these dumb guns
and probably no skill behind them."
>Jean shrugs helplessly, pondering. "A jerk? Nonsense! And what has he done to
deserve such an icky title?"
>Katt counts the offenses out on her fingers. "Started fights, been a horrible
drunk, made fun of ME..."
>Arin murmurs, "Tried to shoot Katt with a nailgun, last I saw."
>Arin murmurs, "Nothing says 'no' quite like a large, blunt piece of wood
impacting into one's head, though."
>Katt nods to Arin. "Shoulda swatted him into the clouds. Grrr!"
>Pagan hmmms.. then cocks an eyebrow at Katt, "Well... need a bodyguard or
something? I have no money.. to home.. I have no job and I'm a mercanary for
hire. So I'm kinda desperate here." -.-;
>Naomi arrives from the city hospital.
>Katt shakes her head. "Don't need anybody to protect ~me~."
>Naomi exits the hospital, she glances around.
>Pagan puffs and nods quietly... pulling his hands from his pockets to fold his
arms across his chest.
>Jean's smile fades signifigantly. Into a casual smirk, now. "Ah. Sounds
terrible, Miss Pussycat. You have had a nice time regardless?" Jean nudges Katt
suggestively. "Been breaking men's heart, no?" Jean turns to Pagan, the smile
returning. "I'm very sorry to hear that, comrade. Perhaps you might find a
hotel, no?"
>Katt nods to Jean on the first point, then freezes on the second. "What!?"
>Pagan rolls his eyes just a bit.. not offensively, towards Jean. He grumbles,
"Well... hotels still need money. Though maybe I could sleep in the lobby..."
>Arin looks at Katt for a moment. "Breaking men's hearts, yes." He half smiles
for about half a moment.
>Jean smiles playfully. "I mean nothing. Other than your staff looks well worn."
>Katt sweatdrops, spinning it in her hand. "..."
>Naomi looks over at Arin. "Hey silver-eyed guy, still conversing with idiots?"

>Naomi smirks. "Ah, was that an insult?"
>Arin doesn't turn back around. "You tell me."
>Pagan smirks a bit and grumbles.. turning to glance at Naomi, "Hey, you want to
go screw with some people who don't want to be happy... go up to the 7th Heaven
in the north... they'll take good care of you." u.u

>Jean totally ignores the glare, parrying it with a smug grin. "Nothing, dear

forgot!" and wobbles over towards his tools. Jean folds his stand, taking out
the pencilled pictures first, and goes over towards where the conversation is
happening.
>Katt lashes it out of his way. You'll have to try a little harder to get her
attention. She blushes again as Jean mentions the pictures, though.
>Pagan just idly acts like a cat himself, actually. He continues to boot at
it.. missing... missing... missing... then grumbles and sits down indian style;
now using his hand to swipe at it like a pair of claws. u.u;;
>Tasuki stands up, folding his arms behind his head, "So, now that you've found
yer friend, Katt, what're we gonna do? n.n"
>Katt finally has her tail swiped at successfully by Pagan. On the plus side, it
takes her attention off THAT picture. On the other hand, she turns to Pagan,
her eyebrow twitching. "What are you doing?"
>Pagan blinkblinks.. then blushes a bit and slowly lets go of Katt's tail,
"Ummm... nothing. Just animalistic tendacies I guess." He then stands up
again.. sorta averting his eyes from Katt and looking at other persons...

how goes your day, my friend?"

Jean... tucking his hands in his pockets, "Thanks, man! You're a life saver."

The apartment buildings and hotels give way to smaller, less expensive and
privately owned buildings of like sort. Then those eventually dwindle to what
you find on either side of you now. Yes, various scents of delicious food of a
wide assortment of styles, flavours, and nationalities entices your olfactorial
senses..attempting to lure you in for a bite, or five. Make no mistake,
however. It doesn't come as cheap as those fast food places around southern
Tyr Road..though you'll definately appreciate the higher quality. At a point
up ahead, the road and street becomes an unpaved trail, towards the start of
the steep walls that the mountain atol surrounding Midgaard creates. A deep
gorge carved by forces long forgotten and lost to legend is to the west
here..and a suspension bridge has been erected so that pedestrians might take a

Seventh Heaven Bar - Main Room
Tifa's Seventh Heaven Bar has a campy feeling to it, primarily constructed of
dark wood with occasional items for decoration. Several worn tables grace the
area near the door, looking beaten up from years of patrons. The bar is more
well kept, stocked with a vast amount of alcoholic beverages and components for
mixed drinks. The room is just a tad dimly lit, feeling cozy and familiar at
the same time. Other areas of interest are the entrance to the kitchen, and a
porch with some comfy chairs. All in all, the Seventh Heaven is a nice tribute
to what someone can put together for a business if they try. A machine for a
game similar to pinball sits on the less used side of the room, sporting an
"Out of Order" sign. Most of the damage that was obvious only a little while
ago is now repaired with more permenant fixes, so the bar once again is back to
it's former self.

