Marguerite was locked up in the capital by the Solarians and the current ruler of Aveh in hopes that she'd reveal the location of a "Fatima Jasper", which in turn, is supposed to lead to the whereabouts of the "Omnigear" - a gear which is superior to other gears.

She was rescued by her cousin, and also the true heir to the throne of the kingdom of Aveh, Bart. A certain Sister Agnes of the Nisan sect often suggests that Margie would someday rule by Bart's side as his queen. Margie objects to the idea at first, claiming they're only good friends, but later shows some signs of concern for him which is obviously more than that of a friend.

Rutee is a "Lens Hunter", she hunts down monsters for their "lens". These in turn, can be exchanged for Gald at Oberon Corporation - which uses lens to make various products. Leon later revealed that he is actually her brother as he was forced by the head of Oberon Corporation, Hugo, to fight them, holding Leon's lover Marianne hostage.

Rutee and Leon were seperated when they were still very young. Rutee was then adopted and raised by an orphanage. At first, it may seem that the only thing in her mind is nothing but money and treasure, but it was really for the noble cause of supporting the orphanage to which she owes a great deal of gratitude.

She is also the wielder of the water Swordian Atwight, thus, a Swordian Master. She can be quite loud-mouthed and pushy at times, especially to Stahn. But she may have developed feelings for him as time went by.

She is very energetic and so full of herself. She is confident that she could beat anyone and regards it as an honor for one to be defeated in her hands. She spends most of the time working at the fish market, and that's why she doesn't know some of the other members of their school very much.
