Tai O Village
Tai Po village is situated in the North-West of Lantau Island. Known as 'Venice' in HK, it has a strong smell of a fish village in the busy city of Hong Kong.

To go to Tai O village, you can:
- take ferry from Central to Mui Wo, and then take Lantau Bus No. 1 to Tai O (usually takes 45 minutes)
- take MTR to Tung Chung, and thent ake Lantau Bus No. 11 to Tai O (usually takes 50 minutes)
- join local tour (Tai O village is usually included in those tours to the Big Buddha since both places are close to each other)
Tai O Village is famous for their snacks and dried seafood. You can easily find dried fish, shrimp sauce and many other dried seafood in the streets of Tai O Village.

Besides, there are a number of famous snacks including traditional homemade cakes, a rare reddish herbal tea, and some sweet fruit pickles.