>Jean, the head of a long line, pushes open the door and steps in, ribbiting
happily. "Bonjour! Your prince has returned!"
>Katt sweatdrops, but doesn't argue. He's paying.
>Lyrae, being the current bartender leaning against the wall behind the bar,
pikus at the procession o.o;
Eria
The girl who stands before you looks to be around seventeen or eighteen. Her
dark-blue hair is loosely pulled back, and hangs down to the middle of her
back, with a few loose strands in front hanging before her deep blue eyes.
Poking up out of her hair is a pair of tiger- striped cat ears, and further
down you see a tail, similarly patterened. Her features are thin and feline,
and her skin is lightly tanned. When she smiles you can see that she has a
small set of fangs, which look more cute than fearsome.
She wears a tight black t-shirt, decorated with a stylized gold oriental dragon
trailing up from the right sleeve, across the collar, with its head on the left
shoulder. She also has a pair of jeans, with a hole cut in them for her tail to
go through. And on her feet she wears a pair of thin black sandals. Around her
wrist, for some odd reason, is a skintight band of what looks like black
leather.
Around her neck is a choker made out of what looks like snakeskin. Set in the
middle of it is an amber stone, with a black slit in the middle, like the eye
of a serpent.

quietly, voice floating a bit, "...sake laaaaady, where aaaaare you? n.n"

>Pagan grumbles a bit and roll shis eyes, "Oh no.. not the old hag's bar

>Katt doesn't seem to notice the... idiosyncracies of her compatriots. Well,
Pagan's comment gets a glance 'c.c'
>Lyrae cheerfully ignores the ramblings of fools, "Konbanwa," she calls to Katt,
Jean and Tasuki, "Can I get you anything?" O:)
>Jean, about to jump onto a stool, stops as he realizes that he's 600 pounds
without the armor. But does it anyway. The chair is now splinters. "Eh...
defective wood, no?" and grins at Lyrae, 7 feet being tall enough to see over
the bar even while sitting on the floor. "Bonjour, my friend!" he says to
Lyrae, "My friends and I would like various drinks; as for myself, I would like
a tall glass of your finest cockroach ichor!"
>Pagan nudges Jean a bit, "Be careful... heaven's forbid if you say something
wrong she'll shock you to death with this little critter she keeps." u.u;
>Kim has arrived.
>Tasuki nodnods to Lyrae, waving to her, "I'll have some sake. n.n" He also
snaps his fingers, for extra attention.
>Lyrae gyeeps at the stool, "Ano." She sweatdrops, at the request, "Cockroach
Ichor?" o O ( EEEEEWWWW!!!!! ) "We don't have any of that. Again she ignores
the ramblings of the other."
>Katt smiles at Lyrae. "I'll just have some soda and a big 'ol steak!" She
glances at Eria, stopping in her tracks a moment.

>Eria goes to pick up the splintered pieces of the chair. "..."
>Kim. o O (Thought so.)
>Lyrae looks at Tasuki, nodding cheerfully as she turns to warm a bottle for
him. To Katt she asks curiously, "And you miss?"
>Kim heads for the bar, slipping around behind it.
>Lyrae glances at Eria, "Ah, thanks for that." She pikus at Katt and smiles
back, "Hai coming up. Eria when you're done with that can you give me a hand in
the kitchen onegai?"
>Kim puts her hand on Lyrae's shoulder
>Kim mumbles, "Hey .. you ..... .. Ly-chan .." to Lyrae.
>Tifa has connected.
>Pagan scoots up next to Jean... sitting quietly on a stool. He seems to relax
a bit; calling out, "I got your owner 70 bucks today. So pay attention to me
and get me some water, please?" u.u;
>Eria nods to Lyrae. "Sure." She starts picking up the bits of the chair.

