A series of huge alien organic spacecraft left by the ancient civilization that the Jovians got their technology from. It acts in tandem with another set in a distant location and acts as a transport gate that seems to defy both the laws of space and time.
Only ships equipped with Transposition engines seem to be able to pass through the CHULIP.
