I had to spend a number of hours for cutting the V grooves on both sides of the home made planing form.

Taper of my form
Butt side 0" 1.93 mm
Tip side 0" 0.27 mm
then, increases 0.005" at every 5".
Notice: 0.001"/5" was wrong. 0.001/inch is the right step.