>Lyrae picks up the bottle of sake, and sets it down in front of Tasuki,
smilesmile, "There you are." She nods at Kim, then turns and heads into the
kitchen (honest, she's in the kitchen!)
>Jean stands up, smiling at the neko. "Halloa! Might I help you with that? I am
terribly sorry for the chair. Most of the ones I find seem to have defective
wood in it." Jean, upon hearing his request given in the negative, smiles
towards Lyrae again. "Very well then; forget the ichor-might I have a plate
of..." . o O (Yech. Steak?) "Warm beetle grubs?"
>Tifa yawns and sits up from where she'd been napping.
>Kim says, "..."
>Lyrae turns a little green at the requeset, "We don't have that either. There's
a menu on the bar in front of you if you'd like to look through that."
>Tifa rubs her eyes and looks around.. . o O (Ooh, people x.x How long was I
out?)
>Kim hms? and turns her head as she sees Tifa wake up.
>Eria shakes her head at Jean. "It's okay, I've got it." She disposes of the
ruined chair, and then heads over to join Lyrae in the kitchen.
>Katt asides to Jean, "I don't think they serve many insects here."
>Lyrae drops Lucky.
>Lyrae has left.
>Lucky is asleep behind the bar. Lyrae smuggled her in ^n.n^

>Pagan puffs a bit... sighing. He then smiles as Tifa wakes up... reaching
into his pockets and offering her a wad of money, "Good evening. Here...
these are my earnings... umm... though I'm going to stop like you said. Could
you get me some water since 'LYRAE' is too rude to get me some." u.u;;

>Eria has left.
>Kim. o O (How'd she get here?)
>Jean smiles knowingly at Katt and looks upon the menu. "Ah, yes! Might I have
a... hamburger, then?" . o O (Sounds interesting.)

>Katt peers at Pagan again . o O ( Didn't he call her an old hag? That'd stop

>Tasuki nods a thanks to Lyrae, a bit belatedky. (had to start some food in the
oven ooc) He looks over at Katt, then at Pagan. o.o;

>Tifa sets the glass down in front of Pagan. "What's that?"
>Kim squeezes the hose and sends a spray of water through the air across the
bar. The spray curves and bends so as to get around any people that get in the
way, before...coming to a halt in front of Pagan's mouth. It turns and heads
down into the glass, filling it to the top.
>Kim says, "Enjoy! ^_^"

>Kim puts the hose back in its place on the sink.
>Pagan sorta jumps a bit at the glass-seeking water. He then looks back to Tifa
and whews, "Ummm... well, y'know how I've been sneaking in working here now

Laura
She's a petite woman, perhaps 5'3" tall, her willowy figure still having an
attractiveness that, if you knew her age, you might wonder how she keeps it. A
mass of light brown hair spills down to her waist, the cascade of curls and
ringlets kept managable by a wrap tied halfway down her back. Several strands
fall in front of her pierced ears, framing her ovaline face nicely. Sensing
something, she looks over from what she's doing for a moment, her dark emerald
gaze watching you for a moment. A soft smile curls her dusky rose lips before
she looks away. Her attire seems fit for everyday activity, consisting of a
plain white blouse, over which she wears a black vest, decorated with floral
patterned embroidery. A simple skirt of earth brown flows over her legs to
nearly her ankles, the cream colored slip underneath occasionally showing as
she moves. On her feet are a comfortable pair of black leather shoes with
low-heels. She wears little decoration, only having her simple green gemstone
earrings, a gold band on her left ring finger, and a bracelet on her right
wrist, in which she has three green stones set.

over to Tifa, the contents of his backpack shaking audibly as he head over in

sorry to bother you, but.. do you happen to know which way I go from here to
get to the 7th Heaven?" o.o
>Tifa nods to Ryouga.. "Hai, it's right here." She beams ^_^
>Laura coughs, "Neither of us knew how to get to the hospital, Kim dear."

>Hex walks in rubing his neck and shakes his head. "Uhhhh.... I will NEVER mix

the bar, rather annoyedly.
>Tasuki glances over at the two new arrivals, "Do you need help finding this
hospital?" He's holding a bottle of sake in his right hand. It's hot, but he
doesn't seem to worry about it much.
>From the kitchen there's the sound of a minor scuffle *CRASH* (silence) Then a
voice calls out, "IGNORE THAT!!"

