At the end of Sailor Moon R, it seems Chibi Usa is back in the future for good, and so she is.. for the first few episodes in the series. Then in episode 107, she returns! Usagi and the rest of the Sailor Senshi are working at a fair, when all of a sudden, another daimon egg is revealed and turns into a daimon. Sailor Moon and the others are caught off guard, and it seems they are going to lose this fight, when a new Senshi appears! She is much smaller, and when the dust clears, they can see it is clearly Chibi Usa! But now she wears a Senshi outfit, and calls herself the bishoujo senshi Chibimoon! She gives the daimon a speech, much like Sailor Moon, then pulls out a small moon rod with a heart on top, and cries Pink Sugar Heart Attack! At first, it doesn't work at all, but then it gives out a cute beam of hearts which doesn't seem to have much effect, other than distracting the creature. But that's all the time Sailor Moon needed to destroy the monster. Afterwards, Chibi Usa gives Usagi a note from her mother, Neo Queen Serenity, saying that she was sent back into the past to train as a Sailor Senshi with the rest. For the next while, she helps the Sailor Senshi in their battle against the daimons the enemy, the Death Busters, send to try and collect heart crystals from people. They are looking for special heart crystals, which contain three talismans, known to form the Holy Grail when all three are in place. But, if a heart crystal is not returned to its owner, the owner will die. Chibi Usa learns this in a very personal way. When the Holy Grail is finally formed, at first it is thought Usagi may be the missing Messiah who is supposed to have control of the Grail.. but the Grail simply gives her a new transformation.. into Super Sailormoon! At the same time, Chibi Usa becomes Super Sailor Chibimoon. But soon after this, Chibi Usa meets a fairly shy, frail-looking girl named Hotaru. The two become very good friends, and spend alot of time together, since before they were lonely.. Chibi Usa because she didn't have many friends, and Hotaru because she used to only have her father for company in the dreary house in which she lived, and no friends even near her age at all. Hotaru also has strange powers of healing which in combination with her ill health, has kept her isolated. But Hotaru's father, Professor Tomoe, is the leader of the Death Busters. His projects lead to dealing with an entity called Pharaoh 90, and through Tomoe, Hotaru is turned into the Dark Messiah, Mistress 9, rather than the Messiah of Light she was destined to be. To become Mistress 9, Hotaru steals Chibi Usa's heart crystal, since it is said to be the purest heart crystal of all. She then leaves Chibi Usa to die. Mamoru stays to look after Chibi Usa as the Sailor Senshi go to face Mistress 9 and destroy her, if need be, to try and save Chibi Usa and the world. But in the last throes of the battle with Mistress 9, Hotaru begins to regain power over herself and shirk off Pharoah 90's evil influence. Chibi Usa is fading away, and is just a shadow when a mysterious Sailor Senshi returns her heart crystal. It is Hotaru, who is also Sailor Saturn, the last Senshi to be found. However, Hotaru must leave, giving up her life to defeat Pharoah 90, and becoming a baby again. Chibi Usa is devastated over losing her new friend, not even sure how it all happened. Sailor Pluto appears to her and tells her to remain strong. Then Professor Tomoe and baby Hotaru appear, and Chibi Usa recognizes her friend, beginning the friendship anew. After this, Chibi Usa recieves another letter, this one telling her to return to the future. After reluctantly telling everyone good-bye, she goes back. There is one thing she didn't count on, though.. a small remnant of Pharoah 90 still lives, and it goes to attack the Sailor Senshi. Chibi Usa is most of the way home when she senses the danger. As the Senshi fight the remnant, it seems all is lost.. until a familar entrance is made. Sailor Chibimoon falls right out of the sky, on top of the remnant's head, her Rod plinking the creature with hearts. The vestige is then destroyed, and Chibimoon is welcomed back as a new set of adventures start. Sailormoon SuperS: This series is based mostly on Chibi Usa herself. She begins having strange dreams, most of them featuring a