HAVE A LITTLE FAITH IN ME(Part 8)

He thought he heard her voice speaking to him.It sounded so far 
away like he was dreaming.Maybe it was just an echo in his mind.
Mamoru sat up in his bed,sweat falling from his face.The days passed 
followed by torturous nights just thinking of her.Usako.He could 
still smell her sweet perfume in the room and Mamoru thought of the 
times when he watched Usagi run around the room getting ready.Tears
threatened to fall from his face but he wiped them away quickly.He
wished so much to just for a moment see the moon in the night
sky,just to have one way to be connected to her.To wonder if
she was looking up at the moon at that very moment.Her blond
hair framing her enchanting face as she looked up with those
sky blue eyes he was always captivated with.'Stop it Mamoru.
You're only torturing yourself' Suddenly it seemed as if he heard
music.Sweet,melancholy music.He felt her there,her warmth and
somehow the tears began to fall.It didn't matter now.
"I love you,Usako",he said quietly."Maybe you can't hear me say this
but I do" On the other side of town as Usagi laid asleep a solitary
tear fell from her face.But as it hit her pillow a soft smile came
to her face,she heard.

Makoto knocked on the door and quickly adjusted her sea-foam green 
skirt.She felt strange,she never wore skirts this tight which
reminded her to never let Minako shop with her.Everything she bought
had to either be cut shorter or tightened.Speaking of which looking at
the high slit that went up to her thigh,Makoto promised herself she'd
never let Minako get near her clothes or a pair of scissors again.
"Hey beautiful",Ken said as he opened the door for her.Inside the
spacious apartment was a beautifully set up table.A white-linen
table cloth and silk napkins.The works.The dim room was only
lit by two tall ivory candles.As she walked in she breathed in the 
atmosphere amazed at the loveliness of everything.
"You've really outdone yourself",Makoto said as Ken pulled out her 
chair for her.She sat down and looked up at him grinning."I hope you 
have something spectacular for our anniversary.Cause the only thing
that could beat this is buying me a giant boat made of roses or 
something"
"I'm just getting started" With that he brought out their dinner.
Chicken and brown rice.'It's looks cooked...' Makoto smiled uncertainly 
at him.Dear God she hoped she brought her stomach medicine.It turned 
out that it tasted pretty good and after checking five or six times 
Makoto was pretty sure she had zero chances of getting food poisoning.
For dessert was a chocolate cake big enough to last her for weeks.
Finally after struggling to get up from her seat Makoto began to help 
clean up.
"No,I'll do that but for now we need to dance off all this cake we 
had",he said and took her hand.Turning on the radio a slow tune filled
the room and Makoto giggled happily.
"Dance?In here?",she asked and he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Why not?",he responded and Makoto entwined her arms around his neck.
Closing her eyes she inhaled his spicy scent and listening to the 
lyrics of the song she drifted into her own little Utopia...

"Mako?",Ken whispered in her ear.
"Yeah?",she said and slowly opened her eyes.Looking in Ken's eyes she 
smiled at him.She never realized how much in love with him she was.
Long ago Makoto had been afraid to fall in love,she had been hurt 
before.Now it seemed only natural to fall for Ken.
"I have one more thing for you",he said and presented her with white
rose bursting with life.It's petals looked almost like silk.She took
it and carefully caressed the petal with her fingers."Go ahead.Open it"
As she began to split it apart the flower opened up revealing a diamond 
ring in the center.
"Oh my God...",she said and held the ring.A ring?A look of panic 
crossed her face and thoughts flew through head.Her mouth hung open in 
surprise and Ken grinned at her.
"So are you gonna marry me or not?",he asked and Makoto looked at the 
ring that laid in her palm.She wanted to say yes but somehow it didn't
seem right but how could it not be?Inside her something held her back
and as she gazed up at Ken's hopeful eyes Makoto did the only thing she 
could do.
"I gotta go",she said quickly and before Ken could even say anything
she was gone.