>Cloud rubs his head, looking at Tifa. For her sake, he hopes, she's not working
hard again. He pauses, blinking at Tasuki. "... that would be help----" He cuts
off at the crashing sound.
>Ryouga scratches the back of his neck slightly, looking back up from the floor,
"Excuse me.. right where, Miss..? .. I've been around the city 10 times today
looking for it.. I don't see how Cait and Lina can say it's 'Just north of the
city square'... c.c"
>Laura blinks, "Oh dear. Should go help? It's getting rather busy in here." o.o
>Katt blinks. Maybe this was a bad idea.
>Tifa motions to the bar around. "This is the seventh heaven." n.n . o O (Cute,

>Pagan finishes off his water... then pushes the glass aside. He then bends
over and sets his head down on the bar... folding his arms up under his head.

Fenris Park
A large expanse of open land unfolds before you..one that is covered in a soft,
well manacured carpet of an unbelievable emerald green grass. To the southeast
of you, the level land slopes downward to the small sandy beach of a pristine
mountain lake..children playing about on the shoreline..fish leaping out of the
water. The park is borered by a thick line of trees to keep visitors from
straying too far out of boundaries..though a few are still kept within to
provide shade, and perhaps a good amount of exercise climbing within their
branches. All in all, a great place to sit and ponder the mysteries of the
universe, or what you're going to have for dinner.

