Strengths: Juli's main strength is her constant training with Juni. The two are very good at working together and are much better when working together than when they are appart. Juli's fighting style is quite disciplined. She knows nothing but combat and training.

Weaknesses: Juli knows only combat. This may not seem like a weakness, but since she looks at all things in terms of combat, she can be surprised by chaotic behavior. Juli is terrified of failure to her Lord M. Bison and will keep trying to her duties no matter what the case may be. Juli always works with Juni and is not as good in combat by herself.

Special Moves:

Juli's style involves a lot of grab maneuvers both with the arms and mostly with the legs. These are not special moves per se, but the variety of grabs is worth mentioning.

SPIRAL ARROW: Juli leaps feet first at a target. She locks her legs together and forms a drill like action. (This move was also called the Cannon Drill)

CANNON SPIKE: A spinning upward kick that allows both feet to kick, one after the other.

SPIN KNUCKLE: A clever move that allows Juli to dodge an incoming strike with a spin move that allows a strong punch at the end.

SPIN DRIVE SMASHER: A brutal combo mixing the Spiral Arrow and the Cannon Spike. First Juli comes flying in with her drill-like kick and then spins upward kicking again and again.

REVERSE SHAFT BREAKER: A powerful move where Juli does a version of the Spiral Arrow straight up into the air. This is a lethal move when timed right and smashes opponents using leaping/jumping moves.