Rei swept her front porch unaware that Chad watched her,concern in his
eyes.For weeks he analyzed the strange way his wife was acting.The way 
she always went out or how tired she looked now.He knew that she was 
stressed out over Usagi but there was something else more to that.He 
approached her carefully and suddenly she stood straight knowing that 
someone was watching her.Turning Rei let out a breath when she saw him.
"Damn it Chad!You scared the hell out of me!" Rei smiled at him and
put a hand above her chest.She stopped when she saw his face."What's
wrong?"
"Rei,what's going on?",he asked and she looked down at the ground.
"You're hardly home anymore and when you are you're so quiet" Rei 
glanced at him and saw that he wasn't angry but scared.Maybe it would 
be alright to tell him.
"Chad we need to talk",she said and the two sat on some nearby steps.
"Okay I don't know how you're gonna react bu-"
"YOU'RE CHEATING ON ME!AREN'T YOU?" He stood up to walk away but she
pulled him down.She laughed at him,he could overreact sometimes.
"No that's not it-"
"ARE YOU SICK?DO YOU HAVE SOME DISEASE?ARE YOU DYING?!"
"NO-"
"YOU'RE NOT PREGNANT AGAIN!ARE YOU?OH NO!"
"NO,I'M NOT!NOW CALM DOWN!" Chad took a breather and placed his head
in his hands."Honey I need to show you something" Taking him inside
she held his hand and led him to their living room."Wait here" Running
to their room she took a small bundle out from a drawer and held it 
to her chest.Her heart began to pound as she sat next to him."Wow I 
never knew that I could be so nervous"
Chad placed his hand on hers."You can tell me anything.I love you and
nothing would change that"
"Nothing?",Rei asked uncertainly.
"Nothing",Chad assured her.
She took a deep breath."How about if I told you I was a Sailor Scout"
"What are you talking about Rei?",he said laughing and looked into her
serious eyes."You're not kidding,are you?"
"Chad,I'm Sailor Mars",she said quietly.That one statement seem to 
stop time and for what seemed like hours there was silence.
Rei looked at her husband and saw that his face was emotionless.This 
got her worried,usually he'd have something to say.Most of the time 
A LOT to say."Say something"
"How could you not tell me?",he asked and stood up angrily.Rei jumped
from her seat and put a hand on his shoulder to stop him from leaving.
"I-I couldn't!It was for your safety and Sonya's",she yelled.Tears 
started to fill her eyes.
"What about your safety?",he asked."Good God Rei!Did you think you
could keep this from me,that one day you'd come home hurt and I
would believe it was just an accident" Anger flashed in his eyes
and somehow it scared Rei.Not that he would physically hurt her
but that he had lost faith in her,in her love for him because of
what she had done.
"Please understand",she said crying."I did this because I had to"
"Rei,our marriage is based on trust and love.I know that I love you
but I don't know if I could trust you or that you even trust me"
She took his hands in hers and looked up at him with those same brown
eyes that he had fallen in love with.Now it seemed that he couldn't 
looked into them,it hurt too much.
She kissed his knuckles as her tears fell on them."Forgive me"
Slowly Chad let go and gazed at her eyes for a moment."I don't know.I 
need to think" Walking to the door he stopped in front of it and turned
to look at her once more.Rei looked back at him,tears sliding down her 
small face.She didn't want to lose him.'I love you' The same thought 
went through their heads and with that he was gone.

"You okay?",Yaten asked her as they sat on a bench.Minako sighed and
took a sip of her coffee.Usually she'd be thrilled to be near such
a hottie as Yaten but today it was different.She was different.In fact
it seemed that everyone had aged in those few weeks.Minako was not the
kind to accept aging with grace,she nearly passed out when she mistook 
a dimple for a wrinkle once.Now it just didn't matter.
