Kamui and Fuma
The storyline of X is as complicated as Neon Genesis Evangelion, but basically what happens is that Kamui is fighting the save the earth from destruction. The ironic thing is that the bad guys(the ones who WANTS the earth destroyed) claims that what they're doing is for the good of mankind because they are getting rid of pollution and stuff that are destroying the enviroment so that Mother Nature can take over. This story is, again, NOT a fairytale story. One example of this is what happens to Kamui's girlfriend Kotori......Kotori's brother Fuma is seized by some sort of weird spirit, i.e. he doesn't act himeself and ties her on a cross with wires...Kamui tries to save her but in the end, the cross breaks and Kotori is decapitated and splits apart.
NEwayz, there is a film version of X but the story is not as detailed as the comic (and the pictures are not as good). The story is by Clamp and NEthing written by Clamp is bound to be good! Trust me! They also wrote Tokyo Babylon, Wish, Clover, Card Captor Sakura, RG Vega, Magic Knight Rayearth and many others funny/bloody comics. Their drawing are excellent as well!
