"YUKIKOOOO!!" Kakou yelled, running to the brunette. People
stared, but Kakou never minded that. "Yukiko! There you are! I
was looking for you!"

"Kakou!" Yukiko smiled. "You were looking for me?"

"Of course, silly! Do you want to walk to school with us?" Kakou
answered as Yuushou and Hikaru came up behind her.

"Oh... Are you sure you want to walk with me?" Yukiko asked,
looking down. "I'm probably a bad influence on you..."

"No way!" Kakou said sternly. "You're cool. Come on, we'll be late!
I'll race you guys to school!" She laughed. "Ready... set... GO!!" She
took off running.

"HEY!! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!" Hikaru yelled, running after Kakou.

A giant sweatdrop ran down Yuushou's skull. "It's amazing how Kakou
can go from a dead kind of sleep to being so energetic..." He said
with a sigh.

"Ah... let's catch up..." Yukiko suggested.

"Good idea. Those two could get into trouble alone..." Yuushou
agreed, and they took off running after the two.

In her golden palace, Electra was outraged. "WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN
YOU FAILED?!?!" She screamed at the bowing man before her. He was
dressed in silver armor.

"I'm terribly sorry, my queen.. But it seems that the situation
there is worse than we feared..." Lock apologized. He was worried about
his mistress, she was acting strangely lately...

"Electra is NOT pleased!!" The golden child screamed, throwing
her glass against a wall. Lock winced as it shattered. Why was she
so angry?

Electra seemed to calm down after that. "No matter. Lock, Electra
has something for you to do..."

"Let's sit over there!" Kakou said during lunch break, pointing to a
large oak.

"No, we should sit by those bushes." Hikaru argued, showing the
others some tall shrubs.

"A lot you know, Hikaru! My spot is so much better than yours!"
Kakou yelled back.

"You're such an ignorant airhead!" Hikaru shouted. "You wouldn't
know a good spot if your head was screwed on RIGHT!!"

"Kakou! Hikaru! Please, let's stop fighting now!" Yuushou
said, sweatdropping.

The two girls turned to him, angry. "YUUSHOU!! MAKE HER STOP
YELLING AT ME!!" They yelled in unison.

"A-all right, all right! Both of you, now, just calm down!" Yuushou
begged, cowering before the two angry girls.

They continued to yell at each other as Yukiko sweatdropped...

"Oh! Look, someone's in both of the places, now..." Yuushou pointed
out.

The girls turned, shocked, to each of their chosen places,
respectively, then to each other. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!"

   Yuushou sighed, giving up.

"Oh, hey! Look over there. It's perfect!" Yukiko said, pointing.

Hikaru and Kakou looked where she was pointing. A tall oak stood
next to some bushes.

"Yukiko! You found a perfect spot!" Kakou praised.

"Well, I guess it's okay..." Hikaru said, sounding conceited.

Yukiko smiled. "Well, I try. Let's get it before someone else does!"

The four sat down underneath a tree and started to talk.

"Yukiko, are you ready to walk home?"

"Huh?" Yukiko looked up and smiled. "Oh, hi, Kakou."

   "Are you ready?" Kakou repeated.

"Why do you want to walk with me? I'm really a bad influence, I'm
sure..."

"Well, we're friends, right? So me and Hikaru and Yuushou
want to walk home with you." Kakou explained. "And besides, you're not
a bad influence. Really! You're great!"

   "Thank you!" Yukiko said, smiling.

"You're welcome!" Kakou chirped. "Now, let's get out of here."

As they walked home, Hikaru came up with an idea. "Hey, guys! Let's
go get some ice cream before we go home."

Yuushou raised an eyebrow. "Who's going to get fat?"

   "Not Kakou!" Kakou answered.

"Oh, stop the cute act." Hikaru glared at her.

Yuushou shook his head. "Anyway, we can't. Tonight we have a
concert, remember? We have to hurry and get to the studio."

"Oh, yeah..." The two girls sighed in unison, both disappointed.

"Here we are!" Yukiko said. "This is my house. Do you guys want to
come in?"

   "Actually, we have to--"

"Okay, sure!" Hikaru said, interrupting Yuushou.

"Yeah, we'd love to!" Kakou agreed.

   "But-"

"Yuushou, don't worry!" Hikaru told him.

"Yeah, we can make it!" Kakou grinned.

They each grabbed one of his wrists.

   "Waait!" He shouted.

"Yuushou, don't be rude!" Hikaru scolded.

"Yeah, I'll say a prayer so we won't be late!" Kakou said.

They began to pull him toward the door after Yukiko. As much as he
struggled, he couldn't get free.

"I'm home!" Yukiko said as she entered the house. "My friends are
here, too."

"Yukiko, Kaasan wants you in the kitchen." A boy said from the
couch where he was flipping channels on the TV, bored.

"Okay, I'll be there in a minute." Yukiko answered. She turned to
her three new friends, "Yuushou, Kakou, Hikaru, this is my little
brother, Hoshi. Could you wait here for a minute while I see what my
kaasan wants?"

   "Yeah, we'll wait." Hikaru answered.

"Thanks!" Yukiko thanked them and walked into the kitchen.
"Kaasan! What is it?"

While she was in the kitchen, Hoshi turned the TV off and looked at
the three visitors. "So, you're Yukiko's new friends, hm? Did she tell
you what happened?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

"We don't care what happened." Kakou proclaimed. "She's our friend."

Hoshi just smirked. "Really? Then I guess you don't know."

"So? Are you going to tell us? Try to drive us away?" Yuushou asked,
glaring. He didn't like this kid at all.

Hoshi seemed to think it over, then shook his head. "No. No, that
would be way to easy on Yukiko. I'm gonna wait until she has to explain
it herself."

Before Hoshi could say anything else, Yukiko came back in. "Okay,
I'm back." She noticed Hoshi's smirk and gave him a deadly glare.
"Hoshi, you better not be bugging them." She warned.

"Oh, don't worry, Sis." He said, putting an emphasis on the name. "I
didn't say a thing." He got up and walked into his room.

Yukiko turned back to the other three and smiled. "Don't mind him,
he's insane or was raised by wolves or something."

"Yukiko..." Yuushou said, "Thank you for inviting us, but we need to
go before we're late."

"Okay! I'll walk you home tomorrow." Yukiko said, smiling.

"Oh! That reminds me!" Kakou said. "Yukiko, would you like to come
to our concert tonight?"

"Oh, I'd love to, but I don't have a ticket..."

"It's all right! Here!" Kakou said pushing an envelope containing
two tickets and a backstage pass into Yukiko's hands.

"Thank you. I'll be there..." Yukiko promised.