"No",she said silently and turned to him.A glitter of tears in her 
eyes."What are we going to do now?This guy Nephrus hasn't appeared
in weeks.I can't even sleep in fear that he's out there waiting to
take Usagi away.God,I'm just so scared Yaten!" He held her and the tears
fell on his shirt.Quickly she wiped her eyes."I'm sorry,I'm messing
up your shirt!"
"It's alright.It just a shirt",he said to her and smiled."You see?I'm 
not as arrogant as you think" Yaten looked at her pretty face and 
wiped the tearstains with a hankerchief."Minako,did I ever tell you 
how much I admired you" She turned to him and raised her eyebrows."In 
all this time I've known you,I've never seen you quit.You're smarter 
than you think you are.You're also talented and sweet.Not to mention 
pretty-" Yaten stopped and looked down at the ground trying to hide 
his reddening face.
"You think I'm pretty?",Minako asked grinning.He looked up at her and 
traced her face with his fingers.Minako closed her eyes and smiled 
feeling his touch.
"Pretty?I meant beautiful",he said.She waited in anticipation.'Is he 
gonna kiss me?' Her eyes still closed she waited.Nothing.Was this guy
slow or what?She just had to be patient and wait...
"Oh!To hell with waiting!",she said and kissed him.The kiss was slow 
at first but the heat they created however turned it into a passionate 
kiss.She had waited for this moment since she met him.Finally they let
go and with her arms around his neck Yaten looked into her blue eyes.
He knew that somewhere inside him he had always known he loved her.
"What took you so long?",he asked with a adoring smile.
"Well somethings are worth waiting for",Minako responded and kissed 
him again.

Usagi sat silently watching Mamoru laid on the bed.Suddenly he awoke 
and froze thinking someone was there.'No one is there.You've pushed 
them all away.You've pushed her away' Tears of frustration fell from 
his face realizing that the only thing he awoke to was darkness.He was
alone.Usagi reached to touch his face but stopped knowing that he did 
not want her there.She could not even comfort him and Usagi cried 
silently.Her hand shook as it stood straight to touch him but she 
withdrew.Making her hand into a fist she slowly put it to her heart.
Usagi mouthed a silent"I love you" to him and went to the door.She 
walked out not knowing that Andrew watched her.Going to Mamoru's room 
he saw his friend sitting up a frustrated look on face,in his eyes 
only pain.Andrew shook his head sadly mourning the fact that his 
friend had given up the only thing that kept him alive.Mamoru fell 
back asleep and Andrew went to him.
"Mamoru for such a smart man giving her up was the stupidest 
thing you've ever done"

She didn't know where she was going and basically Usagi didn't care at
the moment.Right now it didn't matter if she got lost.At least she 
could cry at some unknown place.The sky darkened and small drops of 
water pelted the top of her head.
"Why is it that everytime I'm outside it rains!",Usagi said exasperated.
She put a hand out and raindrop formed a puddle in her hand.It started 
to rain harder and Usagi doved inside the nearest building.Taking off 
her wet coat she looked around at the small building.Candles lit the 
dim room as they created dancing shadows on the walls.Statues stood 
regally as people put piles of flowers in homage and in the front was 
multi-colored stained glass window.Church.The same church she had been
married in.Figures she'd end up here.
"Can I help you?",someone asked and Usagi turned to see an elderly 
man with a Santa Claus face.He wore a black suit with a white collar.
"I'm sorry Father.I was just trying to get away from the storm",she 
said but the look of sadness on her face told him something else was 
going on."I hope I didn't bother you"
"Actually it looks like something is bothering you",he answered.Her 
eyes were watery and shone in the dark."You know there is always 
someone to talk to.You may not see them but they're there watching 
and listening,waiting to help" He led her to the front and gave her a 
comforting smile."I'll leave you alone now"
"Thank you",she said as he left.A gate surrounded the altar area and
Usagi knelt before the it placing her elbows on it.She folded her hand
and looked up."God,I know I'm not the greatest person and sometimes I'm
selfish and rude and a number of things I can't say in church.I know 
sometimes I give up too much and I'm weak.I will admit I'm a bundle of
imperfection" She paused for a moment."But I've tried.I have tried to be
everything that people wanted me to be.He has wanted me for just being me.
