- A tribute album for Madonna: Virgin Voices has been planned for the year
1998 and 1999. There will be a Part I and Part II CD. *Rumoured* Artistes
and groups involving are most from the great 80's. They are Bananarama,
Stacey Q, Boy George, Dead Or Alive, Information Society, Heaven 17,
Flock Of Seagulls, Berlin, Wendy & Lisa, KMFDM, Bow Wow Wow, Cocteau Twins
and many more.
- Vince Clark from Erasure and ex-member of Depeche Mode, Yazoo and
The Assembly, is currently been *rumoured* working 2 new projects with
Tori Amos and B.52's!?! Can you believe it?
- Aqua has released another single again. Still from the same old first debuted
album! "Good Morning Sunshine" is the following up single to "Turn Back Time".
Overall they have released a total of *7* singles from that album! If they
still haven't come out of a new album at this moment, I don't mind they
releasing more singles like "Happy Boys And Girls" (I wonder why this never
released??), Calling You (especially this one) and "Be A Man" (wouldn't it
be great that this will come with a dance version like "Turn Back Time"?).
- Like Modern Talking, Bad Boys Blue and so on. Fancy also released his
Best Of '98 album. The album consists of some original versions and the 1998
versions of course. Also 2 megamixes including the *maxi version* are
also featured in the album!
- C.C. Catch Best Of '98 album also been released now. Same with Fancy,
the 2 megamixes including the *long version* are also featured in the album!
- "The OMD Singles" album is available now. Full track-listing:
1. Electricity
2. Messages
3. Enola Gay
4. Souvenir
5. Joan Of Arc
6. Maid Of Orleans
7. Tesla Girls
8. Locomotion
9. Talking Loud And Clear
10. So In Love
11. If You Leave
12. (Forever) Live And Die
13. Dreaming
14. Sailing On The Seven Seas
15. Pandora's Box
16. Call My Name

These are definitely not the best from OMD I must say. There are many other hits
that are missing. For instance, their big hit "Secret" and not forgetting
one of my most favourites from OMD "La Femme Accident".
