story actually I'm hoping to end the story in
like about two chapters I think.I'm not sure

RIGHT HERE WAITING(Part 11)

"You don't understand ma'am. The guy I'm in love with is on that
plane",Serena said as tears ran down her cheeks. He was gone.
Out of her life forever. Before she even had to chance to tell him
she loved-
"So you're really in love with me?",a familiar voice said behind her
back.Serena closed her eyes for a moment,afraid to turn around. She turned slowly to see Darien in front of her.In his hands
his luggage,he wore a white botton down shirt and black pants.She
couldn't remember when he had ever looked that good to her.
"Hey",she said in a lost of words."You didn't leave" He put his
things down and walked towards her.
"I couldn't" Darien touched her cheek with the side of his
hand and Serena looked up at him falling deeply into the depth of
his dark blue eyes.Oh lord she was gonna pass out."Serena I love-"
"I know" She smiled up at him and he kissed her forehead.A single
tear fell from her eye.But this time it was a tear of happiness.
Darien reached in his shirt and whipped out a rose.Twirling it
he handed the rose over to her and a grin played her soft lips.Both
laughed nervously,feeling awkward but Serena quickly silenced
him as she put a finger to his lips."Darien,I love-OUCH!"
Serena grasp her stomach and Darien quickly took hold of her
before she fell to the floor in pain.
"What's wrong?",he asked concerned as he looked at Serena's
face scrunched up in pain.
"Darien,believe this or not but I think I'm having the baby-NOW"

Raye tapped her foot impatiently on the concrete.It had been
minutes since Serena went after Darien.Did it take that long
to find a gate number?She felt better pretending to be annoyed
rather than showing how nervous she was.What if Serena wasn't
able to get him on time?What if she had missed out on the chance
to tell him?Too many of those damn what if questions!Thank God
she had Chad.Raye rubbed the ring on her finger nervously and
looked up only to see that guy Brian still lying there in pain.
What a weakling!The automatic doors of the airport entrance opened
as Serena and Darien came rushing out.Serena grimaced in pain and
held on to Darien's arm.Darien had his hand around her waist
supporting her. She thought too
soon.
"What's wrong?",Lita asked concerned,her brows furrowed and serious
look came to her face.
"WHAT DO YOU THINK!I'M HAVING A BABY!",Serena yelled amidst the crowds
of people.Some turned to look at her in surprise.
"YOU'RE WHAT?!",Raye said in response,panic hitting her voice.
"Everyone get in the car we're going to the hospital",Darien said
in calm voice though he felt like he was going mad.He'd never been
near a woman who was about to deliver.This wasn't his department in
the field of medicine.Hysteria gripped his insides but he had to stay
calm.For Serena."Where are the keys?"
"Here",Raye said and took them out of her pockets.Running towards
them she suddenly tripped on the sidewalk and hit the floor with
a CRACK."OW MY LEG!" She tried to stand but was unable to.The other
three help her in to the back as Darien helped Serena into the
passengers seat.Running to the driver's side Darien jumped into
the seat and quickly started the engine.Gunning the gas pedal they
quickly drove away from the crowded airport.Thankfully not hitting
anyone.
"Raye I think you broke your leg",Ami said as she examine the swollen
leg."We're gonna need a cast"
"Well you're in the right place for that",Lita said enthusiastically
and smiled but was rewarded with a evil look from Raye."Okay I'll lay
off.Geez.Sooory" She crossed her arms as she watched Ami tend to Raye.
Mina was helping Serena with her breathing.
"Breathe in,Breathe out.Breathe in,Breathe out.Good girl",Mina said
cheerfully and patted Serena on the back.Serena however was not very
happy.
"Mina you know what?This whole breathing technique of yours?IT'S
NOT WORKING!",Serena said angrily as she attempted to breathe."Oh
no not again!AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Screaming Serena grabbed Mina's
hand and held it tightly inflicting pain on her friend.Her face
turned red as Serena squeezed her delicate hand. Then she felt her hand breaking.Forget not screaming.
"SHE BROKE MY HAND!" Mina held her hand in her other and attempting
to make it better by blowing on it.Looking like a wounded animal she
whimpered at her less than perfect hand."She's never getting near ME
again."
