"All right slime queen. You're not going anywhere," demanded Sailor Jupiter.
"C'mon Sailor Moon. Change her back already," quipped Sailor Mars.
"Alright, you ungrateful brat," Sailor Moon quipped back, but mostly under her breath. She waved her Crescent Moon Wand in the air and chanted out: "Moon healing... ACTIVATION!!!" A shower of sparkling dust covered the Shadow Warrior and almost instantly it transformed back into it's rightful form, Andrew's girlfriend, Rita. The Scouts ran to look after her, forgetting completely about Tuxedo Mask and Zoicite who were battling at the other end of the construction yard.
"Those crystals do not belong to you, witch," shouted out Tuxedo Mask.
"Same old story, but you can't back it up, night freak," giggled back Zoicite. She was ready to take the Blue Rainbow Crystal to Queen Beryl. Then a single rose struck her in the hand, forcing her to drop the crystal. Tuxedo Mask quickly snatched it up.
"NO. I must have that crystal," yelled Zoicite in complete shock and anger. She launched a flurry of her razor sharp petals at Tuxedo Mask, but he easily deflected them with his cane. "I can't do it. I'm no match for you, Tuxedo Mask. At least, not for now. Have your foolish crystal."
Tuxedo Mask straitened up, letting his guard down for a second. It was a second to much.
Zoicite barraged him with another round of her razor petals, just getting enough of his attention to go ahead and snatch back the crystal. "Hahahahaha. 'I'm no match for you, Tuxedo Mask,'" she laughed in a mocking type of voice. "'The great Tuxedo Mask' done in by his own ego. How pathetic you humans really are." She disappeared, leaving behind her taunting laughter.
****************
"Excellent Zoicite. You managed to not let this crystal get away from you. Now we have three," remarked Queen Beryl.
"I know, my queen. I'm taking steps into retrieving the other crystals," replied Zoicite.
"Save it for now. We must concentrate on getting the last two Rainbow Crystals. Then you may go after those last two. Now, be underway."
"Yes, Queen Beryl. Dark Crystal, tell me where the sixth Rainbow Crystal is hidden... NOW!!!!" She threw the crystal into the air and it spun around a few times. It straightened up and gave it's answer:
A preview is nice, but this is much better. We'll have a ball finding this. A big one.
"I'm off then, Queen Beryl,"
and Zoicite was off. Two more crystals to reveal, one to get from
the Sailor Scouts, and one from Tuxedo Mask.
Zoicite waited until she was well away from Beryl's watchful eye to react. React, of course, to the Dark Crystal that had been 'helping' her. "Silly piece of..." she sighed. "Why must this thing always be so cryptic. I have a better chance of finding the crystal on my own than with this stupid thing."
She threw her arm into the air and was ready to chuck the Dark Crystal as far as her strength would let her, but something stopped her. It was a hand. She looked behind her and saw Malachite was the one who had grasped her arm. "Malachite?" was all she could ask.
"I know this has been a very frustrating mission for you, my love," he spoke as he slowly released his grip on Zoicite's arm. She dropped her arm back down to her side, but soon wrapped her arms around Malachite's body.
"I hate this. Beryl gave me a piece of junk. I only know where to find a crystal only because I've been over this forsaken city so many times." She sighed once again as she nuzzled closer to Malachite's body.
"I understand, but it would be foolish to throw that crystal away, especially since it was Queen Beryl who gave it to you. I won't even begin to think how displeased she would be if she found you threw the crystal away. She would see that as a sign of weakness," Malachite tried to console her. He lifted Zoicite's chin ever so gently and stared right into her eyes. "We'll look for the last crystals together. Beryl doesn't have to know. And those Silly Scouts will wish they had never been born once we get to them."
"Oh Malachite," cooed Zoicite, totally lost in Malachite's' eyes. He let go of her and she called out for the Dark Crystal once again. She released it from her hand and it spun out to a distance. The voice came from deep within it:
A
series that preceded this, a crystal is housed within. Viewing deep
inside this area, the crystal will be gained and the ball to celebrate
will be big.
"You're mine, you old fool. You know you can't resist me forever," giggled Zoicite as she was getting her next Rainbow Crystal. Thing was, she was getting it from Raye's grandfather. He was the carrier of the Indigo Rainbow Crystal. The crystal itself had finally appeared and flew straight to the generals hand. "That's better, gramps."