That's why I have to ask,WHY?" She got up."He has done everything you've
ever wanted of him.He has done nothing but think of others.WHY HIM?!!"
Her yell echoed through the church."Why not me?" She walked to the gate
and knelt again.As she looked up the light from the outside shone 
through the stained glass and hit her face.Two tears fell to the side 
of her face."I WOULD DO ANYTHING IF YOU WOULD JUST END HIS SUFFERING!
GIVE ALL THE PAIN TO ME!CAUSE YOU AND I KNOW I DESERVED IT MORE THAN 
HE EVER WILL!JUST PLEASE DON'T LET HIM SUFFER ANYMORE,LET ME.Please!
Let me..." Little did she know that someone had heard her conversation
with God.
"Hey Odango!What's with the yelling?",a voice said.Seiya walked to her
a grin on his face and stopped short when he saw that she had been 
crying again.He rushed up to her and took her to a pew where he handed 
her a tissue."Not again.No more tears" He put a comforting arm around 
her.
"Mamo-chan use to say that to me,you know",she said as she wiped her 
eyes.He frowned worried about her.
"I'm sorry",he said.Seiya couldn't help but admired her beauty
in the dim light of the church.How she must have looked on her wedding 
day,someone who actually put the angels to shame.Not to mention her
good heart and determination."You've had enough suffering and I don't
wanna hear you say how selfish you think you are cause you're not.You
are so unselfish you make me look like the most conceited jerk on 
earth!"
"You ARE the most conceited jerk on earth",she said still wiping her
eyes and sniffling unaware of she said.He was taken aback by her 
bluntness but it seemed to him to add to the charm of the lovely Usagi.
"SEE!You're truthful too!",he said and she laughed at how he tried to
not be angry at her insult.Seiya gazed at her eyes,all he wanted to do 
was hold her and just tell her that things would be alright.She wasn't
his to comfort,the thought stung him."Look at me,don't let yourself 
suffer anymore.Think about what you're doing to your friends and your 
child.I hate to see someone as special as you feel anything but 
happiness" He blushed but coughed trying to cover his face.
"How could I not feel anything but pain?",she said quietly."Inside"
Usagi put her hand to her chest."That's all I feel"
"I would do anything to make you happy",Seiya told her with such 
vehement in his voice it suprised him.He had to stop slippin in front
of her.She sighed wearily."What do you want?Some clothes?Shoes?
A house? A pony?" He took her hand and pulled her up.His hand lingered
on hers for a moment than traveled to her chin."Tell me Odango what
would make you happy right now?Sky's the limit" Usagi couldn't help 
but smiled at his flirtiness.
"Just buy me an ice cream and we'll be even",she said and maybe for 
the first time in awhile Usagi laughed.To Seiya it was the best sound 
in the world.

The fog was heavy and Usagi walked through blindly not knowing what
she was heading for.It wasn't cold but something me her stiff and
she felt as if someone was watching her.
"Didn't think you'd see me so soon,did you?",Nephrus said from behind
her and she whipped around.Usagi glared at him."You're more lovely 
than ever" He walked over to her and pushed her nightgown off her 
shoulder to touch her skin.
"DON'T TOUCH ME!",Usagi screamed."I will kick your ass so bad that your 
mother would feel it" Angrily he slapped her and Usagi touched her 
bruise cheek."What?Can't stand a insult?Well I have a couple of 
million insults for you" He raise his hand again as a threat but Usagi 
stood unwavered."Go ahead" Challenging him Nephrus backed off.
"Everyone underestimates you",he said and held her face so that she 
could not turn her head.