"Don't be such a baby",Ami said from her seat and Mina shot an angry
look at her.
"You try holding her hand than",Mina responded as she placed Ami's
hand in Serena's.Smiling she sat back in her seat and crossed her
legs. Ami held Serena's hand and helped
her friend encouringingly.For a few moments it was peaceful and
she was sure that Mina had been overexaggerated.After all Serena
didn't have that tight of a grip.
"See?Mina as you see nothing is happening.I sure you were just
over-OW!LET GO OF MY HAND SERENA!" The pain was excruciating and Ami's
small hand was being crushed into nothing."SHE'S BREAKING MY HAND!"
In desperation Ami quickly bit Serena's hand to get it off hers.
"HEY THAT HURT!",Serena yelped and let go of Ami's hand.She
quickly sat in her seat and looked at her poor hand as Mina smirked
at her.Serena looked at Darien who was driving,both hands on the
wheel in deep concentration.Obviously however not in his direction.
"Darien honey.Are you alright?" She patted his shoulder and he looked
at her giving Serena a quick smile but whipping back to his driving
position.
"Of course.Why wouldn't I be?",he said.
"Cause sweetie.You driving on the wrong side of the road",Serena said
calmly.
"I-WHOA!" Darien swerved the van just as a car was about to collide
with him.
"HEY WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING,DARIEN!",Raye yelled crankily from the
back seat.
"Sorry",he muttered."Serena don't you have the phone number of your
doctor?"
"Yeah",she said."Honey my mother probably left her cell phone under
her chair.Can you reach down and get it?"
"Sure",he said and put his hand in under chair.However he couldn't
feel it anywhere.Ducking his head he looked under the seat while one of
his hands still gripped the wheel.Damn it.The phone wasn't there.He
continued looking and found it finally under Serena's chair.
"YES!I got it honey!",Darien announced as he held the phone
triumphantly.He looked at Serena and was alarmed at how pale
she had gotten."Serena?"
"Red light...Red light",she said her voice shaking with fear.
"Huh?",he asked confused.
"RED LIGHT!RED LIGHT!DARIEN STOP!",Serena shouted in his ear and he
looked the front realizing that they were about to have a head on
collision with a truck.Darien stepped on the brakes and the tires
squealed on the street.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH",everyone screamed and the van halted to a
stop as Lita banged her head against the back of Darien's head rest.
"Lita are you alright?",Ami said and pulled her up with one hand.The
tall girl held her head and to her everything was spinning."Lita can
you hear me?" She shook the knocked out girl worriedly.
"Mommy...I don't think I could go to school right now...I'm not
feeling so well...I want some fried gummi bears",Lita said woozily
before her eyes rolled back.
"Fried gummi bears?",Mina said wrinkling her nose."Yuck"
"I think she has an concussion",Ami informed everyone and looked at
Lita's pupils."Try to keep her awake"
"Hey Lita!There's a guy out there who looks like your old
boyfriend",Mina said jokingly and pointed out the window.
"Where?",she asked before her head rolled back.Serena looked at all of
her mangled friends and groaned.They all had the worse luck.She looked
ahead and to her relief the hospital stood ahead of them,a block away.
If they didn't crash or mangle anything between where they were and the
hospital she would consider herself blessed.As they reached the front
of Tokyo General the van screeched to the halt and Darien hopped out.
Hospital attendants watched as the young man opened the passenger's
side and helped a pretty blond out of her seat.A dishelved look on
his face.
"He looks pretty panicked",one attendant remarked as he took out a
stretcher from the ambulance parked in front.
"Wouldn't you if you had beautiful girl like that about to give
birth?",the other attendant said.He felt for the guy.After all his
wife just gave birth and he remembered the panic he went through.
Nearly had a heart attack.Little did he know that the pregnant blond
was the least of this guy's problems.
"Excuse me!Excuse me!",Darien yelled to them and waved.He opened the
back seat to reveal four beautiful girls,all in great pain."I have
two girls with broken hands,one with a concussion and a broken leg"
He patted Raye's leg and she yelled furiously."Sorry"
"Dear God",one of the attendants as he rushed over to help.Placing
Serena in a wheelchair,Darien pushed her into the nearest elevator.
She covered her ears and he laughed knowing how much she detested
elevator music.The door opened and he rushed out pushing her quickly
down to the front desk.
