The Setting:
"No! No! No! That's all wrong!" Happosai barked. "You have to be more percise with your stance on this one! You slack off on this one, you're more likely to hurt yourself then your opponent!"
"Then what good is the attack?" Ranma complained. "In a fight you often don't have a chance to assume 'the perfect stance'! The whole point of Anything-Goes Martial arts is to act on impulse, taking advantage of the surroundings."
"A true master of the Anything Goes school would be able to strike the needed stance without thinking about it. Now, stop your whining you worm!" Happosai jumped up and whacked Ranma off the head with his pipe to drive the point home.
"Ow! Why you old freak! I'm gonna..." Ranma stopped as Happosai held up a warning hand. Ranma could somewhat sense what the old man seemed to be clearly aware of. Happosai was looking around, wary for an attack.
"You feel it, don't you Ranma?" Happosai sniffed the air.
"Kinda. What is it?" Ranma forgot all his anger at Happosai and he concentrated sompletely on his surroundings.
"There is an evil presence here. An evil power is looming around us." Happosai actually felt a slight chill of fear creep through him.
"Wow...it's gotta be bad if YOU call it evil." Ranma looked about, but could not feel the same force that Happosai did.
"Impressive. I am impressed that you detected me." A sinister voice said. A crackle of energy seemed to open in the air and a powerful man stepped through the energy and floated before Happosai and Ranma. "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Lord Bison, master of Shadowloo. I have been observing you for some time now, Happosai."
"Oh yeah? Well what of it." Happosai tried to downplay his attitude toward this new danger.
"I see you are training a new disciple. I simply wanted to test him. You can call it an experiment." Bison sneered.
"A test, huh? Well I'm up for it!" Ranma barked.
"Good. I expexted you to say that. Come forth, thrall!" Bison waved his hand and suddenly from the woods came a woman dressed in a green leotard. "Cammy...you will shatter this boy." Bison pointed his command.
"Yes, lord." Cammy said in a toneless voice that had a tinge of an English accent."
"W-w-wait a minute! What is this?" Ranma choked.
"Well hellllo nurse!!" Happosai was delighted.
"I don't fight girls!" Ranma protested again.
"I have no trouble fighting you." Cammy leapt toward Ranma, but Ranma was able to flip to one side. Suddenly, Ranma was doused with cold water. Even Bison was thrown for a second upon the transformation.
"Ranma!" Happosai barked as he tossed aside the bucket. "You will fight in the name of the Anything-Goes school and you will fight now! Put the fruits of my training to use!"
"Well, I still don't like it!" Ranma called back.
Happosai sat back on one side as Bison floated on the other. Cammy began to move in on her changed opponent. Ranma prepared for the fight.
Commentary:
Christopher Horton
Ranma will win this fight, but just barely. What will hurt him early on is the fact that he does't like to fight girls, and that he holds back when he does. Another thing that'll hurt him is his loss of strength as a girl. An advantage for Cammy is that the Hiryuu Shoten Ha is ineffective on her, due to her cold nature. But, when she starts to put up a fight, Ranma will eventually rise to the challenge and put her out.

Oh, puh-leeze! Hesitancy to fight girls aside, Ranma could whup the ungodly snot out of just about EVERY Street Fighter in the whole damn series! That's regular AND Alpha! Even if this is the pumped-up Cammy from X-Men vs. Stret Fighter, she still isn't poerful enough. She lands some shots because of Ranms's foolish honor, but when he sees he can't let her land too many of those shots, he knocks her quickly and as painlessly as possible.

Here is an interesting fight. Some of Cammy's moves will throw Ranma for a loop the first time around, and he doesn't like to fight girls. However, Ranma will certainly get the upperhand quickly once he gets in close to use his incredible speed. In this case, Cammy's rigid style of fighting won't last against Ranma's adaptive style.
The Fight:
Ranma stood, not liking the whole situation. She didn't want to fight the woman in front of him, but it was clear this was a serious fight.
"Even the old freak isn't joking around like he normally does." Ranma thought to him self.
"Now!" Bison commanded in his powerful voice and Cammy charged head long toward Ranma. Ranma leapt into the air to avoid the charge, but found that his opponent was leaping up right after him. In his female form, Ranma was quick enough to avoid the spinning kick and he quickly went into an instinctive attack.