"But you won't,will you",she responded,definace in her eyes.She had a
fire in her that seemed to attract to him.It made him want her but at 
the same time he wanted to take his revenge.To see her suffer.
"You think you are very smart,don't you?Well YOU'RE NOT!",he yelled and 
grabbed her arm.She tried to run but he pulled her back and threatened 
to break her arm by holding it behind her back.Nephrus breathed in her
ear and caress her arm."I will always be watching you.When you sleep,
when you eat,when you're with those idiot guards I'll be waiting 
for that one moment that you'll be helpless" He took a knife out of
his pocket and pushed it against her stomach."Remember this?I got your 
sissy husband with this knife and with this knife I'll get you"
"I'm not weak,I will fight you and defeat you even if it costs me my 
own life",she hissed back at him.
"If I can't get you,then I'll get your child",he said and before him 
appeared Chibi-Usa.Usagi's heart seemed to stop as she saw her little 
one.Her cotton candy hair and ruby red eyes.Eyes that glazed with fear 
as Nephrus held her to him.
"MAMA!MAMA!HELP ME PLEASE!MAMA!",Chibi-Usa screamed and tried to run 
to her.Usagi ran to her but suddenly a thickening fog covered her 
sight."MAMA!MAMA!" Usagi scrambled trying to find her little girl.
"CHIBI-USA!MAMA'S HERE!I'M HERE!",She yelled as hot tears fell.Her
baby was out there in the hands of some bastard with a knife."CHIBI-USA!"
"I've found your weak spot",Nephrus said coming out of the fog."You 
will never know when I'll get her or how.For all you know I may get 
her before she even makes it into the world" He pointed his knife at 
the middle of her stomach."You will never know.If I don't have you,I 
will take her" Suddenly he was gone and Usagi was surrounded by the 
sounds of a baby crying and Chibi-Usa yelling "Mama!" She had to save 
her baby...
"MY BABY!CHIBI-USA!",Usagi screamed as Haruka and Mirichu ran to her 
room."STAY AWAY FROM HER!" Haruka shook her and Usagi screamed as she
slapped her friend.
"WHY IS EVERYONE ALWAYS SLAPPING ME?!!",Haruka yelled as Usagi awoke.
"WHAT IS GOING ON?!"
"Nephrus h-he's back",Usagi said between sobs."He is always watching 
me!If not me,he'll have Chibi-Usa!"
"What is she talking about?",Mirichu asked in fear.
"Mirichu get out",Haruka said and she quickly left knowing that Haruka 
was not in a good mood.As soon as she left Haruka started to shake 
Usagi."STOP CRYING USA!You told me that you promised to stop acting 
like a baby and this is as baby as you could get.DO NOT let this jerk 
get to you,if you do he will stomp all over you!Be the Queen you're to 
become!Usa show everyone that you can be something other than helpless.
I'm sorry to tell this to you but it's what you need to know" Haruka 
let go and Usagi stood still for a moment looking at her friend.
"I can't help but fear for my baby's life but you're right.I'm gonna 
get him,beat him at his own game" Haruka nodded and turned to go to 
bed.
"Hey Haruka" She turned and Usagi grinned at her."You're the only one
whose had faith in me.Thank you"
"I'll always have faith in you Usagi.Always had,Always will"

"So you're telling me this jerk is getting in her dreams now!",Rei 
said angrily."If I had one minute with him...." She pounded her fist 
into her other hand.
"Well we'll just have to be more watchful of Usa",said Makoto and put 
a comforting arm around Usagi."I won't let anyone get her"
"WE won't let anyone get her",Minako said and squeezed her friend's 
hand while her other hand was intwined in Yaten's.
"So what are you guys going to do?Watch her in shifts?",Taiki asked.