"Excuse me sir!You dropped your wallet!" Someone yelled to him and he
let go of the wheelchair to pick his wallet up.He didn't realize that
he forgot to put the brakes on the wheelchair and at that moment Serena
was sailing down the hall in her wheelchair unable to stop it.A loud
crash was heard and Darien turned around to see Serena missing.
Realizing what happened he whimpered in fear knowing that he was in
BIG trouble.
"DARIEN!!!"

"I hate you!I hate you!I hate you!",Serena yelled at Darien as she
took deep breaths.She wished it was over.She would give a million
dollars if someone just threw a rock at her head and knocked her out.
They had just told her that it was too late for painkillers and this
made her angry.VERY angry.
"What?!I'm not the one who did this to you!",He responded loudly and
the nurse who was helping looked at them queerly.
"Well you drove too slow!",she screamed loudly and the doctor walked
in.Doctor Steele was right on time,Serena was on the verge of
strangling Darien.
"How's it going?",she asked calmly and the nurse put gloves on her
hands.
"HOW DO YOU THINK IT'S GOING?",Serena said through her clenched teeth.
"WILL YOU GET THE KID OUT ALREADY?!!"
"Stay calm",the doctor said and prepared for delivery.Darien wiped
Serena's forehead and she smiled at him gratefully.The doctor looked
at Darien and gave him a grin."Keep her focused"
"Darien",she called to him and he sat next to her."I'm scared.I'm so
scared.I'm about to be a mom in a few minutes"
"You're gonna be the greatest mother,Serena",he assured her and stroke
her head."You're sweet and caring.Plus you can yell louder than your
children" She laughed and softly smiled at him.
"It's time to push,Serena",Doctor Steele said and Serena looked up
at Darien who nodded telling her to do it.
"Before it starts again.I'm apologizing ahead for anything I say",
Serena told him and chuckled.She took his hand and squeezed it gently.
"I-OW PAIN!PAIN!OH MY GOD!SOMEONE GET THIS KID OUT PLEASE!I NEED SOME
PAINKILLERS NOW!"
"I'm sorry it's too late for that",the doctor told her."Push Serena"
"HOW ABOUT SOMEONE HIT ME WITH A BASEBALL BAT!",Serena suggested as she
pushed.Her teeth clenched tightly and her hold on Darien felt like
someone was running over his hand."AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" He wasn't sure
who was screaming Serena or him.Pushing Serena closed her eyes so
tightly that tears began to fall.Her yells subsided however when
another sound replaced it.Her baby's cries.
"It's a boy",the doctor announced and held it up for the two to see.
Darien broke into a wide grin as Serena laughed blissfully looking at
her new pride and joy.
"He's so handsome",she remarked and the nurse took him to be cleaned.
Serena looked at Darien who was glowing with happiness and he kissed
her forehead.
"Serena are you ready to start pushing again?",the doctor asked and was
surprised to see two confused looking people.
"What are you talking about?!",Serena asked in a dazed state.Was this
woman bonkers or something?
"Well sweetie according to the machine over there" Doctor Steele
pointed at the machine to Serena's left."You're about to deliver your
second child"
"WHAT?!" The response from the couple.Darien's jaw dropped and Serena's
eyes went wide.Now they weren't expecting this....
"HOLD UP.THERE WERE TWO KIDS IN THERE",She said and looked at her
stomach."TWO!"
"How come we never saw it in the ultrasound?",Darien asked in
confusion.
"Sometimes one of the babies will hide behind the other and you
won't see it in the ultrasound",the doctor replied."It's time Serena"
"Not again.....",she moaned and laid her head back on her pillow.
Closing her eyes tightly she clenched her teeth together.Thankfully
for Darien she held on to the railings.She didn't scream this time but
concentrated hard and pushed.Minutes later the second cry was heard
and the doctor held up another baby.
"It's a girl,Serena",Darien announced through his choked voice.She
opened her eyes and took his hand."She's beautiful"
"Takes after her momma",Serena told him.She looked at the babies which
were being weigh in and smiled."Now please tell me she's was the last
one in there"

Andrew sat in the waiting room with Rita.A issue of SEVENTEEN magazine
in his hand.Mina sat next to her an issue of GQ magazine in her
hands...at least one of her hands.Rita watched her husband as he sucked
in his cheeks and looked at the magazine.Raising her eyebrows she took
the magazine from him.
