History Story:
Past: Too Confusing. Basics of it is she came from another dimension where
she was an all powerful princess, Princess Shukumei/Destiny. Though you
probably wouldn't realize it. She is over 100 years old. Maybe even older
after traveling to the past moonkingdom. She ended up suriving the Metillaca
attack and remained on Earth until the Present came again.
Present: Also Confusing. Basically she came to help out the senshi in the
present and disappeared. Later after going to the past she makes a new
present appearence of appearing at school one day. Is noticed because she is
almost as tall as Makoto, but a bit shorter.
Powers: Has a ton of attacks. She can use them in human guise as well as
senshi and princess form. Her list of attacks a powers are long. Mainly she
tries not to use her powers all too often she is worried of her power
rivialing the Neo Queens. And such. (I like powerful charaters. But I am a
secondary charater most of the time.) A few attacks are listed below.

Super Nova Destruction!
Sailor Star Dust uses her staff to generate a large amount of energy that
explodes and destroys a lot of items. Such as enemies or trees, building,
rocks, etc...It looks like a huge exploding star. Or a huge explodsion of
light.

Star Fire Internal!
This attack can get a little messy. Let's just say explodision from
inside the enemy or inside a shield. It can get through anything.

Star Shield Block!
She forms a type of gold energy that manefis itself around Star Dust. Or
anyone else. It can either form a dome around her or a wall in front of her.

Comet Collision!
This is her main attack. It kinda looks like two balls of gold energy
colliding with an enemy. And it can cause large amounts of pain, it can also
kill someone depending on the level of power.

Starlight Beam Excute!
A gold star appears and is then connected by a beam of gold light. The
attack then speeds towards the enemy. Sometimes it is used to kill the enemy.
It can also be used to blast though something.

Silver Stars Strike!
Weakest of all her attacks. Is mainly used as a distraction. Sometimes it
can infect pain. Although it's usually a small amount of pain. This one looks
like a bunch of silver stars that is thrown at the enemy.

Star Field Illision!
Her strongest attack. It can destroy many enemies at one time, depends on
the energy and power level. Not to mention how pissed she is. This attack
looks like a flash of gold light, that lasts for a minute.

Star Orb Blast!
Also second in strength, this attack looks like a large gold star. That
turns into a gold orb. It is thrown at the enemy and when comes in contact it
explodes.

Stardust Showers!
Her only healing attack (there is a way she heals without an attack). It
forms a silver cloud that sprinkles silver dust on intended target. Healing
them enough so they can fight.

Star Portal!
Usually she doesn't have to say anything for this one. Anyway this forms
a portal that can lead anywhere. Though time and though places. The portal is
usually light purple or gold.

work. She just needs to think about it. Or for an ally she puts a hand over
them.
