Advice: These are tough Pokemon, (no DUH!), but if you can defend adequately against it's assault, then you can easily defeat it. Attack quickly before it uses Smokesrceen to block your vision or Leer to lower your defense. If anything, Horsea and Seadra have incredible defense rates.

Advice: Thankfully, you don't face many of these, but when you do, you'll understand why they're in the Dragon section. These mammoths are devastating, completely unlike their guppy forms before hand. Get a Lvl 5 Magikarp and raise it into a Gyarados and you'll have a nigh-unstoppable Pokemon, fully capable of taking on any Dragon Pokemon.