"Chestnuts roasting in mid-air!" Ranma screamed out and his fists went flying. Cammy was peppered with strike after strike and she slammed to the earth unable to control her fall.
"Mind control damages the fighter's edge, don't you think?" Happosai mused toward Bison. "She could have landed better, but her clouded mind prevents her from using the skills I can tell she has."
"Perhaps you are right, but she also feels no pain. Look now as she stands, ready to fight. She has no idea how much she has been battered!" Bison laughed to himself as he watched Cammy rise and charge Ranma again.
"What kind of monster are you? Laughing at the harm done to a gorgeous hunk of woman like that!" Happosai started tearing up. "It's so cruel!"
Unaware of the comments being said, Ranma had to leap to and fro to get out of the way of Cammy's ceaseless charges. He finally landed where he could prepare to move in his spiral pattern. Cammy charge in with a spinning punch, which Ranma dodged with great ease. As he spiralled in, he dodged the rapid succession of punches and kicks that Cammy hurled at him, but as he neared the innermost section of the spiral, something horrible popped up in his mind.
"She has no battle aura!" Ranma suddenly realized. "She's attacking, but she doesn't even know she is fighting!" Ranma was actually sickened by his discovery. He didn't completely understand how it had come to pass, but he knew the big guy (uhhh...Buffalo or somethin') was controlling her like a puppet.
Ranma kicked away from Cammy, doing a backward sommersault toward the forest. Cammy simply turned and charged, running at full speed. Ranma stood and saw her diving feet first at him.
"SPIRAL ARROW!" She screamed as she came spinning into Ranma, but it was to no effect. Ranma blocked the attack, placing himself in a position to strike again. "Kachuu Tenshin Amaguriken!!!" Ranma went back to the rapid strikes. Again, the strike was enough to floor Cammy. Once again, she rose as if she was not injured, even though it was clear she had been seriously hurt.
"Damn you, you monster!" Ranma hissed to Bison, knowing that his opponent was merely a victim. Ranma heard Bison's evil laugh and knew who he really wanted to be fighting. Ranma jumped into the air over Cammy's head. Cammy once again leapt into the air with the same kick she had tried before.
"I knew you would do that move again!" Ranma smiled as he grabbed Cammy's leg and used her own velocity to make both of them flip. The two spun for three complete rotations, building up a frightening centifical force. Ranma then released Cammy, sending her straight at Bison himself. Bison realized at the last second what had happened and teleported to the other side of Happosai. Cammy smashed into the ground a few feet past where Bison was floating.
Ranma cursed the mistake, realizing he should have guessed the creep would have some more tricks up his sleeve. Ranma had landed up on the branch of a tree and from his vantage point, he saw Cammy getting to her feet again. It suddenly dawned on him that he could make use of the same attack he used on Ryoga back when Ryoga first learned the "Breaking Point".
Ranma hurled himself off the tree and used a tree near Cammy as the rebound point. She could not turn fast enough as Ranma hit her in the side. Like his battle with Ryoga, he aimed each fist of his rapid strike into the same spot on Cammy's side. The attack was devestating, and Cammy crumpled to the ground. This time, she would not get up. Even under mind control, she had taken too much damage.
Ranma turned to Bison and seemed surrounded by a red aura that was more than twice her size.
"YOU! I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, BUT I AM GONNA BRING YOU DOWN!!" Ranma took a battle stance in front of Bison himself. Bison looked at Ranma and sneered.
"You are talented, boy, but you have merely defeated my thrall. I see that you and your master are certainly worth adding to my forces. You will join me or die."
"Like I would ever work for you!" Ranma charged Bison, but he simply floated out of the way.
"No matter. I know where to find you when I need to. Until then." Bison snapped his fingers and Cammy floated up in front of him. The two vanished in a burst of psycho-energy.
"OH RANMA!!! I'm so proud of you!!" Happosai shouted, breaking the silence. He glomped right on to Ranma's chest.
"Get off me you old freak!" Ranma shouted, pounding Happosai off.
Ranma Saotome: 16
Cammy: 3
Wow! This was the most one-sided fight yet. I figured it would be, but I was eager to get Ranma into the scene. See you next time! Keep up the great comments!
