MARDUK ORGANIZATION

The main organization that searches for and selects the pilots qualified to pilot and synchronize with the Evangelion. The qualifications are rather stiff, (apparently only 14 year old kids can operate an Evangelion). It has 108 agencies around the world all of which are dummy companies that Ryohji Kaji discovered during his search for the true nature of Nerv. These dummy companies was all created by Nerv. The name was taken from one of the gods of the Babylon Empire.