"No way am I going to let any of you follow me into the bathroom.There
are somethings even friends shouldn't share",Usagi said."Don't worry
I'll be careful"
"We're not going to let you out of our sight",Ami said."You know how 
to keep watch but we just have to be extra careful.Remember this is 
for Chibi-Usa also"
Usagi sighed exasperated."Alright,alright but if any of you get on my 
nerves.My foot will be so far up your-"
"We get the point,Usa",Rei said and got up."I have to go.Sonya's with 
a babysitter"
"Where's Chad?",Makoto asked and Rei stiffened a bit.
"He needed a break",she responded through her teeth.After kissing all 
her friends goodbye Rei left not wanting her friends to see her cry.
Soon Seiya,Mirichu,Haruka,Hotaru and Usagi were left.Haruka glared at 
Seiya as he talked to Usagi.
"Usagi,I'm not leaving you even if I have to sleep on your floor 
tonight",he said.
"You?Sleep on the floor?Aren't you afraid you'll messed up your 
hair?",Haruka growled and Seiya shot a angry look at her.
"Doesn't matter,I won't leave Odango",Seiya answered.
"Well if you're gonna be in that room than so will I",Haruka said and 
Mirichu pulled her aside.
"What are you doing?",she asked."Both of you in a room together?ARE 
YOU INSANE?I'd rather fill the room with water and put man-eating
fish in it" She folded her arms in displeasure.
"I am not leaving Usagi in a room with HIM",Haruka argued."The guy 
wants her and I will not leave our innocent,little Usagi with that 
playboy!"
"FINE!But if both of you kill each other in the process.I get to have 
your radio!",she said and kissed Haruka.
"EXCUSE ME!Don't I get any say in this?",Usagi said folding her arms.
"Not with THOSE two!",Mirichu responded and walked up the stairs.

As Usagi laid asleep in bed her two guards stayed bedside in close 
watch.Actually Haruka sat asleep in a chair snoring so loud that it
vibrated through the house and irratating Mirichu who tried to cover 
her ears with pillows.Seiya laid on the floor sucking his thumb
and mumbling something about candy.The door to the room opened and 
closed as someone crept in.The intruder was swift and crafty.That is
until he accidentally step on Seiya.
"HEY!WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!",Seiya threw the inruder off him.The
room was dark so the stranger could not be seen and could escape 
easily.Seiya was not going to let that happen.Haruka woke up and
soon she was pursuing the unknown person.
"WHERE ARE YOU?COME OUT AND FIGHT!"
"WHO'S IN HERE?!"
"STAY IN BED USAGI!"
"BUT HARUKA!WHY DON'T YOU JUST-"
"JUST STAY THERE!"
The person scurried about and they could hear the footsteps going
around the room.
"Where are you?",Haruka said steadily.She heard the person in front 
of her.Quickly she rammed into him."OOPM"
"Wrong person Haruka",Seiya said from where they laid.All of sudden 
the lights were on and there was Mirichu at the doorway as Haruka laid
on top of Seiya on the floor.Usagi sat on the bed her blanket drawn to 
her face.While someone stood on the corner of the room with a blanket 
draped on them.
"See Mirichu?You were afraid they wouldn't get along",Usagi joked 
trying not to laugh.Mirichu stifled a giggle and pulled them both up.
"WHAT WERE YOU DOING?",Seiya yelled at Haruka."I ALMOST HAD HIM!"
"AND HOW WERE YOU GOING TO PROTECT USA?",Haruka asked.
"I HAD A WEAPON!",Seiya said.
"WHAT?THAT?!",Haruka responded and pointed to the comb in Seiya's 
hand."WHAT WERE YOU GONNA DO? STYLE HIS HAIR!"
"WELL WHAT WERE YOU GONNA DO?",Seiya said loudly."FILE HIM TO DEATH!"
In Haruka's hand was a pink nail filer with bunnies on it.
"You guys!You didn't even see who it was yet",Mirichu said and pulled 
the blanket off the intruder to reveal a very rumpled Hotaru.
"That's the last time I try to give any of you a blanket!",she said 
and walked out of the room in a huff.