>Katt was sitting on the edge of the lake. She doesn't notice at first, but
looks over eventually. "...?"
>Tasuki is just now hopping up into a tree, to survey the area a bit better.
"...where the f*** could she be...?"
>Katt is quite obvious from the tree. Even more obvious as she shouts out, "Hey,
that you?"
>Tasuki is looking around the perimeter, at the moment. Of course, the shout
does 'kinda' tip him off. He hops down, landing right in front of her face,
"No, not me. n.n"
>Katt squints in your general direction, not flinching at the landing. "Mmm-hmm."
>Tasuki asks, "I took Cloud and that other person to the hospital. I think
they're happy." He nods a bit, then shrugs, "You try to ditch me?"
>Katt shakes her head. "That girl at the bar..." She tries to remember Tifa's
name, but describes her by simply holding her hands out in front of her chest
"... accidentally spilled water all over me." '>.<'
>Tasuki grins a bit, flashing his fangs. He only has to remark: "Now you know how
it feels. n.n"
>Katt peers at you. "But you don't got a tail to wring out."
>Tasuki shrugs, "Even if I did, I wouldn't care. n.n"
>Tasuki folds his arms behind his head, "I'll never have a tail, so we won't
have to worry about that."
>Katt shrugs in reply 'o.-'
>Tasuki mutters, "I don't like water, anyways. -.-"
>Katt reaches out to pat (not wham) you on the head. "You sleep too late anyway."
>Tasuki peers at you for a second, "So I was tired. u.u Mountainmen don't get a
lot of sleep."
>Katt preaches, "Still, ALL morning? And afternoon?"
>Tasuki folds his arms over his chest, "How long did you sleep?"
>Katt... doesn't reply to that for a moment. "Less then you did." 'c.c';
>Tasuki exclaims, "I bet you slept five seconds less than I did..." He grins
again, fangs flashing in the moonlight, "...because you couldn't be awake
without knowing I was up and about to be with you!"
>Katt discretely tries to trip you. At least she isn't beaning you with the
staff. '-.-';
>Tasuki falls over. o.o;
>Katt smiles down at you 'n.n' "You were saying?"
>Tasuki hops back to his feet. He looks at Katt a moment, then quirks his lips a
bit. "...you love me, don't you? o.o"
>Katt erps. "Eh? Where the hell did THAT come from!?"
>Tasuki waves a hand in front of your face. There's a quick burst of light and a
slight clicking noise. He grins, "I know nothing. n.n"
>Katt goes to bop you on the head. Again.
>Tasuki sticks his tongue out as you bop him on the head. ;p
>Katt crosses her arms again. "And don't mind Jean... he has... odd taste in
food, but he's very friendly." She blushes again as she remembers that sketch
>Tasuki says, "(OOC) What was the sketch of? I missed it. u.u"
>Katt (OOC) Ryu and Katt being married n.n;
>Tasuki (OOC) snickers
>Tasuki nods, "He seemed to be an artist, too....what kinda stuff does he draw?
n.n"
>Katt shrugs, not mentioning the earlier sketch. "Portraits, landscapes, that
sort of thing..."
>Tasuki shrugs, "Why paint that stuff when you could go out and see it any
time...? If I were to paint something...I'd paint you..." He pauses for a
second, "...and all my other friends. The world'll be here forever, but
friends...they'll come and go..." He shrugs, "Come tommorrow, I may never see
you again."
>Katt hmms at that sudden, rather surprising emotional outpouring. "... We'll
find her, don't worry."
>Tasuki nods, "Hai...but there're other friends...Mitsukake, Chiriko, Chichiri,
Hotohori..." He pauses, sighing, "Kouji..."
>Katt takes a seat on the grass. More comfy then standing up anyway. "Kouji...?"
>Tasuki says, "Hai..." He nods, and adds ambiguously, "A combat partner for a
couple years..."
>Katt rubs the bridge of her nose. "... Got killed?"
>Tasuki shakes his head, "I lost Kouji when I came here, of course. Although I
didn't see 'em for a while, after I found out I was a suzaku seishi."
>Katt oh's.
>Tasuki idly scrapes his right boot accross the grass.
>Katt smiles. "Well... don't worry. I thought I'd never run into my old buddies,
but who shows up today?"
>Tasuki shrugs, "I showed up today. n.n"
>Katt squints at you. "I meant Jean. I know him from way back."
>Tasuki grins faintly, "I was kidding...I'm not as stupid as you think I am."
>Katt smirks. "Just making sure... There were others, too, I haven't seen in a
while. Sten, Bow (Ryu has to miss him...), Spar, Rand... Nina..."
>Tasuki says, "I have family, too. But like I told you before, I'm glad they're
gone."
>Katt says, "You shouldn't say that. Family is important..."
>Tasuki shakes his head! "Not my family..."
>Katt hmms?
>Tasuki says, "They're abusive, the worst people you could ever meet. -.-"
>Katt oh's, rubbing the bridge of her nose.
>Tasuki finally givens in and takes a seat in the grass as well, "So...you love
one of those people from your world, huh?"
>Katt blushes. "..."
>Tasuki grins a bit, "You're blushing."
>Katt is frowning, too, apparently. "... Maybe."
>Tasuki asks, "He...or she...doesn't love you back, right?"
>Katt rubs the bridge of her nose. "I... don't know."
>Tasuki says, "Heart's all that matters...never give up." He leans back in the
grass, "You are a pretty loveable person, there aren't many girls like you. I'd
almost think you were a guy."
>Katt blinks, not quite sure how to take that. "Huh?"
>Tasuki says, "...nevermind." He folds his arms behind his head like a pillow,
gazing at the stars.
>Tasuki looks over at Katt, "So, who'd you go out with if there wasn't the other
person?"
>Katt doesn't reply to that, at least not right away. "..." She just rests her
arms on her knees, and her chin on her hands.
>Tasuki says, "...well?" He is definetely interested in knowing, even if he asks
the question softly.
>Katt says, "I... don't know."
>Tasuki pauses for a second, then grins, "Hey, well, being impulsive is good,
y'know! n.n"
>Katt sighs, then says, "I just like having a little fun, you know?"
>Tasuki nods, "Which is why, the other night, I told you..." He skips ahead a
little bit, "...my feelings were encroaching on the relationship, I think. c.c"
>Katt says, "Just... don't go overboard like T- . o O ( Tiga) Arin."
>Tasuki says, "That guy is *SO* annoying. -.-"
>Katt shrugs. "He just needs to get more sun."
>Tasuki says, "Yeah, he was lookin' a bit pale. But he acts like he doesn't know
anything about living.."
>Katt rubs the bridge of her nose. "I just hope he doesn't start any fights. At
least when I'm not around."
>Tasuki looks around a bit for a constellation that isn't there, "...and if he
fought me? n.n"
>Katt sweatdrops. "I'd beat both of you up."
>Tasuki scoffs, "Fair enough. u.u"
>Katt smirks.
>Tasuki yawwwwns.
>Katt stands up, and dusts some grass clippings off. "I think I'll be going to
bed..."
>Tasuki glances over at Katt, "Don't want to stay at the hotel tonight, huh?"
>Katt glances over towards the woods . o O ( ... ) After a moment, she turns
back to Tasuki. "The hotel is fine."
>Tasuki asks, "Want me to take you back there?"
>Tasuki sits up, stretches, and rotates his shoulders, then pushes himself up to
a standing position. He dusts grass off as well.
>Katt says, "Don't see why not..."
>Tasuki says, "Let's go, then. n.n"
>You fall in line behind Tasuki.
>Tasuki opens the gates, and exits Fenris park.
>Tasuki leaves, with you following after.