"Grandpa, what's going on?!?," came a voice outside the room occupied at the Cherry Hills temple. It was Raye and she stumbled in while her Grandfather turned into a Shadow Warrior.
"Hahahaha, he's ours now, you little brat. Have fun." And she disappeared, leaving Raye behind with a Negaverse monster. It looked at what used to be it's daughter with a blank look on its face. Then it charged her.
*******************
"Hahahaha, Malachite, I got it. Beryl will be so happy," Zoicite spoke, to noone in particular, since she was now just outside of the Cherry Hills temple. All of a sudden, a rose glanced her gloved hand which was holding the Rainbow Crystal. She winced in pain and looked to the side to see Tuxedo Mask with another rose ready for attack.
"You again?!? Don't you have someone else you can bother."
"As long as you try to get those Rainbow Crystals, I will always be there to stop you, Zoicite. Now, hand over that crystal," called out Tuxedo Mask in a firm voice.
"Hahahaha, you wish," laughed Zoicite as she leapt into the small forest-like garden behind the temple. Tuxedo Mask followed.
**************
"Sailor Moon, that thing is my grandfather. You can't hurt him!!!" yelled Sailor Mars. Sailor Moon had just pulled off her tiara and was ready to dust the red demon.
"Yuck, what happened to him?" asked Sailor Moon in a somewhat disgusted tone.
"He had one of the Rainbow Crystals. Zoicite got it from him. Please, Serena, help him"
"Right," she said in a reaffirming voice as she pulled out her Crescent Wand:
"Moon healing... ACTIVATION!!!"
************************
Tuxedo Mask was racing through the trees, but he had lost Zoicite. He stopped in a bit of a clearing.
"Lost, Cape-boy," came Zoicite's voice from seemingly all directions. "The Negaverse will triumph. It's only a matter of time before I get yours and the Scouts Crystals." She laughed once again and then it trailed off into silence. Tuxedo Mask just stood there, then he pulled out his Orange Rainbow Crystal. I can't let her get any more of them, he thought to himself.
****************
"Most impressive Zoicite. You've managed to gather four of the crystals. I shall hope you succeed in finding the last crystal," praised Queen Beryl to Zoicite, at the same time, threatening her.
"I shall succeed again, my queen. Dark Crystal. Tell me where the last Rainbow Crystal can be found:
It
is in the darkness, a place where light has no meaning. Search the
darkness to find your way.
"This better be worth it, that's all I can say," grumbled Zoicite as she shook the sewage from her boot. Her latest search for a Rainbow Crystal, the last in fact, had lead her down under the city of Tokyo in the sewage system. She was tracking down a huge, light blue cat. The crystal was housed inside of him. Not only that, but she had to contend with Sailor Moon's pet feline, Luna. "This just better be worth it."
****************
Oh, no, she's found us!!!" gasped Luna as she saw Zoicite coming down the sewer corridor. She got up and began pushing Hercules, the cat she was trying to protect from Beryl's general. "Y'know, it wouldn't hurt you to lose some pounds, Hercules." The overweight cat only blushed at that comment. The two of them scampered into a small pipe, which proved to be a bit of a tight squeeze for the fat cat. Zoicite, however, had very little trouble following them into the pipe.
"Look," exclaimed Luna. "There's light up ahead. Hurry up, lazy bones." With that, she gave Hercules a bit of an extra push. Zoicite, in the meantime, was starting to slow down a bit. The pipe had become a bit more of a tight squeeze all of a sudden. Not only that, but it felt somewhat soft as well. She put her hand up to the side of the piping and was able to generate some light from her fingertips. Was she should have seen was solid metal, but instead, she saw fur, and even worse, eyes. She suddenly realized what was going on...
"RRRRRAAAAAAATTTTTTSSSSSS!!!!!" she screamed as she took off down the pipe after Luna and Hercules, now at a mad pace. But the rats finally overtook her and she was buried in a sea of vermin.
Luna and Hercules, in the meantime, had managed to get out of the pipe and were now trucking their way down the concrete incline. A river of rats suddenly exploded from the pipe and made it's way infront of the two fugitives. The pile began to rise and took on the shape of a person. A familiar laugh came from the form.
