Brief History As a child, Cammy was helpless as she witnessed Vega murder her parents. Taking pity on the now orphaned Cammy, Vega spared her life and trained her to become his personal bodyguard and assasin. After being brainwashed of her traumatic childhood incident, Cammy was turned into a sort of super-soldier with the help of physical enhancing drugs.

Eventually, Cammy at age 16 ended up as a lover to Vega.  Because of this, tension broke out in the ranks of Shadowloo, when Balrog, either because of jealousy of Cammy's beauty or her relationship with Vega decided to get rid of our future secret agent.  In any case, Balrog instigated a set-up to kill Cammy, but ended up only badly injuring her. Cammy ended up with a scar on her face and memory loss.

These events happened near a British Intelligence Agency Headquarters, and when Colonel Wolfman of Delta Red (a division of MI-6) found the mentally damaged Cammy, he pitied her and took her in. Wolfman recognized Cammy's quick reflexes and thus trained her to fight. In the end, thanks to Wolfman and Delta Red, Cammy regained her lost strength. In the end, Cammy joined up with Delta Red in their fight against Shadowloo. Wolfman knew that Cammy's past had to do something with Shadowloo, and thus entered her into the Street Fighter tournament to track down Vega. Along the way she is able to regain some of her memory back and is then faced once again with Vega…
