Well, not really. Geocon actually sucked. But one of my friends is the best real life Ryouga ever! He even gets lost too.

AKANE
Back in December of 1999, a couple of friends and I decided to start working on a short film called 'The Jusenkyo Witch Project'. It was the lowest budget possible. No script. Shopping at Value Village. Filming on School Property. Alas, everyone starts somewhere.
I was Akane. The top was actually part of one of my Aunt Toad's ex-boyfriends karate gi, and the pant were something found in the uniform section of the Bremerton Value Village. The 'black belt' in all actuality was a sword figting belt of Tom's (I think), and the hair dye was black, and from some costume shop. Not very impressive, but I looked good.

TIFA LOCKHEART
Something I wore to and actual con!. . . If you can call Geocon a con, that is. It was kind of depressing that we were the only people dressed up as anime characters at all!!! Dorks. . .
My Tifa was pretty simple in itself. All it involved was a white tanktop and a black miniskirt that are already a part of my regular wardrobe, a pair of brown hiking boots I've had for five years, rolled down tube socks, and borrowed (and never given back, MWAHAHA!) suspenders. Sadly, in these pictures, I don't have my gloves, because I left them at my friends apartment, and it was a half a mile walk. But they were cool fingerless gloves, and to make the length on them, I just used the black bracers for Bjorn's Ryoga costume, and tucked them in. (Gotta see if I have more pictures. . . ) I revised the costume a little bit for Sakura Con by making brown bracers for the gloves, which were more glued to me than velcroed.

Sailor Uranus
This amazing costume I did not make. It was done by the amazing Sailor Naboo. She made this costume, and eight others for a skit we all did that won best costume, and group name!
The costume itself consists of the tiara, choker, white bodysuit, blue skirt, blue top uniform part, yellow bow, a blue butt bow, and blue boot covers. Technically, I supplied the earrings, dance tights, shoes, and my haircut, but that kind of doesn't add up to the work she went through, ya think?