"Hahahahaha, I am the queen of rats. And now, my feline friends, I want the crystal."
The rats fell away to leave behind a perfectly unscathed Zoicite. She held up her Dark Crystal and pointed it directly at Hercules. Luna tried to stop her, but there was nothing she could do. The final Rainbow Crystal emerged from Hercules body and flew straight into Zoicite's hand.
******************
"You just had to keep playing with that stupid game, didn't you Serena," called back Lita. She, as well as Amy and Serena, were just getting out of the house where Hercules' owners lived. They had all thought that the Rainbow Crystal was housed inside the cats little girl owner. However, since Serena's Crescent Wand wasn't reacting around her, it was figured out that it was actually the cat who had the Rainbow Crystal.
"Well, it's not my fault she didn't have the crystal in her," spoke Serena, half whining, half out of breath.
"We had better transform. No telling what's happening now," said Amy. She pulled out her Transformation Wand and started the sequence:
"MERCURY POWER!"
"JUPITER POWER!"
"MOON PRISM POWER!"
The Sailor Scouts continued to rush to nowhere in particular. "Sailor Moon, where is that crystal?" asked Mercury.
"I'll check," said Sailor Moon as she got out her Crescent Moon Wand. The voice she had heard from it twice already decided to pay the Scouts another visit:
A darkness emerces it, a place to behold many a place. What's more, it has claimed this crystal as it's own, adding it to its darkness.
"What?!?" stammered Mercury in confusion."
"It's done that before.
Don't worry, it still works," Sailor Moon explained, showing Amy the working
homing sensor on the shaft of the wand. "Let's go."
"Hercules, surely you remember me?!?" Luna pleaded with the Shadow Warrior that used to be the cat named Hercules. "You saved me from all those alley cats, remember?" The monster looked to his other arm, the one that he wasn't using to hold onto Luna with. It still had a gash in it from when he had saved Luna from a group of rough alley cats. He still remembered. "Hercules, I have a friend who can help return you to the cat you were before," continued Luna, "but you have to help us stop that evil woman who did this to you." Hercules nodded in agreement. He placed Luna on the ground and lunged at Zoicite.
Not expecting any type of attack from her own kind, Zoicite was caught off-guard and dropped the Rainbow Crystal. She quickly regained her senses, though, and unleashed an attack of her razor petals on the monster. He fell to the ground, badly hurt. "How dare you attack me, you incompetent feline. I'll make you pay," yelled Zoicite.
"You will do nothing of the sort, you Nega-sludge."
"No, not you again," groaned Zoicite as she looked up and saw the bane of her existence.
"That's right, witch. I am Sailor Moon. I stand for love and I stand for justice," she started to do her usual posing as she continued," And in the name of the Moon, I will punish you."
"And in the name of the planet Jupiter, I'll punish you," continued Sailor Jupiter.
"And so shall I, in the name of the planet Mercury," went on Sailor Mercury.
"We are the Sailor Scouts," finished up Sailor Moon, then in unison, "And we will make you pay."
"Same tired routine, but I'll soon have what I want," said Zoicite as she turned back around to pick up the fallen Rainbow Crystal. "What!?! It's gone. Where did it go?"
"Looking for this, Zoicite," came another familiar voice.
She looked up to see Tuxedo Mask holding onto the crystal. And if looks could have killed, Tuxedo Mask would have been dead where he stood. Still, she managed to twist her face back to an evil smile. "Keep your silly crystal. I still have four of them. It's only a matter of time before I get the last three. Enjoy your small victory for now," and she disappeared into a flurry of flower petals.
"Sailor Moon, shouldn't you be doing something right about now?" asked Luna to Sailor Moon, who was totally lost in the moment just by seeing Tuxedo Mask.
"Oh, right Luna." She raised her Crescent wand in the air and chanted the familiar phrase:
"Moon Healing... ACTIVATION!!!"
******************
It had been about two weeks since the last Rainbow crystal had been revealed. Much had happened since then. Zoicite was able to get the Scouts Rainbow Crystal, but still was unsuccessful with getting Tuxedo Mask's two. The fifth Sailor Scout, Sailor Venus, had finally revealed herself to the rest of the group. And most importantly, Queen Beryl, thanks to some trickery by Zoicite and Malachite, was able to learn the true identity of Tuxedo Mask, who was really Darien Chiba. Now it was time to get the Imperium Silver Crystal, and to do that, Beryl needed Darien's Rainbow Crystals.