Tyr Hotel(#242RA)
The service in this fancy downtown hotel is topnotch, which is why it's so
pricey. Room service, indoor pool, cable television, roof lounging..aaah, to
live here would be the life. Bare in mind, however, that all this doesn't come
cheap. To actually -live- here would quickly drain the average citizen of
their life's savings..that's why this is only for travellers in for a short
stay, and who don't want to stay in some flimzy motel.. (And who can afford the
accomidations). The clerk at the front desk looks at you impatiently, as
though this place is busy.

>Tasuki takes his sash and vest off again. "Ah, what a day. n.n"

>Tasuki only spent six or so hours awake, but hey. He picks up the 'tea-leaf
one,' and waits. After a while, the telephone makes some noise. Tasuki tells
the phone, "Bring me all the food you got, and lots of drinks. n.n"
>Katt smiles, blissfully unawares that Tasuki will be in big trouble when they
realize he can't pay 'n.n'
>Tasuki is happy, and unaware of the fact that you have to pay for this. Of
course, it's under Cait, so...n.n
>Oh, then make it a double 'n.n'
>Tasuki hops onto the bed, then pats the bed, "Have a seat, the food'll be here
in a second. n.n"
>Katt sits herself on the edge of the bed, and leans against the backboard.
>Tasuki is sitting on the opposite edge of the bed anyhow. He closes his eyes
and takes a light nap before the food comes. And it is ever so obvious when it
does.
>The door opens...
>Katt looks up. "...?"
>Three men in red suits, two carrying four platters of food each, on two larger
trays, lead, followed by a man with a bucket of ice, filled with cans of soda,
beer, and fruit juice.
>Katt beams. Hmm, Ryu's fishing can't do THAT.
>The *eight* platters of food are arranged between the two, two steaks, four
hamburgers, six pieces of white-meat chicken, twenty fried prawns, one large
tossed salad, a large bowl of fruit, two loaves of french bread, and a large
red jello mold, which is set off on a table to the side. The two buckets of
drinks are set on either side of the bed. n.n
>Katt just digs into the food, not really differentiating what is which. Makes
one wonder how she keeps that figure.
>Tasuki stomps his foot, causing the platter of fried prawns to fly up into the
air. He catches it on his nose, and idly picks a few off, eating them and
leaving the tails on the edge of the dish.
>The men file out in the same order in which they came.
>Katt would say something, but her mouth is full. *munch* *crunch* *chew*'
>Tasuki pops open a soda, and grabs a hamburger. *chompgulpchompgulp* *.*
>Katt says, between bites, "I *crunch* could get *bite* used to this *munch*"
>Tasuki nods, "Isn't *chomp* it *gulp* gfod?"
>Katt nodnods, starting in on a hamburger
>Tasuki finishes both the soda and the hamburger and belches. u.u
>Katt assumes we eat for quite some time. Must be costing a small fortune. Whee!
>The meal alone, what, a thousand bucks? o.o
>Tasuki finishes eating, not even looking the slightest bit heavier. He rolls on
his side slightly, a little closer to you, and moans a bit, "Think I ate too
much...u.u"
>Nah, probably only 150$
>Katt doesn't seem to notice the moaning. She finishes off a peace of chicken,
then asks, "Really? Can I have the leftovers?"
>Tasuki nodnods, "Go ahead...u.u"
>Katt does so 'n.n' She's nowhere bad as, say, Lina, but one can only take
lake fish for so long.
>Tasuki rolls over a bit further, laying on his stomach. "...ooo..."
>Katt looks down at you. "Hmm, don't look so good."
>Tasuki says, "Eat too much...tummy...ittai yo. -.-"
>Katt mumbles something about moderation, then downs a soda.
>Tasuki rolls over next to you, "Rub my tummy. -.-"
>Katt blinks, amd stares down at you. "I don't want to!"
>Tasuki says, "..." >.< -.- O.o o.O O.O o.o c.c <.< >.> x.x
>Katt . o O ( He's probably faking again, anyway '-.-'; )