"Honey,what are you doing?",she asked and looked at the article.
"Well I was just learning how to enhance my cheekbones",he said and
took the magazine back from her.Flipping through it again he stopped
at another page."Hey listen to this Rita.Plum is the new slimming color
in clothing"
"Are you saying I'm FAT!",Rita said angrily and swatted him with the
magazine."Someone is gonna be sleeping on the couch tonight"
"He's definitely in the doghouse now",Raye whispered to Ami as this
listened to Andrew's apologies.Laughing the two looked as Andrew
kissed wife's hand in mercy.
"Hey Andrew" Mina tapped his shoulder and he looked over his shoulder
at her.She put the magazine on her lap."Is it true that men use briefs
cause they feel they have more control over their-"
"MINA!" Everyone yelled at her and she stopped.
"What kind of question is that?",Raye said and shifted in her seat.
"I was trying to seperate fact from fiction",Mina said and began
reading the magazine.They all exchanged looks and sat back in their
chairs when the door to the waiting room opened.The Tsukinos entered
and were shocked to see half the people in the room in casts.Ami and
Mina wore hand casts and were signing each others at that moment.
Raye's long leg was wrapped up,a pair of crutches laid against the
wall next to her.Lita's head was bandaged and she was laying her head
against the wall,feeling very tired.
"What happened to everyone?",Ilene asked and sat down.
"Long story",Lita told them and put a hand to her head."Let's just
say it'll be awhile before we ever drive with Serena and Darien"

She was tired,so tired.Laying back on her bed Serena closed her eyes
as a small smile played on her lips.A gurgling noise made her open
her eyes and she laughed looking at the little bundles laying in
the glass crib.The nurses couldn't seperate them cause the two cried
like crazy.What a day.Pulling the crib over to her bed Serena managed
to cradle one baby in a arm and another baby in the other.
"Hey you guys",she said and laid back on her pillow.Looking down at
their sweet angelic faces,Serena felt proud."I'm your momma" The
two looked up at her with the most amazing pairs of blue eyes.Gosh
they were so perfect.Her eyes filled with tears of joy and she let them
flow freely down to the blanket that covered her.Darien stood at the
doorway unoticed and he watched Serena talked to her children softly.
He knocked on the side of the doorway and she looked up at him smiling
enchantingly,her blue eyes lit up at the sight of his handsome face.
"Come in" He walked in nervously,in his hands two little bears,one pink
and the other blue.Sitting on the bed he looked at the two bundles.
"Here Darien hold him" Serena let him take the baby in his arms and
Darien nervously held the baby.
"Hey kiddo",he said rocking the kid and smiling."I'm your...I'm
your..." He stopped and tears fell from his eyes.No he wasn't their
father,the thought hurt him.
"He's your father",Serena interjected and he looked up at her.Smiling
she looked at the baby girl in her arms."That is,if he wants to be"
Glancing up at Darien who was frozen in his place,she put the baby back
in the crib.Shifting in her bed Serena looked at him."Darien I'm so
sorry for pushing you away.I was just so scared..." Serena looked
down in shame.
"No it's alright Serena",he interjected and cupped her cheek in the
palm of his hand.She turned her head and kissed the palm of his hand
tenderly.
"I love you Darien",she said softly and look up at him."I was so stuck
in self-pity I almost let you go.Now I really feel like an idiot."
She shook her head in disbelief over her stupidity.
"There is one way to make up for it",he said suggestively and Serena
raised her eyebrows.Their foreheads touching he kissed her small nose
and she grinned.
"How?",Serena asked.
"If you marry me",Darien said."For real this time" They both laughed
and she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Let me think about it....",she said and he held his breath though he
knew her answer.She looked deep into his midnight blue eyes and nodded.
"Yeah.Okay.You got yourself a deal.I'll marry you." Serena smiled at
him and his eyes widen with happiness
"You will!Yes!",Darien yelled and grabbed her into a hug.Their eyes
met and Darien kissed her softly in the lips.Serena kissed him back
with a sudden ardent passion and this time she didn't pulled away.