****************
"How did you find me?" asked in shock as he saw the image of Zoicite in his television screen.
"I'm from the Negaverse, you fool. We know everything. Now, I have a proposition for you, my dear Tuxedo Mask," replied back Zoicite.
"I'm not interested in listening to anything you have to say. Why don't you go crawl back into the filth that you belong in," quipped back Darien. He was obviously showing some signs of pain from the ice blade Zoicite had planted into his shoulder.
"I am interested in your Rainbow Crystals and Queen Beryl is interested in you. I propose that we duel for the Rainbow Crystals. Winner takes all."
Darien sat for a second and pondered the situation. He needed those Rainbow Crystals to find the Imperium Silver Crystal and find the Moon Princess. "How do I know that you will put on a fair fight?"
"Hahahaha. You don't. But then again, you really have no choice in the matter, now do you." Darien considered that fact and agreed to the duel. "Oh, one more thing Darien. You really should have your shoulder looked at. I hear something like that is not good for you."
"I'll survive," grunted Darien, disgusted at the predicament he was in.
"Very well. Meet me at the Starlight Tower in three hours. And have your Rainbow Crystals with you," and with that, Zoicite's image flickered off of Darien's television screen.
The
Princess Teardrop will be revealed in two days. Be ready for it
"I need to find the crystal so I can find out who I am," explained Darien.
He was with Serena in an elevator in the Starlight Tower. He went there to face Zoicite, just as planned, but Serena, noticing the stab wound that Darien had on his shoulder, decided to follow him to find out what was going on. What Serena never saw once they were inside the tower was Darien placing his two Rainbow Crystals with Zoicite's five, then having Malachite take all seven crystals, for 'safe keeping.' Now she was trapped by Zoicite, just like Darien, traveling to the final destination, a final showdown with Zoicite.
"See, when I was young, I lost my parents in a car wreck. I don't even remember any of it. The doctors said that I had lost all my memories. So I've been living my life without knowing who I am." Serena looked at Darien with a new admiration. All this time, she thought of him as a cold-hearted personality, but now she was beginning to understand why he acted the way he did. Then, he continued. "In the last few months, I've been having this recurring dream. A figure, shrouded in shadows, calls out to me to find the Imperium Silver Crystal. Maybe the crystal holds the key to me discovering who I really am."
*****************
"I don't see what Queen Beryl sees in this loser," complained Zoicite as she watched the elevator with Tuxedo Mask neared the top, tossing a fireball from hand to hand. I can still get rid of him. Beryl doesn't have to know. I can say it was all an accident, she thought to herself. A wicked smile spread across her face. Then she took the fireball she was tossing around and sent it down the elevator cord to destroy Darien and his gal pal. Her laugh echoed all throughout the building.
Darien and Serena heard the laughter and looked up to see the elevator shaft getting brighter. Then they saw the fire that was ready to spell their end. Serena raced through a million thoughts in those brief seconds, determining whether or not she should try to save them, thus revealing herself as Sailor Moon. This was a brief thought, as she grasped her broach and, to Darien's complete amazement, uttered those three little words that changed everything:
"Moon Prism... POWER!!!"
*****************
Zoicite was still laughing when the elevator shaft exploded into a fiery inferno. She was about to go ahead and go back to Malachite to help him figure out how to make the Rainbow Crystals the Imperium Crystal. All of a sudden, out of the blaze, leapt out Sailor Moon with Darien in her arms. She dropped down about thirty feet away from Zoicite and let Darien go.
"Ah, Sailor Moon, how nice it is to see you here, and I'm not even after you. I'm only interested in Tuxedo Mask," Zoicite said, forcing back her uncontrollable giggles.
"Tuxedo Mask?!? But he's not even here, you slime," called back Sailor Moon.
"Yes I am, Sailor Moon!"