"Haruka come to bed.We are going to have a talk",Mirichu said and 
pulled her out of the room.
"I guess I'll stay here",Seiya said happily and spread a blanket on 
the floor.
"And YOU.Can sleep on the couch downstairs.NOW",Mirichu said and Seiya 
groaned as he descended down the stairs.Mirichu smiled at Usagi who 
sat in bed dazed.Then she was alone,no one to snore or suck at his 
thumb loudly.She only one word for this:FINALLY.

"Usagi,can I ask you something?",Makoto said shyly as she stood in the 
doorway.
"Come in",Usagi said and smiled.She walked into the room tentatively
and sat next to Usagi rocking chair.She was surprised to see Usagi had 
her hair down instead of it up in her odangos.Also that her blond hair
was beginning to take on a silvery tint.She almost resembled her 
future self.Looking at Makoto who was nervously playing with her 
hands,Usagi placed a comforting hand on Makoto's."What's wrong?"
"Well...uh..we're kind of...in a way...immortal,right?",Makoto asked.
"Yeah I guess you can say that",Usagi said.
"What if one of us wanted to marry someone who wasn't...immortal?",She 
asked and blushed.Usagi laughed softly and nodded understanding.
"You know Rei asked me the same question when Chad proposed",Usagi told 
her."I guess I will give you the same answer as her" Makoto looked at
Usagi inquisitively."Marriage is joining of two souls.Two becoming one.
One soul,one heart,one mind,and one body.In becoming one you shared 
your lives no matter how long it may be"
"Are you telling me that if I married Ken he wouldn't die before me?
That he'd become immortal too?",she asked.
"Yeah I guess you can say that.But it's not just getting married that 
make's someone immortal like us",Usagi responded."It's what you feel 
for one another that keeps you alive.The love between both of you 
gives you life,it runs through both your veins.That is what love 
truly is,to never care whether you live or die.Just to know you love 
or are being loved is living"
"I understand",Makoto said."I love him and if love him than I will be 
spending my life with him.Short life or long.It wouldn't matter" She
jumped from her seat and hugged her friend.Usagi laughed but something
seemed strained about it.Makoto sat back down and looked at friend's
eyes.They were different now,aged."Usagi is this how you feel about 
Mamoru?" Usagi swallowed the lump in her throat and nodded.
"Yeah I will always love him.No matter how much he may hate me,I will 
only be stronger.My love for him is what keeps me strong",she said 
passionately."I have not given up yet,it's not like me.I feel it in 
here.He loves me even if he covers it up"
"You've changed Usa",Makoto whispered.It had only been a week since 
Nephrus had invaded her dreams and it seemed as though a transformation
had undergone.She was more serious and wiser.She never cried which they
were glad about but she was more subdued and hardly smiled.When she 
did it seemed to be a cover up."What is happening to you?"
"I'm trying to be a strong person though I'm crying like a baby 
inside",she answered and patted her stomach."Chibi-Usa,she is proof 
that Mamo-chan still loves me.If he didn't then I wouldn't be pregnant.
This is what love creates.I have faith in him,I have faith in myself"
"You got really smart Usa!",She said admiringly and the two cracked up.
Makoto saw that Usagi was knitting a pink baby blanket and admired her
work.Hold up.Usagi was knitting.Usagi Tsukino Chiba?Was this the same 
person."Usagi you're knitting"
"And....",she said as she continued on.
"Girl you can hardly tie you laces without tripping!",Makoto said and 
Usagi stuck her tongue.It was good to see the old Usagi coming out.
"And now you're KNITTING!I can't believe my eyes!"
"I can too tie my laces",Usagi argued.
"Come on!That's the reason you have so many slip on shoes!"
"Oh just get out of here before I knit something to cover your mouth 
with!" Makoto got up and bowed before her.
"Yes your majesty",she said teasingly."You're gonna make one hell of 
a queen one day"
"I hope so",Usagi said.
"In fact you already are"