Suddenly one of the babies started to cry.Groaning Serena pulled away.
"Something tells me they're gonna real busy"
"One more thing",she said and he looked at her suspiciously."The rock
you're getting me has got to be bigger than the one on Raye's finger!"

"Okay so I've got for Mr.Tsukino 7lbs 3oz.Sammy for 5lbs 4oz and Mina
for...12 lbs?" Andrew looked up from the money he was counting and
gave her weird stare.The others also looked at her bewildered.
"12lbs!Good grief!",Lita said."You must think Serena is delivering
a watermelon!"
"What?!She did eat a lot!",she said and went back to the magazine
she was reading.Just then a nurse came in holding a clipboard and
quickly looked at name of the patient.
"Okay.Who's here to see Serena Tsukino?",she asked and everyone stood
up except for Raye who was having trouble with her crutches.
"Is she alright?",Ilene asked.
"Perfect.She has quite a temper though",the nurse remarked and pointed
down the hall."The nursery is right down the hall and to your right"
She departed and the group scrambled to the nursery fighting to get
there first.However there was enough room for all of them to see
through the glass.The nursery was filled with nurses examining babies
all in little glass cribs.
"So which one is theirs?",asked Mina looking at the little labels on
the cribs."Tsukino....Tsukino...Tsukino...well it's not in the front
row" They all squinted to look at the other crib labels but
unsuccessfully.Serena then entered with Darien holding her hand.They
all waited in expectation to see which one they would walk to.
"It's a boy!",Raye yelled excitedly.
"No it's a girl!",Mina said.
"BOY!"
"GIRL!"
"BOY!"
"GIRL!"
"BOTH"
"WHAT?!",they said and looked at Ami who was pointed at the nursery.
Serena stood in front of the glass holding a pink bundle
as Darien held a blue bundle,proud smiles on their faces.Ami started
to cry happily as Lita pressed her face against the glass.Raye waved
hi to the happy family and Sammy made funny faces at the babies.
Mrs.Tsukino and Mina jumped up and down excitedly while Mr.Tsukino
took pictures.Andrew and Rita stood aside videotaping the whole scene.
"I'm a grandmother!",Mrs Tsukino cried and wiped her eyes.Her husband
put his arm around her and looked at his daughter with obvious pride.
"She's become a great woman" He glanced at Serena who was rocking her
baby.Her blond hair flowed down and her sea blue eyes shone with
content.He had never seen his little girl look so lovely.Ilene agreed
and grinned at him.Looking at Serena,she watched as Darien walked up
to her and kissed her forehead.She leaned against him lovingly.
"She's gonna be a great mom too and not to mention a great wife",she
remarked."Are we not the best parents in the world?" He nodded and
they laughed.
"I WON THE BABY POOL!",Mina yelled and grabbed the money from Andrew's
hands in disbelief."I'm in the money,I'm in the money..." Singing
happily she counted her cash.
"How did you win?",Raye asked pissed off.
"It says right there Annalyn May Tsukino 6lbs and Daryl John Tsukino
6lbs.Six plus Six equals twelve so I get the money" Mina stuck her
tongue out at Raye.
"You are so lucky I'm in crutches...." Raye sneered and tried to whack
Mina with her crutch.A nurse than tapped her on the shoulder,an angry
look in her eyes.
"Excuse me but this is the maternity ward and we would like to have as
little noise as possible"
"Sorry",Raye muttered and turned to look at the glass window where
Serena was putting Baby Annalyn in her crib.She waved at her best
friend and Serena gave her a bright smile.She looked at Serena's
daughter and her eyes filled with tears over how beautiful she looked.
Raye tilted her head and look at the babies once more but this time
there was a frown on her face.Mina walked up to her and tilted her
head also trying to see what Raye was looking at.
"What's wrong?",Mina asked.
"They don't look anything like Serena but they don't look like that
jerk Brian either",Raye answered.
"At least they're adorable" Mina looked at their little cherub faces
,rosy cheeks and big baby blues.The babies cooed happily in
their cribs and waved their hands in their into the air.A nurse then
seperated them and the two burst into high pitched wails.They little
faces scrunched up in unhappiness.Somehow it reminded her of someone...
"Never mind!",Raye said laughing."They do look like Serena after all!"