That couldn't be, she thought, hearing Tuxedo Mask's voice come from behind her, exactly where Darien should have been. She turned around expecting a joke, only to see Darien pull a rose out of his jacket. What followed almost made her faint, as a tuxedo began to materialize around Darien's body. His long cape began to flow behind him. He placed his top hat on his head as a mask formed to cover his eyes. Darien Chiba was actually Sailor Moon's crush...
"Tuxedo Mask, at your service. Now Zoicite, I want those crystals back. And if you know any better, you'll turn them over right now."
"Hahahaha. Fine, you want those crystals back, you face me. One on one," said Zoicite.
"No, Darien," called back Sailor Moon, still in a bit of shock, "You can't trust that witch."
"I know, but I have no choice," he responded. "Alright, Zoicite. Let's go." Darien nor Serena ever noticed the ice blade that had begun forming behind Tuxedo Mask. Zoicite was using this break in action as her chance to get rid of the masked man. Just as he accepted Zoicite's duel, the ice blade flew straight at his back, humming through the air.
"LOOK OUT, DARIEN!!!" yelled out Serena, but it was already too late. The blade found it's mark and pierced Darien straight through his cape and suit, straight into his heart. He fell to the ground, with Sailor Moon gripping him at the last second to help soften his fall. It was just at that moment when the other Sailor Scouts arrived on the scene, just to see Sailor Moon hunched over the body of Tuxedo Mask.
"Oh, Darien. Wake up. Don't you die on me, Darien," Serena begged, feeling the tears well up in her eyes.
"Serena," whispered Darien in a choked voice. Serena could feel him growing weak. "I will always be there for you..." Serena couldn't hold it back anymore, and a single tear feel from her cheek.
Your

You
choose your pleasure, and are soothed by what you hear. Where twelve
meet, the near is end.
Malachite was looking after the Rainbow Crystals. How beautiful they all are, he thought to himself. Incredible how these rocks house the most powerful item in the galaxy.
No sooner had he thought this, the seven crystals began to glow a bright, powerful light. They all began to spin wildly. Then, just as suddenly, the crystals started to float on their own power and crashed right through the ceiling, leaving behind a completely stunned and very confused Malachite. What?!? They're going to where Zoicite should be. Could she have figured out how to make them combine? He disappeared, going to find out what had happened.
***************
"Oh no," gasped Sailor Jupiter.
"We're too late," Sailor Mercury shuddered.
"Sailor Moon..." came Sailor Venus' responce.
"What's that," asked Mars, hearing a crashing sound from below. "LOOK!!!"
Several feet away from where Sailor Moon was draped over Tuxedo Mask, the Rainbow Crystals all crashed throught the floor. They all gathered around the tear that Sailor Moon had just shed. Each crystal disappeared, and where they once were, there was just the light of each of their respective colors. Each one, one at a time, began to flow into Sailor Moon's teardrop, growing bigger with the addition to each crystal. Once the seventh crystal had been added, the room was enveloped in a blinding white light. Once it let up a bit, Zoicite, the Sailor Scouts, and Sailor Moon saw the item that had caused them all so much grief.
"NO. It's the Imperium Silver Crystal," whispered Zoicite, realizing what was about to happen. She had lost and it was her own foolishness that had brought out the crystal.
Sailor Moon just looked at the Imperium Crystal, almost in a trance. She lifted her Crescent Moon Wand to her chest. What happened next blew everyone in the room away.
The Imperium Crystal attached itself inside the crescent moon part of the wand. Sailor Moon herself went through a transformation. Gone was her sailors uniform and in it's place was a light pink gown. Her hair had somehow grown longer. There was no sign of grief on her face anymore, but a look of confidence, something that Serena never really had shown before. Luna realized right away what she was looking at.
"Princess Serena. She's the Moon Princess. All this time she was right under my nose."
"The Moon Princess!?!" gasped all the Sailor Scouts in unison. And Luna was right. The heir to the Moon Kingdom, the daughter of Queen Serenity, the Moon Princess Serena had finally returned.
Okay, here's what's up:
There is no clue for the last crystal. Here's why. Remember when you found the sixth Rainbow Crystal in 'The Void?' That's right, the discolored letters. The Imperium Crystal has only four numbers to it's ID, and they are scattered around all my web sites. Once you have found the Imperium Crystal, email all the info to me. I will leave this up for as long as needed for someone's Rainbow Crystals to transform. Good luck.
