Other Info: Chibichibi first appears in SailorStars, episode 182. Like Chibi-usa, she fell out of the sky, but with a parasol. She also hypnotized the family into thinking that she was a relative. While in the manga she can talk, in the anime, other than mimicking other people, she only says her name. In the manga, Chibichibi turns out to be Sailor Cosmos, the purest and the final incaranation of Sailormoon. However, in the anime, Chibichibi is Sailor Galaxia's star seed which was released into the universe as a last hope to find the Light of Hope (Usagi) and destroy Chaos so that peace and happiness could be brought back to the universe.