mysterious pegasus. He begs her to help him save the crystal forest, in which he lives, but the girl has no idea how to aid him. Added to this, a new enemy comes to Tokyo, the Dead Moon Circus. They want Pegasus for his unlimited magical powers, and to use those abilities for their own gain. First, they send out 3 men, the Amazon Trio, to find people with beautiful dreams. The reason for this is that Pegasus is said to be hiding in *one* person's lovely dream, and to find that particular dream, the Trio must go through as many beautiful dreamers as it takes to find the mystical creature. Of course, they begin by attacking some friends of Chibi Usa and Usagi's! Unazuki is the first victim, and as she's being attacked, Chibimoon prays for a miracle. Pegasus appears and helps them by powering them up into their super forms. In this guise, they are able to defeat the servant of the Trio. This happens once again, until Usagi's mother is attacked. This time, Pegasus appears and gives them their new transformations for good, along with new attacks and weapons. Chibimoon becomes Super Chibimoon, and is given the Crystal Calliope. Her "attack" is Twinkle Yell, which summons Pegasus so he can give Sailor Moon the power boost she needs to complete her attack, Moon Gorgeous Meditation. From then on, whenever Chibimoon is in trouble, she uses her bell, and Pegasus lends his powers to hers and Sailormoon's. Now they are on an equal footing with their enemies. Chibimoon and Pegasus become even closer after a close brush with the Dead Moon. One of the Trio, Tiger Eye, sends a lemure to enter the dream that holds Pegasus, no matter who it is, and turn the dream's owner against him, so he has to flee. The lemure tries, and Chibimoon is put into a trance. As she's in the dream state, the creature tries to get her to take a bridle that has been put on a locked-in-stone Pegasus. She refuses, saying she wants to be his friend, not own him. The Pegasus is freed, and their friendship cemented. He gives her a special device which allows them to now talk face-to-face. Soon I will have a section up all about Chibi Usa and Pegasus, but I'm working on it now! Suffice to say, Chibimoon and Pegasus work in unison for the rest of the series, although she has no idea who he really is.. if there is such a thing. After the defeat of the Trio, and the coming of the Amazoness Quartet, it is revealed that the pegasus is a boy named Helios, who is a guardian of one of the Earth realms from the Silver Millennium. Because Pegasus is in her dream, Chibimoon's dream mirror has a lovely gold frame, and this is what the enemies seek. I will have more on this season as I see more of the series! But I do know that the evil queen Neherenia is the one who dictates the finding of the dream mirrors and Pegasus.. the ending of which occurs in the Sailor Stars season. Sailormoon Sailor Stars: Sailor Stars begins with a new villanness named Nehelenia. Nehelenia traps and enslaves Mamoru, and the Sailor Senshi go to rescue him. At one point, Chibimoon is knocked off a cliff, and Sailormoon jumps after her, to try and save her. They survive, but Usagi has lost the ability to transform. As the other Senshi battle Nehelenia clones called paredories, Sailor Chibimoon and Sailor Saturn make their way into the castle, and surprise the evil Queen with an attack as she returns, thinking she has defeated all the Senshi. However, with every minute that passes, Chibimoon fades away, since while Mamoru is trapped, he is Nehelenia's, so he and Usagi can't be together in the future, and Chibimoon will therefore not exist. She pleads with him to wake up, but he doesn't respond. She vaporizes into only a mist-like shadow. Then Usagi makes her way into the castle and sees her. She tries to hold Chibi Usa in her arms, but the girl just fades away into a few sparkles of moondust. Through the power of Usagi's love, Nehelenia is turned good again, and Mamoru is let out of his trance. As soon as he is freed, Chibi Usa fades back in as Chibimoon. In one final, defiant sweep, Nehelenia tries to destroy them all, but Mamoru transforms into Prince Endymion and shelters Chibimoon. The power of all the senshi combine to raise Usagi to her next transformation into Eternal Sailormoon and everything is restored to normal. Back to Chibi-Usa-Me-Crazy
